I have found Ms. Valencia and her office associates to always being professional and very easy to work with. They not only take a personal interest to my needs and policy, but are always available to assist me and answer any questions that I might have. Their family atmosphere and approach has kept me as their client even when other insurance agencies had given me lower quotes. You cannot put a price on such great service. S S This location is such a gift - and such a better option than the experience of the DMV for vehicle registration and any DMV services that can be provided. The representatives are knowledgeable and personable yet professional. I highly recommend this location and having a AAA membership. The wait times have rarely exceeded 20 minutes and they are open on Saturdays.
