Brittney I had a wonderful experience at Kay Jewelers thanks to Bianca, the store manager. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect earrings for my mom’s birthday. Bianca was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the different styles and options, but she also took the time to understand what we were looking for and made us feel completely at ease throughout the process. Her warm personality, patience, and genuine care made this a truly memorable shopping experience. My mom absolutely loved the earrings, and we have Bianca to thank for that! Recently I had a wedding to attend and Rupinder helped me plan all my suits , ranging from custom made suits to ready made ones and jewelry to match! I would give her designs of what I wanted a suit to look like and what color I wanted and she would create a suit that would include everything I asked for and was also in my budget. All the suits I asked came in time and she spent time making sure everything fit well and that I was happy with the results. Overall I recommend this store to anyone looking for new and custom suites and beautiful jewelry!

HK FINE JEWELRY AND WATCH INC. HAYWARD
Yonus Ahmad I went in here looking to get my ring sized, 30 minutes later I walked out with the Rolex. I couldn’t find anywhere else in the bay area for thousands less than what the dealers wanted in LA. Lesson learned, don’t ever underestimate the small guys, this place has new stuff every time I walk in there. Safety being a priority to me Is another reason why I chose this place, there’s a cop in the parking lot during business hours and there’s a highway patrol substation around the corner.

Cheri was welcoming, sweet and funny. She explained the repair process clearly. She assured me that Lance, the owner and sole repair specialist, would take good care of my ring. And he did! Lance worked his magic to make my ring look like new again. I noticed some reviews mentioned same-day service, but my ring took 2-3 weeks. Maybe I visited during a busy time or my ring needed extra TLC, but the wait was well worth it. 10/10
