Asked if they were near our hotel, the woman immediately became exasperated and hung up in my face! I called back and was sent immediately to voice mail. Perhaps my being male threw her off. Thankfully, I was able to make a appointment elsewhere in plenty of time to make our dinner party. Accordingly, I am left with no choice but to give Normas a well-deserved FAILING grade in the customer service department. Sign of the times, I guess.

Cynthia Morris I made an appointment over the phone two or three days before Thanksgiving. I was able to get an appointment the day before Thanksgiving at 5:30pm! Wow!. Just wow!. There was also another client getting her hair done I think something down past her butt. I just got a wig of mine cut. I had brought it but the bangs were way too long and the wig itself was too long. It was $45. I am definitely willing to go here again and maybe after I my moneys worth from this wig, try a sew in.

Bakaroons "we work by appointment, were close" Okay understandable, so how come every other time Ive been able to get a haircut without one? Things have changed since the owner relocated to this establishment. Ive never seen Lupita ever since they moved :( she was soo nice. I only really like going to one place for my haircuts but I suppose Ill have to once again find another :(
