If you call, you get a machine, if you dont know your partys extension, you go into a circle on the phone. If you send a text, it goes unanswered, if you want anything, forget it.
I was with Neff for years and he was very good to me with my insurance needs, but now that he is with Gallagher, its like he has retired, but I see that he is Sr. VP.
I sold my property and told the agent Yvonne. I told her that I needed a quote for the new property I purchased. She was a challenge to get in touch with as well. But eventually I got a policy. Looking at it, saw many errors, so tried to get in touch for edits. Again, forget it. Dont hold your breath. I even paid the premiums, and yet still get all sorts of electronic communcations telling me to sign papers, I already signed and paid for. Have I received my policy? Nope. Can I get a copy of it, probably if they decide to answer the phone or respond to emails, texts or smoke signals.
To top it off, the policy for the house that I sold is still active and they are charging me for it. Good grief, can anyone imagine working with Gallagher? I am now throwing up my hands and starting to shop elsewhere, as I cant seem to find anyone at Neff or Gallagher who communicate.
Stay away from this company, or if you like irritating frustrating business, then please go forward and enjoy the experience.
