Ive become ill in the last 10 years with a chronic and debilitating disease, but Brenda goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule since I have to depend on others to drive me. I get so many compliments on my hair because she makes it look so natural. BRENDA SHOULD GET TEN STARS!!!!

Chi Wong Cutting Edge is a welcoming hair salon with experienced and friendly stylists. Jennifer helped me out with a number one fade mens haircut with an accessory line, and it looks really good! The parking lot is a bit small, but when I went in the morning, more than half the spaces were open. The space inside also feels very inviting with the green murals and many house plants. This is my second time visiting, and I would definitely go again.

Sat I’ve been going to Cutting Edge Salon for a while now, and it’s always such a great experience. The atmosphere is clean and modern, and everyone there is super friendly. Beth was very welcoming and did a great job at my first haircut that Sparkle Shine Salon has been the only place I go for my haircut since then. Smriti Sehgal Ahuja Visited SparkleShine Salon for hair color and a new hairstyle. The salon is very clean and well maintained. Beth was very patient and polite. She did an amazing job with my hair color and highlights. When I mentioned that I have a very sensitive scalp, she took time and care to use cleaner products and gave me a scalp treatment after coloring to soothe the scalp, which really helped. I appreciate her for going the extra mile. I will visit Beth again and will certainly recommend her to my friends.

n ts Beth is amazing. I stepped upon sparkle shine since it is close to my kids classes and decided to give it a try. I have been going here for 2+ years now. Facial waxing is so diligently done with good quality products. Beth also goes extra mile with her very friendly and accommodating nature. I tried recently hair coloring, the experience was outstanding for 1/2 the price I used to pay. No side effects on my very sensitive scalp. The place is nice and hygienic too. Not crowded. Mary My teenage son had long, straight hair that tangles very easily, but that he loved, and between his neurodivergence and his tender scalp, it was very hard for him to care for and he developed a messy knot. At La Luna, he was treated with respect and care, helping him find a look that made him happy and that was far easier for him to care for. We are extremely happy and will be back.

ren coulthard First time appointment was wonderful! Marty was nothing but sweet, knowledgeable, super easy to talk to and asked in depth questions about the cut i was to get. Everything was done fast and all while keeping me updated on what the process was and why! I’m always particular about who cuts my curly and frizzy hair but I felt super comfortable in Marty’s chair:) Will absolutely be coming back. Building the studio is in is wheelchair accessible but the door outside may be a bit heavy and it has no automatic door opener!

Sunny Days I’ve been a regular client of Lynn’s for over 4 years and wanted to give an updated review. While waiting to process my hair, I’ve had lots of opportunities to see Lynn with other clients, walk-ins, and consultations. I have seen her before/after transformations. She listens and pays careful attention to the client’s instructions. Sometimes the idea or what is in the picture does not always translate well in reality. Perhaps she may not be able to work miracles but she is honest, trustworthy, and does her best to provide the best outcome for the client. She gives very honest and sensible advice about whether the request can be done, how much time it takes, or whether the color/style will be appropriate on the individual rather than just trying to take the job for money. Compared to the other hair salons I have been to, her prices are reasonable. More importantly, trusting her with my hair is priceless. Lynn is an amazing hair colorist and stylist. After many years of wasting so much of my money and the damage to my hair that was caused by others, I feel super lucky to have found Lynn. Initially it took many hours to fix my hair color but pretty much right away my hair was noticeably more healthy. I love coming to get my hair styled and the wonderful feeling after a fresh blowout. She also does a nourishing shampoo and facial spa treatment which is very relaxing and, to my amazement, took away the dark baggy circles under my eyes for a few days. Over the years of seeing Lynn, I have enjoyed the spa treatments, my hair is super healthy and I absolutely love the color!

Born Artist Avoid this place if at all possible.I went in for a haircut, and I hated every second of it. When she washed my hair, she scratched my scalp so hard with her nails that my scalp is still sore 3 days later. Lynn is also extremely rough when handling hair. I could literally feel my hair be pulled out of the scalp when she towel dried it. Her scissors are not sharp at all and WILL pull your hair when being cut. She also makes extremely choppy and haphazard cuts. Instead of cutting hair in smaller sections (like a normal stylist) she just chops off giant chunks of your hair. To top it off, the hair cut is all wonky and asymmetric. I now have to wait months for my hair to grow, just to fix the damage she caused. Just go somewhere else!

S Pepper I just moved to CA in June and was very worried about finding a salon and stylist as I have had vivids on/off for the last year and I know it can be a lot and vivids aren’t every stylists forte. But I am so glad I found Salon Valenti! Cam did an amazing job on my hair and matched my hair to exactly the vision I had! She was patient with me and really took the time to go over my hair history in detail and walk me through the process to get me back to vivids and was super personable. The salon itself was clean and welcoming as well which is always a plus.

Not only is their service welcoming, but they also offer super helpful recommendations which are cost efficient. 5 plus stars to be honest. I normally dont gush on reviews but this place deserves it because it is run so well and so smoothly.

Nipun Ahuja AVOID AVOID AVOID !! Never going there ever and would advise others to not go as well. I was in and out in less than 10 seconds. I dont know if it was the owner or not but it was the middle aged asian guy with slightly long hair who atteneded me. I walked in and requested that i needed a haircut. All good until now. Now,imagine if you are the host what would be the first thing you’d say to a potential new customer. Out of my surprise, first thing the guy uttered out of his mouth was that we charge $40 for haircut in a tone as if i cant pay $40. Felt borderline racist. Never going there ever !! My suggestion to the owner would be train the staff on how to attend a customer before even talking about anything.

Nirushi Silva I went to get a balayage, hair cut, and fusio dose done. Ally is a very nice stylist, however she got the color wrong in the first time. She did a golden brown/orange balayage which I clearly wasn’t going for. I did tell them this is the wrong color and they agreed for a redo. Overall, the second time I gave clear instructions and got the dark chocolate brown color I was looking for, but they only did a retoner which only lasts 6weeks. They did not do the light ash brown color for the ends properly. One thing is that they did not have that color, but the old lady told me I can’t get that color just because they messed up. This wouldn’t have happened if they got the color right at the first time. Ally tried her best, and I’m 85% satisfied with the service. But, the color won’t last long, so not worth it. Usually a balayage lasts at least 10weeks, but the initial color was wrong. Not sure I will go again, but Ally was very nice and she did try. But, the old lady was a little rude. I had to give lot of instructions. If you are going for a color change be prepared to give exact color names. I only took a photo of what I wanted and hoped they know what they are doing, but that is not true.

Jun-Ho Lee Second time getting a perm, was lucky to find a local place this time. Hany did a great job with my hair. It’s pretty coarse and difficult to manage without a perm, but now I have nice volume and texture in my hair. The staff is friendly too. Recommend!

Hany has a very sharp eye for what suits different face shapes, hair textures, etc. She gives really good advice on how to maintain your style and her service is professional and top-notch. She is also really easy to talk to, so if you want great service and great hair I would check out Salon H in Fremont.

Audrey Hsu This was an amazing experience! One of the best salons I have been to (and I have gone to very many). The cut and perm is exactly how I wanted it to be, and exactly like the photo I showed them! It’s also a great experience with really great service (with some snacks and water). My hair is much neater than it was when I first came in (before this I had not permed or cut my hair in about a year). Even though my hair is really frizzy and hard to manage (many hair stylists have told me that my hair is the most damaged they’ve seen), this salon managed it very well without damaging too much (many other salons may use chemicals that are too strong). They focused on the HEALTH of my hair and added some nutrients to it since it was incredibly dry. I will definitely be coming back.

Aj Alvarez This place was amazing! First time getting a mens perm and I was in such good hands! I was informed of what I could do w the length of my hair and she showed me pics to choose from. Daniella only hires the most competent and professional people so negative reviews missing details or sound weird I side eye.. and so should you! Mia, Jesse, Alma, Mary I’ve had services from all of them and always perfection. BUT.. They can’t work magic, give you a new hair texture you don’t have, change you completely/ make you look like something you aren’t - all my haircuts/highlights/haircolor- my families haircuts etc. have always been top notch! I don’t believe for one second that the salon wouldn’t fix a mistake truly their fault- there are cheap A$$es that get their hair done walk out saying they LOVE IT, then go home and then try to come back and complain to get money back.. nope.. not buying it for one second .. dyed hair has to be taken care of a certain way, you have to do the maintenance at home or yes.. it will look like dog $hi&

Vivian Ly I had a haircut with Mary and she was awesome, very professional, friendly and understanding. She will answer any questions you may have. She will only cut off however much hair you want and if it’s still not short enough she will continue to cut it off. She gave me styling tips and had me leaving with excitement and happiness. Mehar Banu the worst service i had. Im totally depressed and disappointed he spoiled my hair using bleach and the color shade completely different what I showed and what he did . im really depressed with the service and when I ask for reschedule they keep changing schedule and they blame me for not showing totally wrong. They are just to make money not to serve customer. When ask for refund they give multiple reason and blame me for not coming, though they know my situation still. I recommend go somewhere else rather than working with this people.

Erlinda Longchamp Cozy, welcoming atmosphere. They had a game show on Ive never seen before, and it was a cool thing everyone united over. Regina was amazing!! She really paid attention to the particular needs of my hair and made sure I was happy with it. It looked so sculpted coming out of the salon, better than its ever looked. I have an unpleasant amount of dandruff, and she applied some kind of solution to my scalp to alleviate it (it did tingle but no pain or anything). The problem has been way better since. Google says parking isnt easy, and while a lot of spots were filled, I found one with little trouble. I did go on a Thursday though, and I imagine weekends are even harder. Arriving early is never a bad idea.

We have tried to book several times, the first time we were told to contact via email which we did with a detailed email in what we would like done for our daughter (April 2022), no one ever got back to us. Just recent we looked to give this location abother shot so we booked via the app on August 20 for September 3rd at 10:30am which was the earliest slot available. Our appointment was canceled the following day for another client. We received a text with canceled appointment.Very unprofessional, my daughter is a Queen as well! Seems as if she was pushed aside. Hopefully we can get in contact with someone who styles here, so that we may have the same treatment as whoever was booked for the appointment my daughter had.

She’s so Easy to talk to the shop is really cute just had good vibes all around . The haircut so it’s been a long time since I had my haircut I had an envision of what I wanted and when I share with you guys that every single detail I explained and wanted my hair to look like that’s exactly how it came out in our heads we get these ideas and it’s so hard to share them with another person and have them create this In real life and that’s exactly what she did my hair came out perfect. She didn’t rush she took her time. She explained how to use certain products she explained to me what she was doing. My hair is super long so I was nervous because I love my long hair and I didn’t want to lose the length and I felt like I didn’t get a cup but I got the best cut Sense it’s still so long and beautiful and she just brought it back. Thank you so much Sonja for giving me such a wonderful wonderful experience. I already referred two friends and I will continue to do so on anyone that compliments my hair

Janelle Hopkins Visual Image Salon has transferred ownership. The previous owner retired. I got no notice as a client but I was able to schedule an appointment online for 11/3 with a stylist I have used for years. I arrived at my appointment time ready for a haircut after 8 months of sheltering in place and salons being closed, but it was under construction. I am contributing photos of the new name and website Salon V. I. The woman I met said it is still a Bumble and Bumble salon.

Michelle Abad Ive been going here for years. It use to be called Visual Image Salon but the women who worked here now own it and they are still banging out some great hair. Alicia W. does fabulous work. When you find someone that gets you & your hair you never let them go. The stylist here are extremely professional and the atmosphere is very inviting.

Katherine Rubie I was introduced to Stelas Hair Salon through a local ad from a stylist needing to practice various types of haircuts. Stela of course carefully oversaw the haircut and provided tips and instructions to that stylist. I walked out with a haircut that was long overdue, and was exceptionally good! Im definitely going back for my future cutting needs! Edit: Ive returned a little over a month later and received a 2nd haircut. I am still happy. The staff there are very friendly and do take their time to make sure you are happy. I do recommend calling ahead for an appointment however as they are very popular and walk-ins are difficult to get. Second Edit: Ive had my third haircut now and Stela did it this time. I am still very pleased! What you need to keep in mind however is that they are cash only. They are not equipped to take credit cards. So make sure you bring enough cash with you to cover the cost of your work, plus a good tip!

Asilla Akbarzadeh Sabrina is the best. I was looking for someone professional to do a full highlight for me. And I could not trust anyone except Sabrina. She took her time and literally worked 7hrs on my hair. She is definitely someone who I can trust and will definitely go back. She is worth every penny. I recommend this place and her 100%.
