I had a great experience with picking up my online order from him that I ended up ordering another Tag Heuer through him. From now on I will go straight to Joey for all my watch orders and needs. Christina Salama I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer. Miriam Mendoza My parents and family friends had always purchased items for special occasions at Teresas. Which is why when we baptized our goddaughter I knew exactly where we needed to go. It was a good thing we were baptizing in California, since we moved to Wyoming in 2008. I had texted a picture of the beautiful necklace and pendant Enrique and Teresa had helped us pick out to a friend and she loved it! Flash forward to last year, this friend started planning for her daughters Quinceañera. I knew right away I wanted to be her sponsor for her necklace/pendant. I asked my sister to please go, take pictures and purchase for us. When we received the items I thought the bottom of the pendant was scratched/scuffed up. I called the store and spoke with Teresa who immediately offered to help getting it taken care of. I mailed out the items and the entire team helped get things taken care if. The pendant was not scratched/scuffed it turns out the angel below the Virgin Mary was a different color and that was why it looked that way. Enrique and Nancy helped take care of things, polishing and getting the pendant to look just as we wanted. Overall it was a great experience, even though we were in a completely different state!

From the start, he was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. He guided us through each step and made sure we understood what to expect along the way. While we did face some challenges—particularly with getting the prongs just right on my fiancé’s ring which took multiple adjustments over the course of nine months— Juan never gave up on making it perfect. Even when the ring had to be completely remade, he stayed committed and always treated us with care and respect. What really stood out was that Juan didn’t just help us design rings—he celebrated with us. He felt like a friend and we always left feeling like he genuinely cared about our happiness.
