Annie Pieper Wow this studio is amazing! From the moment I joined I was greeted by the owner, shown around the gym and made to feel right at home. How have I missed this little gem right in my own backyard. The hot yoga class I took was AMAZING!!!! The inclusive welcoming reception can’t be beat. This studio offers a wonderful introductory offer of $65 giving you the opportunity to try all of their classes for 30 days. It doesn’t stop there, after that’s over if you want to join you get a SENIOR DISCOUNT. For those of you that have kids, they even offer a kids area. I can’t wait to try out all their other classes. The workouts Dawn has prepared and teaches here are everything I have been looking for. Dance cardio workouts are so much fun it’s hard to remember it’s a workout. brandi esquivel-Hossay The staff are very nice..No one wipes down their equipment after using. New lockers suck.. however its the only gym with an indoor pool and the yoga instructor is amazing. Its not worth the membership fees, but only gym with a pool. BEWARE!! Of cold plunge take shower before and after.

Albin Mäki This is my favorite gym, by far. Ryan and the rest of the staff are great! They have more equipment than youll need, they keep it clean & well maintained, the membership price is better than all the other gyms, and its open 24 hours!

Carol Dotto I have been going to Michele for over a year now. she has helped me get stronger and more balanced. What I love is her attention to detail. If you’ve been even thinking about taking a class I would definitely sign up for a private pilates class or enroll in a barre class with Michele, you will not be sorry.
