Surplus EAC Amazing coaches! They take the time to teach you the right technique so that you dont get hurt. They also set expectations based on the individuals level and not on a general level. Hours are flexible and all coaches are bilingual. You can always find parking. There is a good variety of classes, which makes it fun and engaging.

cristina tamez Their work outs are great!!! The instructors are welcoming and push you to do better, yet are open to providing alternatives to workouts and answering questions. I took the initial three classes at $30 just to try it out and liked it so much that I signed up for a month. Im still going strong at three months and plan to keep going! Its the type of workout that motivates me! Coach Kai is the best.

What I miss the most is the family oriented atmosphere, it always felt welcoming and supportive, like a little fitness community. The environment was fun, positive, and never too pushy. The staff and trainers were always encouraging, no matter what fitness level you were at. They truly cared about helping you reach your goals in a way that felt motivating, not overwhelming. It’s rare to find a place that balances professionalism with a down to earth vibe, and this gym nailed it. Definitely a great space for anyone looking to stay active while feeling supported and uplifted!
