Bianca was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the different styles and options, but she also took the time to understand what we were looking for and made us feel completely at ease throughout the process. Her warm personality, patience, and genuine care made this a truly memorable shopping experience. My mom absolutely loved the earrings, and we have Bianca to thank for that! Cheri was welcoming, sweet and funny. She explained the repair process clearly. She assured me that Lance, the owner and sole repair specialist, would take good care of my ring. And he did! Lance worked his magic to make my ring look like new again. I noticed some reviews mentioned same-day service, but my ring took 2-3 weeks. Maybe I visited during a busy time or my ring needed extra TLC, but the wait was well worth it. 10/10
