CHIZOMA Iboh Save yourself an insult, Doris the owner she does all the braids very rude, unprofessional, and dirty place including the restroom. Please go to her next neighbor if you want a beautiful braid or any kind of hairstyle. I will not recommend this horrible place to my enemy.

Michele Bull Ms. Doris is pleasant and professional. I felt comfortable. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted, and she was able to braid it exactly like the picture. And, she braids fast. I will be going back for future braiding.

Marsolete Ridgell Ms.Doris has been braiding n weaving my hair for about 22yrs. Shes quick, not braided too tight, ask the style you want. Bring yr own or shell use hair in shop. Shes Not Overly Expensive. My family has her on speed dial. Young men as well.

Loleta Baravalle She’s marvelous and has great skin herself, which is a good sign! I recently visited Samantha for my 5th facial and all went well, as usual. Her shop is a in a good location, with good ambience, and she makes you feel welcome and comfortable! Highly recommended!

Alicia Greenwood First time getting a Brazilian wax and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. Samantha was AWESOME! She made me feel super comfortable. She talked me through the whole process. She was quick and very knowledgeable. She sanitized before and after my appointment. Very clean and organized, which I’m big on cleanliness so, A++. I would 1000% recommend S.B Esthetics. I look forward to my next appointment.

Feliz Moreno Samantha is great. Shes very professional and welcoming. Shes my first esthetician and she immediately put me at ease. I would recommend her to anyone who lives in the area. I live in Suisun now and I still drive out to Vallejo to see her.

Karen Rodriguez Me and mom went here for a haircut and eyebrow waxing and the lady was extremely nice and was professional at the same time. She gave me and my mom advice on to better take care of our hair and even gave my mom some recommendations on products that she could use. 10/10 would come here again. Note: Also I recommend to book an appointment or if its last minute for x reason call in advance before coming in because only a limited amount of people are allowed inside because COVID-19.

Tom Remlinger J. P. has been a barber in Vallejo for 25 years. I always go during the work week to get the same great haircut at the senior rate. You also get free commentary on your favorite sport team (dont turn your head if he disagrees with your admiration of your team--hes cutting your hair, remember). Great conversationalist on many topics and my wife is always happy with my haircut--thats the real complimentary remark in this review. Thanks J. P. Ill be back later in the season for more sports analysis.

ultra subscriber I wish I could give zero stars! This review is long overdue but I finally got around to doing it. I came here last summer 2021 to dye my hair espresso brown. My hair is a natural shade of light-medium ash brown and I just wanted it to be richer. I even showed the lady pictures on my phone of what i wanted. She seemed to understand though i could tell English was her second language as she had an Asian accent of some sort. anyhow, she dyed my hair and set it all that and when I look in the mirror there, its almost red! not a nice chestnut brown either, but actual auburn/ginger hair color! They made me a freaking ginger! I did NOT want red hair. its no offense to redheads, redheads are beautiful, but I just didnt want to BE one, I specifically stated and showed w pics what I wanted---a rich brunette. i told her "this is not espresso brown, this is red!" she said "oh its how it looks at first but after a couple days itll set in and be more brown". I stupidly believed paid over 100 dollars to feel worse about myself than before and went on my way. Two days passed and still red hair. I decided I didnt have the time nor the energy to go back there, try and get them to do it again or get my money back. I dont like causing scenes or unnecessary attention to myself. I just wish i could get what i asked and paid for! I didnt want to risk them damaging my hair or messing it up even more. Flash forward one year later, my natural brown hair is finally growing back, the red hair has turned into some even more brassy ginger color and I will never ever go here again. They clearly do not know what they are doing or how to dye hair, but will pretend like they do while taking your money. If youre looking for a trustworthy salon to dye your hair, take your business elsewhere. Theres better salons out there where the stylists are actually educated and trained properly and know how to dye hair and mix colors to create the color YOU requested. This place is not it. I am sure they can do a trim ok, but not dye hair properly or give customers the colors they ask for. Never again! I wouldnt even go here if they paid ME!

Ma Ledesma If you say youll only charge $25 for a haircut for my already short hair, dont sneakily charge me $30 aside from the $5 tip I already gave you. Dishonesty and unfairness will not get you loyal clients.

Olivia Whitcomb I came for a gel manicure and while I was there if for a wax. First they waxed a layer of skin off my face. So I had to spend weeks healing and repairing the scaring. Then I asked for a gel manicure and she pulled out all the supplies for an acrylic set. I stopped her and said no I want a gel manicure. She proceeded to lie in my face and tell me the loose powder was gel, its new and its not acrylic. Im getting my nails done at another shop right now and its been confirmed that I have acrylic on my nails. They lied, didnt give me anything I asked or paid for and left me with dark marks all around my mouth.

Sarah Bergman First I want to say they do a great job with pedicures, and the prices are reasonable. However I wasnt thrilled with my acrylic full set. They did not do any cuticle care before or after applying the nails and although my nails looked decent, the color was off.

Ramon McLane Im on my feet a lot and have a problem hangnail that these nice ladies always take care of without any pain. I like the massage chairs. Im a contractor and might feel awkward in a place like this, but I always feel welcome. The deli next door has great sandwiches.

Jutta XYZ How can you get it confirmed that you’ve got a nice haircut? When you’re in The City and a guy is staring at you, because he really likes your haircut. And then it turns out that he and his buddy are both barbers. Since I’ve got my hair cut by Slim, this more and more.

Amanda Adkins Not for the makeup newbie. If you dont know what you want exactly there is very little help finding anything. If you can get someone to help you they steer you to the most expensive products with the reason that there are no testers available for the other products. If you do decide to buy anything guard your receipt with your life or sign up for a membership because there are no returns unless they can track you, no matter how small the purchase.

Laura Mitchell I went into Ulta, Vallejo today in search of a remedy for an oily scalp. I didn’t get her name, but the lovely lady in the salon in the back of the store was very nice and helpful. She obtained several recommendations from a coworker over the radio for me and left me to make my own decisions given the options I now had. I took my selections to the cash register and asked the cashier, Teresa, for a second opinion on my selections. Not only does she herself deal with an oily scalp, but she’s an esthetician too, so she fine tuned my selections for what would be best, going to the back of the store store for me several times. She went above and beyond and explained the reasons why each product would be better than the other. Amazing service from everyone I dealt with…especially Teresa!

LOOK AT GOD!!!! Mike brought me back to life WITH THE QUICKEST CLEAN UP EVER!! . And blessed me with two heart shape designes in the back AS WELL.... I will be returning!!! ALSO EXCITED TO EXPLORE MORE DESIGNS!!!

I honestly cant say anything negative about this spot. If you want an amazing hair cut, a good experience and at a fair price. This is the place to go.

Coolincatt I asked for a 1 and a half with the grain from my barber immediately he goes against. I look like phsyc patient with the uneven lengths of my hair. To charge that price and produce those results is not good business.

He is professional, personable and is great with kids, he has trimmed my hair too. To be honest I wish the local beauty salons gave as much care as they do. A true master at his craft. This place is a modern version of an old time Barber Shop, sit in the chair, get a cut have a good time.

John Arellano Had an appointment set up with Jordan “the owner” for a Saturday, even set it up five days in advance. Was going on vacation the following Monday so wanted to look extra crispy. 30 min before the appointment I get a notice saying it was cancelled. If that what kind of customer service the head of shop gives I’d hate to see how the tail is. Will not be booking with them again.

Kamaka Baculpo I just moved to Vallejo so Ive been scoping around for a new barber and Six will be my guy. Told em I want to combover my hair when it grows out, and he was good with it and then he asked where I had my haircut last and it was at a barbershop in Vallejo & he said man they messed you up lol but now it wont be messed up anymore. Highly recommend just make an appointment in advance, Ive been lazy to do it but I gotta start doing it so I dont rush to crop barbershops looking like trash.
