I ended up with a pair of beautiful earrings that I probably didnt need but it made my partner so happy to give them to me and the owner put the earrings on hold when she saw how much I like them guessing he would come back for them. We spent three hours (yes, three!) trying to find the perfect ring, and NOT once did she lose her patience even though I kept changing my mind about the stones, colors, and sizes. She was so accommodating, helpful, and honestly just fun to be around! Her sense of humor made the whole experience feel like we were shopping with a friend, not just a supervisor. She gave us honest opinions, great suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her good vibes and professionalism made what could’ve been a stressful search really enjoyable. Caroline Frentzen Cindy is very professional, very pleasant, and very talented at her craft. I brought her undrilled Tahitian pearls and she was able to make earring based on a description of what I wanted her to make. Very satistified. She was also able to restring an old pearl necklace that had lost its shape and upon request was able to shorten the necklace and make the extra pearls into a matching bracelet.

Nicolette Semmelmeyer Theresa is such a lovely person and does an excellent job. She provides excellent customer service and even calls to provide updates. I have trusted her to repair several pieces of jewelry and I am always so impressed with her work. Her attention to detail and expertise shines through and you really feel the value in the cost. She is very honest and will always say during consult what can or cant be done and never overstate. I highly recommend her and will be happy continuing to using her services.

Jim Taylor Been working with Dioro for a while. Lately I was in there with several watches for bands, adjustments etc. Corinne is helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She “gets” what you are looking for and is quick to offer suggestions to make sure you land where you want. She is upfront with repairs, pricing and availability. Listens to you with an open heart Instinctively knows what is needed and goes the extra mile to make it happen We wanted to design our own wedding rings. A little overwhelming as we did not know very much about the art of jewelry making, but Gregory patiently guided us through the process. Lots of details and effort. Our wedding rings truly feel magical. Working with Gregory and engaging with all his staff and lovely wife has been a real pleasure
