John Reding I hate fitness classes. Like, really. So I just took the plunge and decided to do PlyoFitness for six weeks. This place is different. Steve has a wonderful way of actually making exercise fun. Hes created an environment with social support in a non-judgemental format, thats challenging for both the daily walker to pro bodybuilder. I still hate fitness classes, but I love PlyoFitness.

The facility prioritizes function over flashiness, with everything you need for a great workout. Its refreshingly unpretentious compared to other gyms Ive tried.

Always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with a smile. It really feels like a place that cares about its members. Highly recommend! PS the fitness classes really push you and the instructors are very knowledgeable and motivating!

Kirk Lyons This gym is honestly one of the nicest I’ve been to — super clean, well-organized, and packed with all the equipment you could possibly need for any kind of workout. The atmosphere is great too; it’s got a relaxed vibe and the lighting isn’t overly bright, which makes it more comfortable to focus and train. It can get a little crowded at times, and the noise level goes up when it’s busy. You’ll also see a few people filming their workouts here and there, which can be a bit distracting, but it’s not a dealbreaker. The overall experience definitely makes up for it. What really sets this place apart are the extra amenities — the smoothie bar is a nice post-workout treat, the sauna and showers are always clean, and the fitness classes are well-run and motivating. All in all, it’s a great gym that’s absolutely worth the membership.

Timothy Obis I’ve been coming here for years. It’s very clean, the staff is friendly, they have most equipment I need, and an indoor pool and sauna which I love. That being said, it’s cramped, it’s small, there’s not enough room for as many people go there at peak hours. Another thing that I don’t like is since covid they changed the hours so that it closes at 8 pm, it’s closed for 3 hours in the middle of the day and it’s closed weekends. There is no reason to keep the hours like this from what I see! Overall I like the gym, but please change back the hours

Peter Le Honestly, they really care about your goals and are willing to help you achieve it. I was at a low point in my life with my mental and physical health. Working out with Karl has helped me rediscover the joys of fitness and has given me so much more. He really gets down to the basics of how your body works and moves and implements workouts on strengthening your weak points without overdoing it. It is not a fast process but as you go consistently you’ll definitely see the improvements in your fitness and mobility. Definitely would recommend anyone to train here.
