Matt Ropac I started doing business with Rockys Pawn Shop when I fell on hard times and Dan was so caring and understanding about what I was going through. He has gone the extra mile for me several times now and I just went and got all my stuff back and again nothing damaged or even dusty, They took good care of my property like it was their own, and Dan just like always helped me with a smile and said, "Come back anytime you need us." and it felt like family when he said it, Thanks Dan Well, here I go again, I had to go see my friends at my friendly neighborhood Pawn Brokerage to See Dan again as we all know its almost Christmas and times are not only tight but tough as well, Im happy to know that I can count on my friends at Rockys to help me and not overcharge me on the service charge, like other places have in the past and I would feel a miss if I didnt tell anybody and everybody in town if you need help and you have some quality merchandise that you dont want to sell but you really need a few bucks to get you by till payday, or maybe you havent bought that special someone in your life something special this holiday season and Rockys has an amazing line of Jewelry and all other types of merchandise and tools at a reasonable price. Emily Arnott My fiance and i went 3 weeks ago. We were initially just looking until i fell in love with one ring. Went back three weeks after initially looking and the staff remembered us. They’re extremely kind and helpful with discussing all of our financial options without making you feel trapped into one option. The older gentleman was extremely kind and talked with us throughout the whole process with stories he had relating to things about my fiance and i. which was a very nice conversation to have while debating financial options. they have a very wide selection of rings. all very good quality and a ton of lab made designs. if ever we were to get a new ring/ add bands i’d absolutely go back to this place! really good experience overall. they also weren’t bothered when i asked to try on a ton of different ring styles and options. very patient people and all so kind. also extremely reasonably priced with good deals depending how you pay!

Sherry Huff My parents had a ton of old jewelry they had collected over many years and wanted to see what value was there. We went to Hope jewelers and met with the owner Jimmy and he was extremely patient with my elderly father and went through each piece carefully. Josh Lee I was visiting Palm Springs from Vancouver, Canada. I stopped by and asked if I could see the Rolex Bubble-back I saw by the window-side. The owner was super nice - he knew I had no intention to buy anything, but he let me check out other watches (Omega Constellation, gold Bubbleback and rose gold Bubbleback). Giving this store a 3.3 star rating on Google is unjust. Anyone who had a proper encounter with the owner and the employees will know how friendly the place is. I hope to buy a Bubbleback from this store some time in the future.

Helen Wilkins Fun jewelry store with one of a kind designs made by local designers. My daughter purchased a necklace made from A repurposed vintage Chanel button and I purchased the owner’s caged pearl design necklace. Prices are incredibly reasonable and the owner is great and friendly. Definitely check out this gem of a store when visiting PS.
