Serena Bennett Got my nails done on my birthday (Sept. 24th). Kept telling her how to do them. They were popping off right away. No prepping to the nail made them all fall off within 3 hours. I spoke up she just didnt care. She needs to go back to cosmetology school.

Amberle Called for a same day appointment and got Cathy who was wonderful. I brought my daughter with me and she worked around her popping in and out of the chairspace. Dhe also gave me the exact cut I wanted even though I am terrible at communicating my cut preferences. Excellent experience and the whole salon was welcoming!

Tiffany Fraley I made an appointment with a friend to get a pedicure. Right off the bat I noticed nail tech with brown hair was trying to use an used emery board an nail file. I asked her to use a new ones an i would pay extra. This is when the other nail tech with blonde hair told me that they sterile them after every use...??? So I tipped my nail tech $20 for her time an thanked her but said no thanks. My friend was up....she was completely upset with the astronomical price she had to pay for a full set. Within 2days a nail had fallen off. The entire set fell off within the week. To my surprise my friend figured it was just a fluke an made another appointment for another full set. Unfortunately she Received The same poor quality set that looked like a 7 year old did for $70!! Unfortunately, In Yreka, it is easier to find the end of a Rainbow. Then it is to get a nail appointment from a nail tech who actually does quality work. They are completely booked up and are not accepting new clients. ~♡God, please send Us a few ☆talented nail Techs☆ ....As soon as you can please♡!! ~AMEN

amy jones Went to get a haircut and the lady said she was booked up and refused to even entertain the idea of making a appointment. I said I didnt mind if it was a couple weeks out she said no she would not schedule anyone was very rude about it. Im new to the area and just trying to find a regular salon this will definitely not be it. I cant take being busy but not the poor customer service! Disappointed that this is what the area has to offer. Plus all the homeless people outside peeing on the building when you walk up it smells like pee if you can get to door.

P L I was very pleased with my stylist Portia! I have thick hair, and not many stylists can properly cut or style it, but she said no problem and mastered it. She was overall outgoing and friendly. I will definitely be going back to see her.

Johnson Johnson My son and I tried out Kwik kuts for the first time and are both very happy with the haircuts we received. I rarely walk away happy with my haircut, but today I did. Easily the best haircut Ive had in years. We will be returning. Very comfortable and professional. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a hair cut.

Juli Johnston I visited Kwik Kuts in Yreka and asked some one about highlights and low lights and thought she was rude and abrupt for no reason and the price she quoted was absurd for my length of hair . I could go to a higher end salon and be offered a late or wine for the same price without an audience and an attitude . I did stay and get a cut from a really nice girl named Porsha Thats why I gave 4 stars because she was so sweet and she gave me the senior discount without asking the manager didnt offer that.

Bailey Will not be back. The older lady with a southern accent was very vocal with her opinions on social issues (also not the first time Ive heard her speak like that but decided to brush it off because i did have good cuts before) which everyone is entitled to their opinion but at work while on the clock isnt the time and place. Haircut was less then satisfactory as well. I was shocked when she mentioned she had been doing it for years. Will travel to the place in walmart in Medford instead.
