5 /5 Murray Webster: Melanie Villeneuve and her team are the best State Farm agents I have dealt with in over 50 years with the company. Melanie helped me with an auto claim last year, and this year they spent a couple of hours eith me reviewing all my policies. I have always found them available, helpful, and professional. It is a pleasure calling or seeing them, which I doubt most people can say about an insurance agency.

I chose to change my broker/agent to Melanie Villeneuve’s office so as to have someone more familiar with the local insurance issues. I’m so glad we did. Her team has been extremely helpful not only in the process of the venue change, but also with any questions we’ve had. In my experience her team is second to none. My direct interaction with both Dayle Gomez and Bel Guerrero have been outstanding. They are both knowledgeable, exceedingly helpful and gracious. Their communication skills are outstanding and when they say they’ll do something we feel confident it will get done and they will loop back to confirm. Anyone interested in using Melanie and her team can rest assured they are in caring and capable hands.

Anytime I need anything, ,they are quick to respond. We had a dead battery, I didn’t have the Road Side Assistance info handy. They immediately texted me the phone number and followed up later to make sure we were OK. I couldn’t ask for a better insurance agency.

Nope, Dayle made it a smooth and fast process. Also they make sure that they get you every discount you qualify for. I have been with State Farm for years. Ive had some bad agents.
