Joedy D. as a newbie to the gym world, i was scared to come to a public place like the gym. but then i learned how the vibes are here and realized i was safe. i only visited a few times, and i would definitely become a member someday. its also super clean and mostly chill, i love it. also shoutout to their video playlist, they played a lot of twice (kpop) lol

Animal Fitness

Alberto Uribe Animal Fitness ia a great place to workout. There is a different set of exercises every day and the coach is a great motivator and support. There are a lot of schedules to attend either in the morning and afternoon.

The Camp Transformation Center

Rosa Hernandez Just completed my first 6 week challenge successfully and here’s how my experience went: 1:1 Coaching w Karina- You’ve gotta be honest with yourself and her during the check ins. She does a great job at providing workarounds to meet goals and is supportive as long as you give her the full picture. Meal plan: Easy & self-explanatory. I found it easiest to stick to alternating the same two meals & that helped keep me on track. Karina had good suggestions on meal recommendations. Classes/exercise: Love the flexibility of the class schedules & attend 3 times in a row, one rest day. I came in with some knowledge of some of the workouts but felt more comfortable as the challenge progressed. Not all the coaches check for form/check in so I found it helpful to flag a coach down if I wasn’t 100% sure on my form to avoid any injury or back pain. Larry’s classes are the most challenging but all coaches provide strong & inspiring classes. My favorite part of attending is that everyone comes in with 110% effort & it’s motivating/inspiring. I would recommend this for people like myself who need accountability & support in reaching weight loss goals. No one can do the work for you, but The Camp does a great job at setting you up for success.

Ultimate Fitness

Mayrim Garcia I have been going to Ultimate Fitness for over 6 years and I love it there. The community and staff are awesome, and it is really comfortable to work out there. For the past two months, I have been training with Houston, and my experience has been excellent. Houston offers a hybrid approach, combining in-person and online training, which perfectly suits my needs. His program includes both a meal plan and workouts personalized to my requirements. I chose the in-person training twice a week, and I am very satisfied with the results so far. Houston holds me accountable and constantly pushes me to improve my diet and complete my weekly exercises. He is always available to answer any questions I have, explaining everything in great detail and clarity. I greatly appreciate his flexibility and dedication to helping me reach my goals. Although I haven’t reached my final goal yet, I have noticed an increase in my awareness of what I eat and I feel stronger during my workouts. I highly recommend Houston as a personal trainer. His knowledge and professionalism are exceptional, and he truly cares about his clients’ progress.

Orangetheory Fitness

Bri I can’t say enough about the amazing community here at OTF Eastlake! Even when I’m in the area shopping and getting my nails done, I stop by so my chiweenie can have a sip of water, a treat , and wave to my Fit fam if class is in session. The coaches are incredibly diverse and knowledgeable and the sales staff all work out with us! They have a genuine investment in the members here and do show much to show appreciation. They also have a great retail selection I can’t help but splurging on from time to time! Love you Beastlake!!

LA Fitness

Annalisa Garcia Arevalo I’ve been going here for almost 3 weeks. Sephor was really helpful getting me and my family set up. I take my son to the child care and they are very sweet ladies. I also really enjoy going to the Zumba classes. All the instructors have different styles and intensity levels but still have me sweating!!!
