5 /5 Jessica You: I was going to go to another jewelry shop but they were unexpectedly closed! I was so bummed until I found this place on Yelp! I called ahead and they were open! I am so glad I came here because Jeffrey was very helpful AND my 4 rings were ready the next day!! So fast! I needed 4 different (mostly silver) rings to be resized bigger. He gave me a deal since I had so many rings (4 for $40 instead of his usual $45 per a ring). There was no price difference for if I needed them smaller vs. bigger. I was so happy to get all 4 rings back and they all fit me!! The two fake silver rings are discolored on the bottom but he warned me it would look different. I am happy with the turnaround time and that I can finally wear my precious rings!

I am pretty picky so we even scrapped one and started over and she was so patient and helpful explaining what was possible but also being honest about how different structures can make it less durable. She made us the ring of my dream and I love it so much!

The diamond is high quality and the overall look exceeded my expectation! Will be coming back for cleaning and other services!
