They are courteous, punctual, and caring. Their charter is to care for you at all times when you need them. Over the long years I have been a client, I have worked with Lori Plante who has been stellar providing accurate quotes and services that fits my needs. She has a commitment to make sure clients are not just a number but rather providing the best services and build trust. Recently, I have been working with Thomas Palmer who has just recently joined the organization and has provided an outstanding services to much needed quote to recent car I purchased as well as re-instating insurance for my Land Rover and vespa. He has delivered on-time and has gone the extra miles to make sure my immediate needs are in place. He followed thru with all means of communication tools to ensure my insurance needs are met and satisfactory. Tom Lau I wanted someone who could explain questions about Insurance along with why there is such a difference in price between different providers. I did not want to call an Insurance provider only to reach a computer answering machine or an answering service that promises to have someone return my call. Finally, I have found Dwight responsive and the Insurance quoted prices are competitive. I have my Homeowner, Auto, Umbrella Policy, Personal Property, Medicare Supplement, and my wife’s Personal Property policies with Dwight. This provides me a discount as I have multiple policies with Dwight. He is worth considering.

Alex Obispo Not a good choice , and I learned it the hard way. Just when I needed an urgent help in updating our store information, I cannot get help with any live person. And their AI support suck! Customers need to speak with a live person for christ sake. I used both the phone and chat to ask for support. Both had a messaging that their phone support and chat are closed when I am reaching out on the Thursday (7/10) at 2PM in Alabama. Common start working please. Your support should be opened monday - friday 8am to 5pm CST. This is the worst customer service I ever had with any insurance companies. For sure I will plan to move.

Gaku Ueda Best insurance agent I know and I have been getting all of my insurances from them since 2010. The great thing about them is that everything can be done over email conversations, and their replies are spot on!
