If your looking for a caring, professional, and helpful jewelry store to work with long term, DO NOT go here! You can tell by the energy of their room how cold they are as people… I’d recommend the other jewelry store around the corner from them, very warm friendly and informative community (Don Roberto jewelry)
The story was I bought pearls a few months ago without warranty. They said there was absolutely nothing they could do about it and we’re very rude about it but when I went to the Daniel’s jewelry in Visalia they were able to fix my pearls no problem, and we’re even able to add the warranty even if I bought it months ago. I didn’t even have an account. I paid with a straight debit card and they went out of their way to find the purchase and make it happen! Even got a $50 gift card! So I know it’s just the service of Hanford jewelry that is simply terrible. Especially the bigger white lady (not to be rude, just facts) brings the negative energy to the atmosphere and gives a bad rep to the business. I am very pleased with the business and even bought a pearl bracelet when I went to the Visalia location. Definitely recommend nothing waisting your time with them
