Ana Flores It’s the holiday season it can be hectic but hey what do you expect?! Don’t like waiting maybe shop ahead of time and avoid the chaotic Christmas season... anyways.. Ariana was the one who helped my husband and I and she was AMAZING! She was super helpful and tried her best to please everyone in line and she got the job DONE! Excellent customer service quick and easy! We were in line and yet She was able to help us get TWO BRACELETS without the need of going inside the actual store. We were in and in out the mall within 20 minutes! Will be coming back again! Thank you Ariana!

I’m obsessed with their beautiful jewelry. Trinity is honest when asked her opinion about piercing location and appropriate jewelry. She is very knowledgeable and super sweet. serenity shaylee Everytime I come here I get an infection in my ear no matter how many times I clean it a day. Now since my ear is swallowing the piercing I have to go to the er so they can cut it. I am beyond furious and in pain. Do not come here. I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is a nightmare
