1 /5 Tricia OBrien: Wylie Insurance Services in Modesto has horrible customer service, especially from the owners daughter, Dessa Wylie. The owner, Alisa, and Dessa, the owners daughter, have both been rude to me on the phone in the past year. They also failed to call me to inform me that my insurance with Safeco was being Non-Renewed because Alisa was being dropped by Safeco Insurance as a Safeco agent as of May 2, 2024. I have used them for landlord insurance for 4 years now, and that was at least 2 years too long. It is impossible to get them to carry out even simple administrative tasks. For example, over a year ago I told them to stop contacting me at my old gmail email address and send insurance statements to my current aol email. They never fulfilled this request. In the past 2 years, about 90% of the time, Dessa will not respond to emails or phone requests unless I send a message to Alisa to follow up. Fortunately, I found another much more professional company to insure my home starting 8/1/24 so Ill be done with them soon.
