Elizabeth Teixeira I scheduled an appointment with Devin to get my eyelashes done. She did an amazing job and she’s so fast! —- twice as fast as the last salon I went to. That means a lot to someone as busy as I am! Devin is very sweet and was able to get me in on short notice! The salon is very nice, open, beautiful furnishings. Parking couldn’t be more convenient!

Kacee Vang Just book the appointment you won’t be disappointed! First off, I’m always nervous no matter how many times I’ve been waxed over the years. So a little tip, take some Tylenol about 30 minutes to 1 hour before your appointment. It definitely makes a difference. Second, Rosi is the best! It is a judgment free zone and she makes you feel comfortable always. She can see when I start to tense up before a strip comes off and she always talks me down and relaxes me. I will follow Rosi wherever she goes, if ever she moves!

Lan Nguyen Went in by appointment I made the day before and was greeted promptly and with kindness. I had two technicians take great care of me, one for pedi and one for dip manicure on my natural long nails. Hannah who applied my dip powder with design. And young guy who did my pedicure was very courteous and did a great job and left my feet looking brand new with a great brief massage and hot towel, which was very nice. I am very content with the outcome for both services and will be returning Thank you

Thu Doan Came Venus Nails with friends for a girls day. Although chair arrangement is not conducive to conversation, we still had a good time. We were all very happy with our pedis! Kathy did a great job on me and my toes feel and look great! I will be back!

DJ Collins I had so much fun finding things for my future fills. I wish that they had a larger selection of acrylic and glitter colors to choose from. The staff was AWESOME. They spent time with me and helped me go through the molds.(they can be hard to see what they are). The prices are pretty cheap. Cant wait to go & see all the new things that they get in.

Misty Duran I had a wonderful experience getting my nails done with Patrick and Hannah. I dont normally get my nails done and Patrick mixed the perfect color for me, did an ombre and drew flowers. His work is amazing. Hannah did my pedicure and it was very relaxing. She found the perfect color to match. I will definitely go back soon.

It was big change for me to go from burgundy Red hair to highlights and at first I was even scared to make the change but Yara the hair stylist assured me that the highlights would look nice on me and I tell you my hair look beautiful now. c.zarate Been going to Crystalina for years to get my nails done. It can be for a regular manicure, gel or acrylics and she does an amazing job every time! Not to mention she talks me out of acrylics(even though she can get more money) because my natural nails are always so long and healthy. She is an amazing nail tech and ALWAYS has me leaving the shop feeling like a queen. She ALWAYS does beautiful work and not to mention she is a BEAUTIFUL person inside and out. I seriously look forward to seeing her every four weeks. She has never done a bad job on my nails and if I don’t like something she is so quick to fix it and make sure I am happy. andrea pacheco Recently I went to get my nails done with crystalina, 30 minutes after she finished doing them my nail broke off I was charged $52.00 (which is fine if she didn’t do a horrible job)!! I understand that this is a possibility and can happen, but I texted her if she could fix it and she said she only had a certain time available to fix it I expressed that I worked at that time and would not be able to I asked what other time she was free and she just read my message and did not reply... I decided to text her again the following days and she would read my messages and not reply!!! I’m very upset with the service she provided. She overcharged for a fill and my nails were ugly. Although this experience was bad I would recommend that anyone looking into this place not go to her and go to Addie she does a good job I normally go to her, but she’s always booked.

Crystalina Hi everyone! I’m responding to Andrea Pacheco’s post. I should’ve listened to my instincts and cancelled the appointment after I waited 15 minutes for her. However I felt bad and since it’s the holiday season I decided not to cancel the appointment. Andrea had 3 different pictures of nails she was getting inspiration from. She arrived at 1:45 and said she had to be in Atwater at 3. I mentioned to her that because of the length of time she gave me, I would not be able to add that many designs. Unless she didn’t mind being late. She didn’t so I continued. I had to tell her 3 separate times to please not put her nails in her mouth because they had primer on them. Hence a nail breaking off. She also wanted 3d flowers and I told her those would be extra time and cost a bit more. After her asking “when will we be done?” I gave up. As far as her texting me when one broke. She did and I gave her different available times but she could not come to any of them. Not my fault. This whole appointment was rushed and I should’ve just asked to reschedule cause now look who looks bad. I have many clients that can and will speak highly of my work. I will also attach a photo if I can so everyone can see how the set came out. I have also tried reaching out to her so that I can give her a refund. The $50 she paid covered a new set, (she was missing about 4) 2 marble nails with a gold design on each, length and matte top coat. She works in Atwater at T-Mobile so I will try to visit her there to refund her $50. To me, it’s not about the money, I love my clients and job so much. This will only make me a better nail tech as I can take criticism of any kind, in a way to better myself.
