1 /5 Get a Ii Me: I purchased a pair of earrings for my wife 5/7/22 and gave them to her the same day that evening to put them on and the hook was already broken/defective as she went to remove them from the packaging. I called the store where I purchased them at the Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia, California and they are not willing to help exchange them. I was not asking for my money back, just an even exchange for a defective product. Horrible customer service, I would not recommend this place to anyone. You can purchase better quality jewelry at fashion stores.

1 /5 Raylene M: came in yesterday and bought 6 pairs of jewelry as a gift for friends. when i went to pay the associate mumbled and said something about moving my phone. i always have my tap card ready to pay on my phone and never have had an issue. i moved my phone forward confused. the associate then snapped at me and told me to stop and shoved my phone away. with her hand. first off it is inappropriate to touch a personal item of the customer. secondly the associate was so overdramatic that she even moved the pin pad away from me. she snapped and said i was messing up the payment. like i mentioned before. a customer having payment ready on tap never messes with the machine processing. i always pay this way and have payment ready to make the process easier. after this bizarre behavior and outburst on the associates end, she kept scanning multiple times and said the computer was down and to move to a different computer. this went on for over 5 to 10 min of her not being able to check me out and her looking like a dunce. after so many attempts she was flustered and i was able to pay. if it wasn’t for the fact the purchase was a gift i would’ve walked out right then and there. i have never been treated so rudely. i will never come back to this shop ever again. the associate needs to be retrained and reprimanded.

1 /5 Maria k: I went in too look at some hair accessories. As I was taking one down, the sales lady starting shouting or screaming "NO! NO!" from across the store. It was such bizarre and unprofessional behavior!! I was picking up the item to take a closer look. ( a hairband) I left right away because her behavior was so rude. There are many other places to buy hair accessories that have respectable customer service, Lovisa is not one of these stores.
