I appreciate the effort from Goldberg & Ibarra Law Firm in responding to my initial review just a day later. This was followed by a phone call from Mr. Ibarra himself, which I found encouraging. He took the time to prepare me for my deposition later that week, and after the deposition, he called again to review it and discuss my concerns.
While I can’t say whether I will see further follow-up and changes in communication or organization just yet, I was able to express my frustrations directly to Mr. Ibarra regarding the lack of timely responses and the general disorganization I’ve experienced with his staff.
In a positive development, I finally received a mailed letter from the staff outlining the date and time of my deposition, as well as an email reminder on the day of the deposition. These steps indicate that there may be an effort to improve communication, which I hope will continue.
However, my experience still highlights ongoing concerns about the firms overall communication and client service. I remain cautiously optimistic about their ability to address these issues moving forward, but I will continue to monitor the situation closely.

I had high hopes for Goldberg & Ibarra Law Firm, but my experience has been disappointing due to significant issues with client service and attention to detail. While David Ibarra is an excellent attorney in one-on-one interactions, working with his staff has been challenging. Key concerns included communication failures, as it was often difficult to reach my attorney, leading to long delays in responses and a lack of transparency about my case. This situation was concerning because timely communication is crucial in maintaining a strong attorney-client relationship and ensuring that clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process. Additionally, there was a lack of diligence, with critical deadlines nearly missed due to slow staff responses. I frequently had to follow up to confirm document filings, raising concerns about the firm’s ability to manage my case effectively. Poor client service further compounded these issues, as there was little follow-up after my initial consultation, and staff attitudes were often dismissive, failing to provide reassurance about my case. In conclusion, if you seek a law firm that prioritizes client communication and diligent representation, I recommend exploring other options. While Goldberg & Ibarra may achieve positive outcomes, their shortcomings in meeting basic legal and ethical standards were unacceptable in my experience.
