I used to hate working out and, worse, working out at a gym, but she changed my outlook on fitness, health, and overall well-being. I’ve been with Steph for over six months and am at an incredible level with my health and wellness. Before working with her, I lacked energy and motivation, but her fitness and nutritional plans reshaped my existence. I have developed muscles in places I didn’t think I’d have! I am energetic, motivated, and proud of the lifestyle change that I’ve been practicing because of her. I am also stronger, leaner, and healthier. I look forward to seeing her weekly and to continuing to challenge myself. Our workouts vary each session, and I am always wiped out (significantly!) after each session. If there are days that I don’t feel too motivated, seeing Steph’s level of energy brings me up and keeps me going. She checks in about my eating habits and adjusts them accordingly.
