I came in with a gem I bought online for a ring setting, and Chad was awesome and super helpful while guiding me through the many ring setting options. As someone who’s not familiar with the technical details of jewelry and precious metals, I really appreciated Chad’s patience and friendliness. Chad never tried to upsell/push me to something that wasn’t in my best interest. 2.5 weeks later, my ring was ready, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The craftsmanship is perfect, and the price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this jeweler. They also resized my ring and did a beautiful, flawless job. Thank you so much!
