Lauralee Green Kaley is excellent at cutting my hair in a way that would best flatter my face and work for my hair texture, shape and lifestyle. I completely trust her to deliver amazing results. I usually tell her something vague such as "I want a natural easy care hairstyle", any questions after that, I literally tell her "whatever you think looks good." and I let her do her thing. She totally listens to what you want and even if you dont know she tries to help tease out what youre looking for. I never feel pressure from her and I ALWAYS get compliments! She sets my expectations on what shes be able to accomplish and gives me so many tips for how to take care of my hair post-dye. The entire salons culture feels so vibrant has a great energy. Her salon is very clean and kudos for her safety protocols in checking guests in and ensuring that equipment is wiped down between each use. She’s a great conversationalist, positive, engaging and really listens to what youre trying to do with your hair. Additionally she’s always timely, sends appointment reminders the day before and all around it’s a pleasurable and relaxing experience.

Story Vogan Kaley is amazing not only did she cut my 12-year-old son’s hair exactly like the picture he showed her but she did an amazing job on my 16-year-old daughter’s hair with long layers that were exactly what she wanted! I cannot wait for her to cut my hair next week!

Jenn I had such a great experience with Jen at Jenn X Hair! First, she got me a last minute, same day appointment for a haircut. I went from pretty long hair to chin length. I showed Jen a couple of pictures of what I wanted and she cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it. She then gave me tips for styling my new haircut, suggestions for different types of products to work best with my new style, and specific feedback for making it all work with my hair texture. I am so happy I found Jen. She has such a fun, relaxed personality. Shes flexible with her scheduling and really works with all her clients to give them what they need.

Tera Dailey Jen at Jen X hair salon is one of the coolest people you will ever meet! She makes you feel extremely comfortable when asking questions, she’s very patient. Jen is extremely educated in her field and truly knows her way around ahead of hair! I get my hair colored as well as I get weave in extensions. I have been to three other hairdressers for my extensions and no one puts them in as perfectly as Jen. They’re always tight nicely fitting and look completely Real! I enjoy my appointments at Jen X and highly recommend her to anyone wanting fantastic hair!

Tanya Smith I absolutely love this salon. I started coming to Gabriella about six months ago for highlights and then I started getting lash extensions also. I couldn’t be happier, I don’t why I didn’t get them sooner! Also, I’ve had other beauticians have trouble getting my hair to lift enough with my highlights, even had them break my hair off severely!!! Gabriella didn’t have any trouble at all, she got my hair to lift perfectly. The salon is the most beautiful salon I’ve ever been to, so comfortable and inviting as is Gabriella. She did so good with my eyebrows! My lip too she did good but you cant really go wrong with that LOL! But she shaped my eyebrows perfectly! Natalie, the owner, has created a welcoming environment where customers feel valued. Only place ill go for barber service. Ive tried several shops over the years. For me its Queen Bees Barbershop or its the Flowbee for me. Im done with these other guys that act like im wasting their time patronizing their shops. As much as I want to keep small business alive, I am choosy as to who I will patronize because of rude behavior. Support the local economy in Eldorado County. Keeping money in the community is indeed a great way to preserve its unique charm. Queen Bees Barbershop has earned my loyalty.

Mr.& Mrs.Clifford Hendryx Ive been going to Kerrie since 2018 when I arrived here in El Dorado from Los Angeles California. She does the best hair I have found in in placerville that compares to the best salons in Hollywood. She does my color and cut and she does them both for the best prices imaginable. What is so great about her is she will do your hair the way you want her to not the way she wants to do t. Shes truly a gifted stylist and has a talent that I recommend 100%

Rebecca Smith This was the worst place i have ever been to have my hair done. I went in for a few layers, to up keep my color and trim my bangs. This women literally gave me the worst hair cut of my life. I have very thin hair due to a medical condition and expressed that was a concern. Her response to this was the thinning sheets, all over my head. I have literally been crying all night. There is no way to fix my hair to be any deceit way at this point. Everything is wrong. Will never return again. You take a HUGE risk coming in there. Rude and unfriendly staff, stylist was unprofessional: didn’t listen to any hair concerns, didn’t make much polite conversation, just talked about her self and her kids. I paid 160$ to hacked and ignored for 3 hours. Don’t go here. Please. If you like your hair. Never go here

Vanessa Diaz I went to get my money piece done, and Courtney messed it up. All I wanted was a blonde money piece, but it came out looking orange and blonde at the ends. I am very upset, it looks horrible.

Valerie Ray I went to go get my hair dyed and highlighted. I brought a picture of what I wanted. The lady said she could do it and it turned out. Terrible, she did not do one seen I asked. I was so upset. Because thats salon to me was a very good salon best. I thought in Placerville, I talked to the owner. The owner said she would call me, so my hair could get fixed correctly. And I never received a call, so so very disappointed in that salon.I will never go back

I have ALOT of hair. Seriously every stylist who sees me for the first time is shocked at how much hair I have. Ive learned that I have to be picky with stylists and forewarn them because my hair is not for everyone. Kat is pro. She was great at providing a color consultation and finishing style. Highly recommend you check out this salon while they are still taking on new clients. It wont last for long.
