Erica Franco Amazing! Liem was my nail guy today. This was my first time visiting. My usual place was closed. I definitely will be coming back! The process were good and you get so much for your money. The staff was friendly. They spoke English well. The place was clean. Liem checked with me at every point during my appointment to make sure I was happy with everything.....nail length, color, nail file etc. I was also not shy about telling him how I wanted my nails filed.( They cant read your mind)

makenna wolff Me and my mother made a last minute decision to go here. I was here for a fill, the previous work was from my normal place. My mom requested poly gel and they didnt know what that was. I got powder dip. The people here dont hide the fact that their taking bad about their customers, and theyll laugh about you. The atmosphere was sad. And the lady I had was rushing through the process. My nail after the dip is way too thin. She was rough with my hands and everytime she rudely signed to me to put my hand into the purple light. When it came to the paint she couldnt make a simple sun design with a dot and lines and looked confused and laughed at my response. I then requested the typical flower and she failed at that too. She left paint on the skin of my hands. Melted acrylic on my fingers from melting off the old nails I had on. Got lotion all over the sleeves of my arm. The paint around my nails are all over my skin and uneven, the acrylic was stuck to my skin on the side of my nail and ended up taking a layer of my skin off. And the shapes of the nails is horrible. Getting nails is the only time I get time with my mom and she should get a refund. In fact my coworker said she thought I did them myself.

Shelly Saenz It was my first time visit at this nail shop and the outcome of my visit was horrible! During the process of getting my nails done I had let the tech know she was being too rough and was filing my skin and not my nail so now I have several cuts on my skin but to top it all off my skin was stuck to the acrylic on my thumb so nail tech decided to use a skinny drill bit between the nail and finger to get the acrylic off, but instead of a outward motion she went straight in and stabbed me. Now I have a deep cut in between my nail and skin that just burns and bleeds. I have acrylic residue on all my fingers it was a messy job. I tried peeling it off with the cuticle oil once they sent me off and finished charging me. To bad I noticed all my cuts and uneven filing outside in the sun light after I paid. I turned around and went back to asked for a discount or refund because my thumb was burning especially because I noticed how bad of a job it was and she denied anykind of refund. So $84 down the drain. Theres more nail shops in the same shopping area so go else where. I will post my thumb nail and skin cuts here with out the blood after I clean up the wounds.

Miriam Lopez My first time going and my visit went well. I got a pedicure with acrylic on my toes and a full set. Danny and the little lady next to him took care of me.They did great! The only thing that was not ok was what I was charged. Everything totalled up to$180.00 plus I gave each of the people who worked on me $10.00 each. I felt that I was over charged. I called the owner later to ask about the way I was priced and she game me back $10.00 in credit. I went back a week and a half later to fix my nail that I broke and she didnt charge me. While there for the second time I dont know what was said between them in the salon but they went back and forth in a really uncomfortable and loud manner while fixing my one nail. Dannys attitude had changed on me and I dont understand why, they had a discussion in their foreign language so I dont know what was said. Its ok to speak whatever language they want but not in an argumentative way all across the room and very loud. Wasnt professional at all.

Rhonda Young Just wanna say that i am out of the area and stop by this place and I would highly recommend as they did the best job that I can say I have been to others nail places and I don’t think I found anybody who is comparable to them They took their time they talked with us. They made sure everything that we wanted and confirmed everything so yes, Five Star for them. Thank you for the kindness.

Lexus Shawty BEWARE OF FUNGUS! Ive been here a few times, and my sets never last. I noticed a nail fungus but was going to 2 nail salons and wasnt sure which it was coming from! Finally I waited until my nails and feet were in the clear. I went back here and noticed a fungus on my nail( and a horrible mani) and fungus on both big toes. The nail tech actually noticed a fungus developing on my toe and placed the acrylic anyways! They dont clean tools properly, watch them.

D C Started going here after my previous nail place began acting as though an acrylic full set wasnt worth their time; so I took my money elsewhere. Called ahead to make sure there wasnt a wait time; lady over the phone told me they were avaiable for a full set. I walked in, waited five minutes, and was helped sooner than I expected. Linda did an absolutely wonderful job on my glitter acrylic full set, and at a fair price. The lady who cashed me out was also pleasant. Parking lot is in plaza, not hard o find. And the salon is in a pretty quiet section. Look forward to regular service here.

Mr Clay Always had an amazing experience here with Lynn. Definitely took the recommendation of some of the other reviewers here and I was not disappointed. She was so kind and the entire experience was amazing. Definitely ask for Lynn if you check this place out !!

mandisa clarke Very nice salon. Pricy but not bad for the area. By is amazing. These are my real nails. Full set acrylic overlay $60 I did do gel. The shape is perfect. They just dont cater much to real nail clients so with the acrylic my nails are dumb thin. I think I will go back to silk wrapping.

Reyna Elizabeth Fonseca I was served by the gentleman with the highlights that works there. Very rough and rude, my nails didn’t came out like I wanted and his vibe was unwelcoming. Pedicure lady was a different person. Very polite and friendly asking how I like my you nails through the process. Nothing compare to the man that work on my manicure. On of them was too fat and every time I asked to fix his, his face ana nosy language wasn’t friendly.

Carla Fierro The lady was nice. I don’t hate my nails but $75 for these nails. I got got ripped off!!! No design no gel I just asked for clear coat. 10$ extra charge for “color powder!” & did not tell me extra charge until she was done!

Salina von Borstel This was my first time coming to this place and just from the phone call alone I already liked this place. The energy and all around positive environment along with the beautiful decor, made me happy I made an appointment. JR is a man with an infectious smile and happy go lucky attitude. My nail tech Julie was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. I felt like I was talking with an old friend. 10/10! I’m definitely coming back!

The wait wasn’t long, the service was fast but very thorough. Water temperature was perfect. Cleanliness was the best I’ve ever experienced. They had the color of gel I asked for. So kind and gentle. The staff is soft spoken funny and made me feel very welcome. I enjoyed the experience so much and love my nails.

willie blawer I called a day before to make an appointment for a full set. Got to the shop and they had just started on two other people and said I had to wait till someone was free. So I got a pedicure while I waited. I was almost done with my pedicure when the technicians started arguing about my full set. Long story short I didn’t get my full set. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. The pedicure is one of the worst I have ever had.

thisiscrissyy Great experience here. I went in as a walk in at 11:30 am on a Sunday morning. I was taken by a young man, I honestly didnt get his name.He took off my old gel polish and gave me a full set of acrylics with gel polish. They were long, hombre, coffin shaped nails and it was still adorable for what Im used to. They came out very pretty.

Danielle Kelley Well after coming here for 17 years I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I am getting a pedicure and after 15-20 minutes into the pedicure the young lady was told to stop working on my pedicure and to take another customer. This is the second time this has happened under the new management. I have had to wait over an hour in the past even with an appointment. Unfortunately I think I have been a little too understanding with this establishment. I’m so disappointed. I had planned for a manicure as well. But I will just finish with the pedicure and go elsewhere today.

Adriana Morales Omg.... please do not go to this place.... when I went in and sat down In the chair for a pedicure, I started looking around and noticed how dirty everything was. The floors werent swept and the cabinets/ display shelves were dirty. The walls looked patched up and the baseboards were all scratched and dusty. The lady who helped me was nice until it came down to the scrub and massage. She only did the front of my legs then put a timer on for the massage that was supposed to be 10min. She started the timer and took 4 min to put all of her tools away and clean her station so I got 6min. It was not a massage, she basically rubbed the lotion in and whipped it off. When it came time to pay she kept asking for cash, I only had my card. She ran it but didnt do it right and she claimed it was declined. She demanded cash again and I told her I dont have it. She was being very rude and I told her to run it again. This time it cleared. Not a good experience at all. I normally dont do reviews but I felt today I had to.

Kelsey Scroggins I paid 71$ for poorly painted nails and she didnt even file them nicely. I wanted white tips but she decided to paint the white on instead and it turned out awful. Ive never paid even close to 71$ for acrylics its usually 44-50 max. Definitely do not recommend this place total waste of money. Will go to persimmon in the mall next time.

Laura Harmon Ive never had my nails done before and my experience with this place makes me want to never have them done again. I was talked into a gel-x manicure. The woman cut my cuticle and made me bleed, said nothing about that, and gave me the worst manicure. She didnt file anything into a shape and left it lumpy and only partially cured. It peeled off the following day, leaving my fingers covered in uncured gel. Today one of the false nails popped off entirely. It is supposed to last up to 4 weeks and didnt even make it 1. Avoid this place entirely.

liszet olivares Took almost two hours and a half for this, just a fill and a single color. Ridiculous. Wasted so much time watching the nail tech try and do French tip. Didn’t want to keep waiting to see if he’d eventually get it down so I decided it was better to go somewhere else to get the French tip I wanted.

Briana Martinez They did an amazing job! I called other places nearby that all said they could do what I wanted but when I showed up they all told me they actually couldn’t so I walked in here with no hope and they said it was no problem and they did not disappoint at all! They were all super friendly and my technician listened to everything I was asking for. They can literally do anything and this is my new go to spot!

Juanda Scoggins The owner and "best" tech in the shop rushed through my nail job and acted as if my business was an imposition to her. My nails were damaged and peeling (matte) less than 24hours after I paid and tipped well for them. I returned for the repair and they seemed to be amused that I had to return. While the repair was fine, I had to sacrifice time to return and the customer service was deplorable.

Lorena Ruiz We moved to Riverside in 2005. I went to 3 different nail shops until I found this little gem! I’ve been going here ever since, even following my nail lady back and forth or wherever she went. Everyone is caring and nice! If you have any concerns just let them know and they will take care of it asap. Easy appointments, always ready to take anyone in.

Mary Ruiz EDIT I HAD MOLD 2 WEEKS AFTER THIS APPOINTMENT PICS AT THE END! IM SO FREAKING DISGUSTED DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! The more I look at them the more upset I get. Never again. Im pretty sure who did my nails was not licensed. I went in for a new set. He only did a fill. I wanted very sharp nails, he did some weird almond. The color is spotty and the application is really really bad. I have to go somewhere else and get these fixed because they are really really really bad. And they charged me 60 DOLLARS for this sloppy job, and it took 2 hours. I just want to cry. I am also in the beauty industry, I need nails that last me 3 weeks at least. And I get them done EVERY 3 weeks. I will never come back here again. Dont waste your money here. Just go to hot nailz or 4h nails instead. Better quality for less. Im so freaking upset.

Jackson Ijanae “Izzy” I was confused from the time I got there. Be shown an iPad of confusing services where the prices listed aren’t the price you pay was extremely disorienting. If you pay with a card, they round the price up to the nearest $10 or whole number. The lady who did my feet barely exfoliated them and I had to do it myself at home at 9 months pregnant. Terrible service.

To me embrassed me . I have a new debt card the chip was not working Nor was to insert the card. The Owner was SUPER RUDE. Ginny Bartlett-Elbert I have been coming to this salon for 10 years, as the new ownership has happened it seems the online scheduling does not match their in house books of availability. The last 3 times I have booked an appointment online using their scheduler someone has had to call me and cancel it. Very frustrating! I love most of the ladies who provide excellent work here so they do book up fast. I understand that just wish the appointment system matched the in person or at least someone would update it from the in person books so destination trips to the mall are not a waste of time. Although they did say they called me to let me know, I was already dropped off. Rant over

Rufus Oloong Never stepping foot in this nail salon again. They gossip about you in Vietnamese, and yet expect a tip. Horrific, if you only knew. The color I received on my nails did not match what I wanted, and I politely asked Linda if there is anything you can do to fix it. She looked at me and said "no". I told her thank you, and spoke to the receptionist. Linda walks to the desk and the receptionist told her to put another a coat of gel polish on top. Linda, visibly was frustrated and next thing I know staff kept crowding the table and they said a mouthful. I did not get an apology. I know mistakes happen but, how it was handled was the last straw for me. Theyre not forthcoming about the prices either, and the experience is not relaxing at all. I am never coming back here and advise my friends/family not to come here either.

Montanna I’ve came to this place multiple times and was always satisfied but I came today and was disappointed. The first pic is what I wanted and this is what I ended up with. Some of my nails came out crooked and the design honestly should have came out better. I paid $66 for this and it was money wasted :(

Sonia Martinez If I could give a 0 star I would this place is horrible. The lady that did my nails messed them so bad. I had acrylics done with a gel polish. I was looking for a specific color and design and I showed it before even getting service. I was told she had the color and was able to do the design. It ended up being that she didnt have the color and didnt know how to do the design. I had nail glue all over my fingers the filing was horrible I was so unhappy I had to go get my nails redone again at a different place. When the lady took off the nail Polish that she had done the gel was not even dry the first layer was still wet. Horrible experience will not go there again.
