Yadira Vargas Ive been here several times, its was ok as other posts say back in 2020. Now in 2022 the owner lady who does the acrylic nails has gotten worse in all aspects; customer service, interest, dedication, shes rude and does not care what the customer wants. While I have been waiting for my turn I see clients complaining and I have always given them a chance to realize they can get out of business if they dont care for the customer but today I was fed up. On one occasion of his year I went to get a cuticle clean up and she savagely did it pulling the dry cuticles like it was raw meat and cutting one of my cuticles and not saying sorry at all or even trying to care for it I was bleeding a lot and she just cleaned it off and didnt even look at my eyes or say excuse me... NO RESPONSE OR EMOTION. On a different occasion she was doing my acrylic set and when I told her they were not looking very good because some parts were not covered with the polish she got angry and began doing it worse acting like she didnt understand English AND ONLY SAYING YES FRIEND I FIX RIGHT NOW!! But she does nothing and continues to finish up and doesnt even say she is done and moves to the next client expecting you to go pay and leave. The same thing happened when she was doing an acrylic set on me and she was doing them TOO thick for my taste and I politely let her know and she got angry and did them worse. replying the same thing, I FIX RIGHT NOW FRIEND! AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENS! Today was the last day I went because I left with a chipped nail and I told her and she said the same thing I FIX RIGHT NOW FRIEND and she did nothing to it and proceeded as usual with the next client. I hope NOBODY ever goes there anymore and gives her your $45-$100+ dollars for bad service, bad treatment, and BAD NAILS. IF you the owner reads this I hope you begin a change in your "NICE Nails SPA" and maybe begin by your attitude and service ideas. Your a talented nail technician but have become a bad technician with horrible services. May you get light in your life and stop earning hard worked money from our community.

Shalini Lal I really like this place. It is clean, nice and beautiful. The person who did my pedicure, did a very great job. He took his time, he massage my legs and I enjoyed it very much. When he was done with the pedicure , he used the warm towel to wipe it. It felt very great!!. This was my first time I went to this place and I will go to this place again and again..... I will recommend this place to everyone. Ladies this is the place to go to do our nails.

Daniela Zamora I had come here once to do my eyebrows that was fine and they were friendly, which is why I went there to get a pedi. My first issue is that i asked how long it be, since all the pedi chairs were full and there was a couple other ppl waiting. The lady would not tell me how long she just told me to pick a color and sit down. I asked again about how long and she said something like, hes almost done or something. I waited for prob 30+ min and then got told to go the pedi chair as soon as the person that was there got up. I asked if it was ready TWO times because due to the current situation I thought they would at least wipe it down or something. They did not disenfect surfaces like i thought they would. So I sit down and they turn on the water and i waited another 30 min on the chair. One of the workers did remind me that i could use the massage feature while i waited, that was nice of him. When it was FINALLY my turn I told the lady which service i wanted and told her I also would like a simple white flower design on my big toes. She asked if i was doing gel, i explained that i wanted regular polish. The guy from before jumps in and says that it has to be gel, i told him I did not want gel. Then he says that if i do regular it will take like an hour to dry. I told them again that i wanted regular, i never gel on my toes cuz regular lasts me a long time. Anyway the lady comes back with stickers, I told her usually it gets drawn with white polish. She looked confused and continued with the pedi. When she was done she goes and brings more stickers, this time smaller. This time i show her a picture of what i meant. I once again tell her that they usually hand draw it, something simple nothing crazy. They guys then jumps in again and tells me that she doesnt draw or something like that. So i told them to forget about the design and just do the polish. I still tipped her 20%, i know its a busy week for them cuz of graduations. I was really looking forward to this salon and to my pedi but I will not be going back.

She explains everything thoroughly, making sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Her expertise truly shrines through delivering natural beautiful results. Wendy I Only place I’ll trust with my skin! Amazing staff with lots of knowledge and great recommendations. They also sell great skincare from Hydrinity. I will not go anywhere else! Eunoia is the best medispa in Monterey County.

Stephanie Dominguez I made an appointment because I felt like my eyebrows were too big and bushy. Julissa said they just need a little shape to them. Once my appointment was complete I had more arch and shape to my brows and Julissa even took the time to teach me how to pencil in my brows! Can’t wait to go back to see her in February! She was very kind!

cynthia romero Efrain does a great cut! My boys are super picky but this young guy knows what hes doing. He used straight razor and really pays attention to detail. We def will be going back for sure!!

Ernesto Leyva Worst place I have took my boys to they took forever to cut my boys hair and did a horrible job the ladies there do no know what they are doing at all. They tried charging me 20 dollars for each of them I laughed and said no way am I paying that. One of my boys doesnt even want to go to school cause if how bad they cut his hair now I need to find someone to fix it. WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GO HERR THE LADIES HERE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Perez mfamily Came highly recommended from peers at work. Pre-Paid for micro blading with shading. During the consultation decided shading was not me (too bold) as I like a more natural look. I was told the money I paid would cover the touch up. I felt she rushed during my appointment as she had another engagement to get to. I felt my eyebrow’s suffered, as a result one was great and the other was not as detailed. Tried to make an appointment for the touch up however, was told I would have to make an additional payment. It felt wrong to have to pay more on top of what I already paid. In the end I decide it was not worth paying more for service I was not happy with. I followed all of her after care instructions and even so the work faded and is almost gone. It been about a year since I had it done. I know it’s something that can happen and I don’t blame the technician. I’m mentioning it so you can be aware that it happens EVEN if you follow the instructions. Hope this helps as you are deciding to pay $$$ for the service. In fairness my coworkers eyebrows are very nice and they got the micro-blading and shadowing.

Kenedee Renee Menefee Cindy is a breath of fresh air in the hair styling community. We struggled for so long trying to find a hairstylist that could give my grandma a manageable hairstyle once she had reached the point of fully gray hair and the texture of her hair changed so drastically. We went through so many stylists and so many different haircuts only to realize after the first wash post salon service, it looked the very same as before: rough texture, feather light to the point where it would just blow all over the place. It looked as if she had not even had it cut. But then she spent some time at Windsor Gardens Rehabilitation and Cindy works there cutting residents hair. She immediately found a cute and still on the edgy side (definitely not a Granny hairstyle) that looks great on my grandma. And the best part? Its completely wash and go when need be. Or if time permits, Ill blow dry it for her with a round brush sometimes to get more of a polished look. Add a small amount of flexible hold hair spray to hold the volume and were good to go. It works both ways. Now that my grandma is home I take her to Cindys shop probably around once a month for a maintenance trim. Shes a game changer. A problem solver in the cosmetology world. We are so greatful to have found her!

Dianna M If you haven’t been to this salon during the Christmas season, make it a point to venture in! Relaxology is an absolute wonderland! We’ve moved away from California and I still haven’t found a nail technician as good as Lany! Not only is she skilled, her salon is a peaceful and tranquil haven. If I could give Lany and Relaxology 100 Stars I would! Not only does Lany truly give personalized service, she actually takes her time and does a beautiful job. She is so personable and friendly, that you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. Its hard to call Relaxology a nail salon, it goes way beyond that. Here youll find a tranquil, serene and incredibly beautiful environment, think Spa. Excellent service in a gorgeous setting, what more could you ask for? I strongly recommend Relaxology for your manicure, pedicure and massage needs. Im so grateful to have found Relaxology. I added a few photos, but they truly don’t do this business justice. You have to see it for yourself.

MC H Best service. Hand powder manicure and gel pedicure. Kelly and Mae are super friendly and efficient. Took her time to make sure powder was pigmented enough. Pedicure was nice and relaxing. Felt so comfortable and taken care of, 10/10 recommend.

Tim Kelley I’ve been going to this salon for years. The last three pedicure visits I was stuck with the gentleman (who’s name I can’t recall) and the pedicure was underwhelming. His heart is just not in it. He goes through the motions and the end result is okay, but for $40 plus tip I expect more.

Denise A Reasonably priced ($45 for a regular mani pedi), lots of parking, open on Saturdays, and great customer service. I appreciate that the place is well ventilated and doesnt smell of chemicals. While they take walk ins, I recommend calling ahead. On occasion they book up and arent able to take walk ins. Credit cards are accepted.

Angel Cooper Great experience, I got exactly what I wanted. Goof atmosphere, nice nail technicians. Reasonable prices and they let you know if you choose gel so you know it will be an extra charge. I really love their water tubs for the pedicure chairs, they look like mermaid bowls.

Nikki McWeeney I have never been so disappointed with a nail appointment. I came here for over 10 years before I left they area. I was back in town and needed a fill. I went in on a Monday afternoon, by Wednesday afternoon I had lost 2 nails with 2 more on their way out. Such terrible quality. When the first nail broke (during my sleep!) I went in for a quick repair I was told they were too busy and to make an appointment. I will never be back. I expect more for $40. Shame on them

L A I could not schedule here because they have a cat roaming free in the salon. Unfortunately I am very allergic. Something to be aware of.

Samantha Regalado I’ve been in that store a couple of times and also was followed around more than once. Employees are very rude and disrespectful. They also sell monomers that say are ema but are mma so sad for us nail techs trying to avoid mma and end up using it on our clients.
