Marina Travel A few years ago, I found the BEST nail salon in the valley! I return regularly for the immaculate hygiene, comfy setting, friendly service, and attention to detail. To help keep prices reasonable, they only take cash and Venmo, so be prepared.

Eszter Rabin I got a mani/pedi from this place. The place is nice and the mani pedi I received is ok - expect that - the lady who did my nails spent more time watching the two huge TV screens (one with a cooking show, one with a travel show) than my hand or feet that she was working on. In fact she sat sideways away from me so she can see the TV better. To say that I didnt feel valued as a customer is the understatement of the century.

Julia Karr Not sure why people said they had bad paint jobs. Wanted to make sure there was a recent review to show the paint job is great and as expected! (Ignore my feet, haha) Quick, friendly, and cost effective. I’ll be back! Also got a gel mani that was great. Cash/Venmo only.

Angela Carafa Recently had a massage with Kell, amazing from start to finish amazing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, very clean. Kelly shows her passion in massage through her touch. I felt relaxed and at ease the duration of my appointment and not to mention her oils were absolutely one of a kind. Will be a referring and returning client.

Kayla Waldner I absolutely loved my pedicure from Jasmine! The drive from Santa Rosa was totally worth it. Her attention to detail was unmatched--its been over a week, and my toes still look fresh! The scrub and massage were also amazing. I highly recommend Jasmine for any nail services!

Mel Goldade Coorperative Beauty by Nila is in a great location with plenty of parking. Once you walk in the door it is a very welcoming environment with a friendly staff, the salon is clean and tidy. All the services I have received by multiple providers have been great, I always leave satisfied.

Sarah Grace H I had one great eyebrow wax here--truly phenomenal. The woman was kind and overly attentive. It was a great experience. She made me feel and look great. I came back and had a new person. This other person was so-so. She never asked me any questions about how I wanted my eyebrows shaped and left feeling demoralized because they looked so bad and there was not a way to fix them. I think this place is okay if you are picky about who you get. There is definitely a difference in quality between estheticians. Im probably not going to go back.

Heather Cohen This is such a cool store with great products and lovely staff. Unfortunately the eyebrow shaping I paid 30.00 for left my eyebrows looking lopsided with one side thinned more than the other. Im not getting an option to post a photo...but I have one . I should have looked at the eyebrow shaping reviews as I can see this isnt their strong suit

Rowan Cunningham I booked a 1 1/2 hr combo Swedish/deep tissue with a gift certificate for my birthday. My masseuse was Kelsey. I can easily say it was the best message Ive ever had. I have a pretty tense neck + shoulders, and Kelsey seemed to know exactly where all the sore spots were. Might have been drooling a bit by the end of the appointment. Will definitely be coming back in the future :)

Tracy Greenwald I’ve been getting pedicures at Naturally Happy Feet & Fingers for 15 years. They are friendly and efficient, and I always enjoy a relaxing experience there. I love the peaceful environment free of the noxious odors of artificial nails, and the sanitary copper tubs with replaceable liners. Highly recommended.

She caters to each one of her clients individuality when creating their lash sets and her retention is amazing. I had the incredible pleasure of meeting Emily, Tat, and Esmeralda at my facial visit. This was an experience unlike any other. So affordable for the high quality services. They do everything here. Botox, facials, lashes, etc. Which is so convenient!! And the women that work here…. Some of the most wonderful and kind women I’ve met in my life. They were all so sweet, and friendly! Love this place so much!

Serienity Galvez I have gone to Esmeralda about 4 or more times after winning one of her giveaways on Instagram. No joke - shes quick, gentle handed like a feather, shes a perfectionist, and her lashes arent cheap & thick (as I experienced at other beauty bars). I have gotten my lash extentions done a few times before with other lash techs but they suck and I had horrible experiences from the solution products, stupid girl took scissors to my real lashes (while my eyes were closed so I couldnt tell), lashes are hard and shabby into the eyelids, etc. Im telling you I was scared for this giveaway but I gave Emerald Beauty Bar that chance after lash trauma & I dont regret it! Ladies!!!! Esmeralda has a magic power that gave me confidence on a daily even when I feel like its Monday... lol Give her a try bc shes worth it!

nancy holland Cindy at top Nails is the most patient, creative and talented nail tech I’ve met in a long long time. They were so kind at this lovely and very clean nail salon! And everyone made me feel very comfortable and special. It’s hard to find a great nail salon that takes charges reasonable prices and takes the time to meet your needs. This one is a keeper and Cindy is a star. !!!!

Ashley Chan i’m visiting from new york for the holidays and needed to get my nails done. this was my first time getting this kind of nail art and cindy nailed it! I loved it so much, I came here a second time 2 weeks later to get my nails done again before I head back to the east coast!

C A They were very nice and easy to talk to. My mom has never gotten her nails done and told the woman doing her nails. The woman showed her 4 neutral colors and my mom picked what she liked best. My color was "funny bunny". I wish it was more opaque and more flat (it has some depth with blue sparkles you can barely see, really, you cant see the sparkles unless it is in direct light and you really look), but I didnt ask for any changes, I was still happy with it. I will go here again.

Jan Fran The people are so nice here, and thats why I gave three stars. In comparison to my old nail salon on the coastside, First Hand charges a bit more but I was willing to pay it, if I had a good experience. My manicure did not even last a week (more like 2 days), the pedicure polish did not last two weeks. I wasnt doing heavy work, either, just typing on a keyboard. Based on that experience, I wouldnt go back. Still looking for the salon in Petaluma that will woo me away from Pacifica Beauty Salon. Maybe its the quality of the polish, I dont know, but Im used to a pedicure lasting a month and nails at least two weeks., and not talking about a gel polish, either.

Alejandra Arce I never leave reviews but I think is important because I always read reviews to make sure the place is good. Never in my life had a nail fungus until I started going to this place, had a terrible toe nail fungus on my big toe, :( I don’t think they have a good higiene with their equipment.

Marjorie McCoy Both manicurists hurt my mom and I during our pedicures. One clipped my cuticles too much and cut my skin, and the other was filing in a strange direction and digging into my moms skin. Also my moms nails were not filed the same on each nail. When she asked for them to be filed the same, the girl blamed on her nail bed and was reluctant to do anything further to even them out. I did like the addition of the salt scrub on the legs and the massage was nice. The salon was clean and seemed sterile.

Nina KO I just moved fr SF to Hawaii last year & moved back to No. Cal… staying in Petaluma since this past Mid-June. I’ve been to several nail salons, which was ok & finally discovered “Creative Nails”. I didn’t have an appt today 9/14/23 & they took me anyway. I had gel manicure done & Kim did an excellent job! No bumps, no rough edges, great job! Very smooth & nice looking! She was great & friendly. Yay! Thank you! Kim!

Mal Bee I love Dina’s work! She is always updating her gel polish colors and her nail art options so I never have to do any nail repeats. Dina is also great at working with my schedule to get my nails done, which is much appreciated.

vivi vivi Shirley is a talented artist. Highly recommend this place!!! Her nail designs are beautifully crafted with intricate details. You may choose many different kinds of styles (floral, gems, ombre, and the list goes on). She carefully paints each nail with precision and care. Also, she takes her time to make sure the gel manicure is layered evenly to create a lasting and smooth effect. Since my last visit three weeks ago, my gel manicure is still in great shape. No dry cuticles, no nail chips or cracks, and no bumps. Usually my cuticles are often very dry, but Shirleys meticulous work made them last for a long time. Her chic and modern salon can be a temporary escape from the everyday life. Just a moment to relax and pamper yourself, and the simple joy to look at your beautiful nails.

Betty Blacc I’ve been seeing Shirley a couple times now. If you’re looking for Japanese Nail manicures, I highly recommend her. She is extremely clean, and does an amazing job. She values my comfort and safety during these times and is so gentle with filing, and overall care of my nails. I’ve also trusted her with designs to which she is so talented in. I tell her what colors I want, a type of design and she just goes with it. Truly talented, and highly recommended.

Bianca Nicastro Shirley is an artist! She is detail oriented, timely, and so talented. I am so impressed with my nails and will continue to book appointments with her. She is one of the few if not the only Gel-X Extensions artists in Sonoma county. She is a 5 star artist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Izabella Russell Visited there today April 13, 2021. absolutely the worst nail salon in petaluma by FAR. went in for a mani/pedi, showed up on time and the two workers there were extremely rude. also the manicure was plain awful and smudged as SOON as she told me that it was okay. then they refused to fix it then continued to charge me and my friend 133 dollars for just two pedis and One manicure. that was just a simple paint and go. no apology, nothing. absolutely terrible this store is. do not visit this salon. look for better places in the area. if i could add pictures i would. -0/10 ps. this service took 3 hours. our appointment was at 10am and we didn’t leave the building till 1pm.

Katie Brooke I’ve been going to this nail salon on Edith and East Washington street the last 3.5 years I lived on Edith across from the shop previously. The woman who work there have been nothing but amazing to me. The place is extremely clean & very well aired out from the fresh air outside. I love it because it’s not the factory style nail salon. Very quiet but busy. They do a nice job on my feet & nails. I’ve really appreciated their friendly attitude towards me too. Thank you, owner & the other nail tech for your services. ❤️
