John set me up a plan thats all about getting stronger and moving better, and I can already tell Im getting there. The place is always super tidy, and everyones really nice. If I could change one thing, Id say it would be cool if they were open a little later for those of us who work late.

5 /5 Joe Shmoe: I was looking for training for my son, a young athlete. As a non-athlete myself it is easy to be influenced by social media,keywords and others opinions on what they should be doing at his age. I made a few calls, sent a couple of emails, but honestly no one responded proactively as how John at PLF did. He booked us a site visit with Chris, one of the trainers. After an initial visit my son was hooked, he looked forward to training with Chris and he helped getting him out of the rut he was in at the time. One thing I have learned from bringing my son here is that health both physical and mental is a journey. I am happy to say that Chris and PLF are great partners in this journey and I am greatful for that.
