Kyle Johnson Ive been going to Crossfit Montrose for a little over 2 months now and absolutely love it. I have no prior Crossfit experience, and havent really worked out in over a year. I was looking for a place that was both motivational, and challenging and have found a great fit at CF Montrose. I started with the Foundation classes with Megan who is super knowledgeable and friendly! She met me where I was in my fitness experience, and really helped prepare me for joining the full classes. Now that I am in the classes, the workouts are challenging, but you can scale them to whatever level you want. I leave the gym feeling accomplished and humbled at the same time. I cant recommend CF Montrose enough. The classes, coaches, and people are all really amazing and I am happy to be apart of a great community!!

krissy kenney I cant get enough of Rose Gold Fitness! I truly look forward to going each day! The owner and the coaches help me be my best. I love the customization of my workouts and have had amazing results! We have a great community here and I have made so many friends! I am so happy to have this gym in my life! I could have never achieved the results I have had so far without them! Their knowledge and nutrition advice is a big part of it, but their motivation, encouragement and personal touch is what really helped me reach my goals!

Rainier Apolonio Recently renovated by removing mostly unused areas like the studio and entrance pony walls. Great airy gym space with space improvements that are much needed in a limited but boutique like space. Staff are friendly and always helpful.

Arin Shakhmalian Im really looking forward to the opening of Maestro Migran gym! From what Ive seen and heard, it’s going to be a top-tier fitness center with modern equipment, professional trainers, and a great atmosphere. It’s clear that a lot of thought and passion has gone into creating a space where people of all levels can feel motivated and supported. Can’t wait to start training here

David Great YMCA! Clean, well-equipped, and usually not as busy as commercial gyms. The staff is friendly, and the community vibe makes workouts more enjoyable. Plenty of parking and no long waits for machines. Bonus: They offer up to two hours of childcare, which is a huge help for parents. Only suggestion: consider extending Sunday hours for more flexibility. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid, low-stress gym experience.

K S I couldnt be more thrilled to have discovered the Bunda studio in Glendale! The classes and instructors are incredible. The workouts are challenging and motivating. And the front desk staff always provide excellent service. Rebecca has been especially helpful throughout my time at the studio. Grateful to have finally found a workout that I genuinely enjoy so much.

Atineh Movsesyan I love this gym! The Pilates classes are amazing, and the instructors are very helpful. The staff is super friendly and always make you feel welcome. The gym is clean, cozy, and a great place to work out and relax. I also love that my daughter can attend a yoga class while I do Pilates. It’s perfect for both of us! I highly recommend it!

Lingyu Peng I like the community fitness studio. Its not in a big mall and not difficult to park. Most of my experience are positive. The founders are very professional and caring. Their fitness schedule is resonable for me too. I also like its simple, straight forward and effective without too much dazzling technology and equipment involved.
