1 /5 Vivian DeMarco: I am sorry to say I had a terrible experience with the Palmer Rodak law firm. Matthew Palmer is quite charming, and says all the right things. He immediately turned me over to a paralegal Dylan, who wasnt very sharp, so I was happy when he was replaced by Alexandra. Unfortunately Alexandra was completely clueless. She constantly got my requests confused with the opposing partys request. I would write up a proposal, and she would send it to me almost exactly backwards. I would ask a question and she would answer in a nonsensical matter, which made it necessary to then speak to Matthew. So then I would have to pay for both her time and his time. I finally made my own agreement with my husband and sent in about a 2 page agreement. They took about a month or so to take my written agreement and add about 15 pages of legalese. When I questioned Mr. Palmer about this he replied hes never had a decision reversed...:so I had to pay for him to not be reversed and then other lawyers within the had to review the same agreement.of course I had to pay for every minute of the time they spent to write up a proposal that I drafted myself. I might add, there were errors At the same time they never really commented or advise me on any of my proposals, i.e. is this suggestion good for you or good for opposing party etc. no question as to whether or not this proposal was correct for me. I could go on, but this is getting lengthy so suffice it to say I would not recommend this firm.
