Mihir Meghani Great service from staff here. If you need to deposit checks, the counter staff are fast. There is an area to sit & watch the news. They provide complimentary self serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water & sodas. You can also use 2 computers to check your Schwab account.

Ashwini Patil Visited the branch today and a few times in the past to get Cashier’s check. From the front desk to the cashier, everyone was super friendly and helpful. They were checking with every customer individually to make sure they are getting the help they needed. Really appreciate the great service from the branch staff!

Kevin Wong After stringing me along for 4-5 months, they sent a poorly worded email stating that the LOCKED RATE is too far from the current market rate. I had to chase them down every 2-3 days for them to sat that “it will be closed in 2 weeks”. Liars and frauds. Please go elsewhere to save your efforts.
