5 /5 Danyel Viveros: Beyond satisfied with the customer service provided with every but specially autumn , she sold me this beautiful wending ring with also the wedding band making it an exact fit, and couldn’t be more happier with the results, since the first time I went to see the rings nothing but helpful and also autumn would always update us if anything and was able to find us the best price, I recommend it 10/10

1 /5 Khae Saechao: Extremely unprofessional. The employee actually used an incorrect size tool to remove the screws from my husbands watch to replace the battery (you can see screws are messed up) & didnt bother to wipe the watch down after working on it. Will never be returning.

Lin, a young professional employee helped me through this process and made it simple and fast. I would definitely consider trying them out for any future jewelry needs. Ask for Lin, she is bilingual and can help with any jewelry inquiries you may have.

5 /5 Lacey Anderson: Talk about above and beyond experience! Autumn immediately greeted and asked me what I was looking for. When they didn’t have my size in a ring I was interested in, she shared with me that they get shipments twice a month. I didn’t end up getting a ring, but left with two pieces of jewelry. I was looking for a hoop belly button ring and the one available was too big for my taste, so she recommended a lip ring instead! So cute and absolutely love it! Later in the day, she messaged me saying that she found an opal ring that she could size for me and if I was interested in it. I definitely was and told her I would be back the next day to pick it up. I was so shocked at how thoughtful she was to reach out to me when she saw the ring. She is extremely thoughtful and was happy to answer any questions I had. My experience was 11/10 and appreciate her kindness!
