I worked with Chris the loan officer to open my account, set up auto pays, refi my car loan and obtain a personal loan to consolidate things. Chris made this transition quick and easy! His professionalism was exemplary! Everything I was promised was followed through and followed up on by Chris. Every time I had a question it was easy to get in contact with him via phone, text or email! I also had the pleasure of working with a few other members who were also professional with wonderful customer service! Yasmine Elsherbini I came to Debbie last year (2023) when my 2021 taxes were a mess- I had to deal with IRS letters and back and forth with my financial institution. Long story short--Debbie was able to help me prove that I did not need to pay and get me back the large amount of money that I had paid when I didnt need to. Fast forward to this tax season and I returned to work with Zack for my tax filing. I was pleased again with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for assistance. Happy customer!
