Mia Wise Worst barber shop, customer service and the price... THEY ARE RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED, 50$ for a mans haircut? This place is awful. Great clips haircut for Hollywood prices?! My boyfriend looks terrible. No chance he asked for his hair cut so badly.. Its been almost 2 months and no one has tried to refund him or call. He wears a hat daily. Hes out 60$ for a haircut that looks like Helen Keller herself did it.

Jeffrey Eggink I want my money back AND THEY REFUSE ME?!?! Some worthless kid made a joke out of my head of hair(7 inches to 2?) !! NO WHERE CLOSE to the pictures i showed them/talked to them about. Only thing that was impressive was that they charge almost double anywhere else i have ever gone FOR A GOOD HAIRCUT. (I like good haircuts) 50$+ tip would be fine for an AMAZING haircut/beard trim but for 1 bad supercuts style haircut.. After sitting 40+ minutes past my appointment?!! Sheesh! Maybe a beer or an apology for me while i wait? im sitting for 40 minutes waiting for the appointment i made wouldve been nice? Anyway 50$+tip was not worth waiting 40+ minutes past my appt time and.. Getting a REALLY BAD haircut? Sorry, i dont even write reviews on this type of stuff but im angry af. My friends laughed at me, so did my family. FAST SERVICE AND BETTER HAIRCUTS AT HALF THE PRICE ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Saul Good These dudes give great haircuts, however they charge way to much. Believe it or not I got a better hair cut at another spot for 23 bucks. I guess what bothered me was a basic clean up for 50 bucks? However the cut before was a full cut and I was charged less....40. No worries. NEXT!

Jason Edmiston The place is very nice, however I did get one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. The lady that cut my hair was definitely in a rush and wanted to leave as I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I asked for a .5 on the sides and when I left and got home I noticed how uneven it was across and around my head, with a patch completely missed. The top was cut by clippers with a large guard and it was uneven. She was very sweet but definitely seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I don’t see myself getting another haircut there.

Dodie E What an inviting place full of history! Malalai cut my hair and did such a great job (and so fast) that I am thrilled! She cares for her clients and listens to your requests. The shop is a delight with a singing canary named Ringo and original barber stations with pictures of past haircuts from the 60s! Oh and for those seasoned customers, a Burma Shave sign posted on the walls. Full of charm and caring people.

Rachel Dougherty Manny is the best! He is so kind and patient with my son. He is such a wonderful person. My 3 year old absolutely adores him. He has been cutting my sons hair since he was an infant. His shop is beautiful and located conveniently in the same shopping center as Harvest Market and Starbucks. He also has another barber in the shop if he is not available. My son always has a perfect fade when we leave. We would not go anywhere else.

Zachary Oliver I get my hair cut by Mrs. Henedi Gurrola. She always does a fantastic job. Gives a tight fade, clean fade, is easy to talk to, and will get you out the door in 15min. Highly recommend.

Michael BoSniak Just moved to Novato CA from Long Island New York. Finding a good barber is more difficult than starting with a new family doctor or dentist. I was fortunate to find Manny from reviews like this on Yelp and Google. Manny is “old school” and was exactly what I was looking for. He listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, and gave me a great cut. Highly recommended!

Jay Matthew Vanessa was really great. She helped us although we were very lacking in knowledge. She assisted in finding us all the possible products that would help. And she was very pleasant. Great store!

B Ray Got a haircut here on 10/13. I booked with Lori and honestly the whole appointment was a little odd to me. First she made awkward comments about the Hispanic Heritage Month music playing and it being weird, then she cut a huge chunk out of the front left side part of my hair and panicked saying “that was really short but it just didn’t blend. I needed to blend it” and just kept rambling on about it which obviously let me know it was too short. Both sides of my hair are different lengths now. My bangs were cut too short but that’s fine they grow fast. Just wish the rest of my hair hadn’t been cut so Willy Nilly. About halfway through the haircut Lori calls over the Benefit Brow girl and tries to upsell me on brow services that I don’t want. Super awkward. Will not be returning over all sadly. Was really hoping for a more affordable haircut in the Bay Area but I learned my lesson on this one. The girls at the checkout area, however, were all a pleasure.

janie villegas Disappointed with Customer Service at Ulta I had a very disappointing experience with Jennifer at Ulta. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t greet me or say good morning, and when I tried to be polite and asked if she was okay, she responded with an attitude and looked visibly annoyed. Her demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Ulta, customer service is a key part of the shopping experience! Please ensure that your employees treat customers with kindness and professionalism. A warm and friendly greeting goes a long way in making shoppers feel valued.

Nicole Hsueh My ultimate beauty destination.....I happened by here when stopping for a quick snack on my way home to San Francisco one day and could not believe my luck in finding Beauty Heroes. They have an incredible array of skincare, makeup and wellness and everything in the store is absolutely clean and safe to use, without any harmful chemicals that are found in so many products today. I even picked up a lipgloss for my 8 year old!!!! I’ll be visiting here from San Francisco - it’s a destination in itself.

Devrie Sabourin Very pushy, rude couple that owns this store. Usually when I have my hair colored it adds body and thickness, this Color job left my hair thin flat and stringy. Didn’t cover all the greys. Gave red tone instead of dark brown. Overpriced and took forever when the promise was an hour... for $90 I expected to get a decent hair color but was extremely disappointed in Tony’s work. When I went back to tell him about my disappointment I also recommended he read his negative yelp reviews and learn from them before he goes out of business.

Monica Rodas Very pushy w/ expensive products and most things are completely overpriced. owners get very rude and defensive if you inform them a product they recommend didn’t work for you to the point of screaming at you. Disappointing :(

Nadeen Hamzeh Very bad experience with hair styling and color. Ramona did what she wanted without listening to me and chose a mix of colors when asked to do a dark brown color. She insists to finish the job even when the client seems unhappy and asks her to stop.

Steve Ramsey Its hard to review Salon Decadence as an establishment alone, because its more about the individual stylists. The place itself is fine...it has all the salon things you would expect in a salon and all the stylists Ive observed seem to have a loyal and happy clientele. I dont think the salon gets a lot of walk-in traffic, despite its central Novato location. Probably could use a more prominent sign. My personal experience is having Linh as my hair stylist for many years. Shes fantastic and cuts, colors, and styles my hair perfectly every four weeks. She has a loyal following and always has room for more. Ask for Linh!
