Carrie Fisher I have been coming here for years and Anne is very sweet, but lately she has been overbooking more and more. This is my last time. I took my mom and wanted to get a mani pedi for her and a pedi for me. We called at the beginning of the day and made an appointment for when they had time. Came back that afternoon at the time and they had two people working on two people and three people waiting to get pedicures. Two had just sat down and they had appointments for the same time as us. We saw all this and said we could come back if they were overbooked. They assured us it would only be 5 minutes. I am still sitting here, mom is getting her manicure but I havent been touched and its been 50 minutes. I am going now and wont come back. Leaving without pedicure and wasted nearly an hour

Elissa Salvo I got a gel manicure by Lee Lee and she did an excellent job! She was very particular and made sure my cuticles were perfect. She worked quickly but effectively when I was in a bit of a hurry. And she didn’t use a spinning tool buffer on my nails but buffed them by hand which I appreciated because those make my nails super thin. It was an overall great experience and good prices!

Vee Jewels It seemed like she was in a big hurry to do my nails. Every nail came out bad! I know they are gonna say your nail or finger is malformed! My a** my fingers and nails are fine, the nail shape is malformed! Didnt like it. Other customers take priority, I get it they go often but where does your reputation fall? Nice people BUT BAD NAILS!

Debbie Burns Anna at Pro Nails was amazing! She was very meticulous and completed my Deluxe Pedicure with perfection. It looks like I have new, soft, and beautiful feet! I would highly recommend! In addition, the price was very reasonable when compared to other locations.

Adrienne Paul Pro nails is the best! Johnny, Anne and everyone are wonderful. They do a great job and feel like family. Johnny created my signature neutral, but sparkly shade that lasts a long time and I get constant compliments on. Thank you so much to the whole team!!!

So accommodating and today when I got there about 40 min before closing it looked like they were going to wrap it up for the day and they could have easily sent me away but instead were welcoming and didn’t rush my service. As a working mom with three kids sometimes it’s hard to find the time to get in and I was really appreciative they made it happen. Great place.

Iris Franklin I’ve been going to Daisy Nails for about 20 years and love it. They recently updated the spa chairs. All the staff are polite and very good and will accommodate any special requests you may have. Great place.

Sarah After getting some pretty mediocre pedicures in various places around Ventura and Oxnard, I was so happy to find this salon! Its been a while since Ive had such excellent attention to detail with a perfect finish. No pushing extra services or trying to upsell you. They give you exactly what you ask for and they do a great job. I will definitely be back!

Margo C For my bday,my cousin gave me a gift card for a gel fill at Daisy Nails in the plaza by Ralphs in Ventura off Victoria. Rosie did my nails and did a wonderful job. They were filed beautifully and polished perfect. If you need a mani/pedi,I definitely suggest you try her out!! Ill be back!

Alexa Belichick I have attached pictures of a full set that cost me $50. They did a good job, but considering Im from Philadelphia, the fact that they charged extra for the length, the coffin shape, $15 for gel color, $5 for gel color removal and an extra $1 for credit card takes is infuriating. Why? They charge extra for nails that are longer than the end of your nail bed. Which, i dont understand because on the east coast at least some length is incorporated into the cost of your full set. It seems EVERY nail salon in California is charging a la carte and taxing beyond belief. I will give this salon some credit. They worked with me and took $7 off the gel because initially i said no to the excessive price and was just going to go with regular nail color. I will continue to look for a decent nail salon in this area and keep you all posted.

Lisa Mueller This is the worst Manicure Pedicure I have ever had. What a total rip off!!!! Be prepared to pay $150 for a basic manicure and pedicure. It was over $30 just to remove the gels from my hands and feet! Thats insane ! She did not even put polish on my toes (as pictured) and my nail polish on my fingers chipped after 3 days. Not even all of the previous red polish was REMOVED on my big toe!! My toes look worse than when I came in!! What exactly did I pay for??? I NEVER GOT A FULL PEDICURE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO POLISH ON MY TOES. She made me feel so uncomfortable. Terrible attitude and poor customer service. What a horrible experience. Dont waste your time and money here. BEWARE!!!!

Karen Harris This place has gone downhill since my last visit. I will not be going back. The person who gave me the treatment hurt me and did not apologize. She said it was because of the shape of my nails and that she could either cut them or not but couldn’t guarantee doing it without any pain. I paid a lot for this treatment and I was very disappointed. It was unprofessional to say the least.

Cordoba Cristela “Nini” Ok well got my arm pits wax and upper lip wax.. whatvever was left from my arm pits she pluck and she pretty much missed and pulled on my skin. Plus left hair under my nose (middle patch). Paid $42.00 not worth it.

Forest & Raya Carlisle Blossom is my go-to regular nail salon in Ventura. Their gel manicures are not too thick - an issue I’ve had with other salons. I usually get pretty simple one color nails, and they consistently do very nice work!

Pamela Martinez I’ve been going here for the last 7 months and I really wanted to like this place because of the reviews. Each time that I’ve gone in, I’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes even with an appointment. I’ve tried to be understanding and patient since the salon is always busy. I went in at 3:30pm today for a gel manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was great and the lady who did my toes shaped them perfectly. The manicure on the other hand is the worst manicure I’ve gotten in my life. For some reason they were closing early (I was not aware I’d be the last client of the day) and the man who did my nails rushed through the entire process. My cuticles were not cut, the nail color is uneven and the excess nail polish that dripped on the cuticles was not cleaned up. The last two times that I’ve gone in to get my nails done I walk out feeling so upset and disappointed. If you’re looking for a place to waste your money and feel disappointed, look no further.

Michelle 5 stars for the pedicure, and 2 for the manicure. So disappointed in the poor quality. These pics are day 1. If theyre busy, walk out and find another salon, otherwise their rush job could turn out like this. I know I wont be returning.

Pech Michael & Christina Very profession-ail. No kidding, they are awesome. My first time there, I walked in was greeted and seated immediately. The staff is super friendly and the owner Nancy is charming. Would highly recommend and I will be returning. As a male I am pretty shy with this type of place but we talked, joked and was a great experience. They even have karaoke is your up to it! 5 stars.

Amaris Valencia Just went in super nice lady , but did a messed up job paid $92 !! Two hours after getting them done my daughter GEL nail polish came off spent $15 on her the price is ridiculous ! The picture of my nails speaks for itself. I’m sorry but never again.

Jennifer Villanueva Worst job I’ve ever had done. The man doing them didnt under stand english and kept saying its ok. When I mentioned how bad they looked to the woman she gave them for free because im pretty sure she didnt want to fix them. I would have paid for the nails if they were done well. I wont be going back here ever again. Update they peeled in 1 1/2 . I would rather pay to have longer lasting nails.

Darcy shepley I had an incredible experience at Jessica’s from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly made me feel pampered. My nail technician took the time to carefully listen to what I wanted and delivered the perfect design—flawless and exactly as I imagined. The salon was spotless, and the quality of products used was top-notch. I left feeling refreshed, with my nails looking absolutely stunning! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional service and beautiful results. Will definitely be back! They were also very professional!

Shannon Houston Sad. I have come here multiple times and people know to give me gift certificates. We came her for gel manicures and pedicures and the manicures were completely off by Tueaday ... did not last 5 days! Sadly I will likely not return because our manicures have been like this the last 2 times. Pedicures are great! Will be going elsewhere unfortunately ately. $120 should last longer than 5 days.

krystal rivas I got my nails done on a Wednesday. My GEL nails were chipping within 4 days. When I went back in to get them fixed, they were charging me 20/30 dollars to get them redone. I do not recommend getting nails done here as the gel was thin.

Tuesday Berning I got a gel pedicure as well as full set acrylics with gel polish. I have never had acrylics and not sure I will again after this experience. My pedicure was great and was completed by a different person than who did my nails. For my new acrylics I asked for short and tapered in at the tips a little. The tech was so rough with the nail file that I probably should have asked to stop. I think they filed more skin/cuticle than actual nail. In the end there is a gap between polish and cuticle, the underside of the nails look like a mess, and there is gaps between the side of the acrylic nail and skin. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. The person that recommended this location to me said I shouldn’t have left with them looking the way they did and the person that does her nails is amazing. I did see another person’s new acrylics looked good from where I was sitting. Maybe I just didn’t get a good tech. I guess take your chances if you go here, or just don’t go.

Alex Stinnett Everyone here is very nice! I have been very happy with my gel acrylic manicure and it lasted me 3 weeks without lifting up. Also it’s cheaper than it would to go to a nail tech. Overall I would totally recommend.

Jamie Aleman Rude rude lady!!! I wish I could give this place a zero! I was choosing between two white colors and the lady had no patients AT ALL she showed me the colors and wanted me to choose RIGHT AWAY! She started slamming the nail color on the table saying “WHAT DO U WANT” “and I told her I want a soft white but she told me she liked a bright off white better and she kept getting mad because I wouldn’t choose her color she yanked my hand and really made it seem like I was an inconvenience and unwanted by the way this is in the span of 5mins by the way. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL PLACE . The gentleman was really nice

We brought my kids and they were so sweet, every staff member talked with them while we were getting our nails done and it was just the best experience. Our nails look great, everything was clean, price is decent.

Lilly Flores Came in here with two sisters and one friend (who was just tagging along) me and my sisters showed our nail tech our designs and gave all of us an estimate of $55 each. My dad showed up later to check on us, but later once he left, they tried to charge $70 more. Once we confronted them, they had no defence and claimed to had “accidentally” charged my friend, who got nothing done there, for a full set. After they realized she wasn’t being charged, they only took off $30… which doesn’t even cover a full set…Cannot deny that they have great nail techs and do good work, but would definitely not trust them. CALCULATE YOUR PRICE BEFORE PAYING. ASK FOR SPECIFICS AND WHY THEY CHARGED EXTRA (if they did).

Meagan They were in rush to get off work.It was right about closing time and my nails suffered. My full set acrylics came with bumbs and grooves thru out them. The middle finger has a chunk missing right at the tip

Myra Keeney Such a bummer because the lady herself was very nice but while doing a pedicure for me she cut way too deep into my skin and made me bleed. And after 24 hours I realized I had a toenail infection on both big toes. I went to the ER after 5 days or Avon pain walking and they said most likely they didn’t clean their tools properly and infected me and now I have to get the infection cut out.

Heidi Sohn I got an AMAZING, long-lasting manicure from Tina. I told her that I was going to Cancun so she did multiple layers of color and clear polish. I was so HAPPY that my nails stayed beautiful ALL WEEK, despite my being in the pool or ocean for hours each day. Thank you, Tina!

Ilya Vita Loved the cleanliness of the salon and how friendly everyone was. That said, I had my nails done here three times. The first visit was a complete set of acrylics. The following two times were fills. Each time, I would have polish chipping and peeling and lose at least one nails. The last time I went in for a fill, I was told I would need a new set for the next visit. Two days later, I had to go back because the polish was peeling. In addition, I had a pedicure and ended up with an infection on the side of my toe. Changed salons and do not have this issue any longer.

Clariece G This place is so dirty. There is stuff all over the pedicure stations, the chairs are falling apart, its just not clean. My father is diabetic and I treat him to one when I can. He wanted to come here and I wanted to run away the second they put me in a chair. The chair has exposed wires and is falling apart and was very clearly not cleaned after the previous client. I declined all services, but he still insisted so I did what he wanted. The lady didnt do bad, she hurt him a few times. He is a very large man and cant move like most and she kept telling him to bend his knees into his chest. He cant. She got mad at him and it took everything in me not to go off. People have always worked with his size and worked with him. This is so freaking disappointing. Dont be fooled by their pictures. It does not look that nice anymore!!! They couldve asked a guy sitting with his SO to switch to the other side of her and instead, they put me in this crumbling piece of trash. NEVER AGAIN!!!! So freaking gross.

Veronica Pena Im not sure of the quality of work of this place. I will add that when attempting to make an appointment, I made two attempts at calling. Both calls were answered and quickly hung up on. So, if you dislike poor customer service, this might not be the place for you.

Sansheart17 Nava Vicky is amazing! Ive been going to her for twenty years. I followed her from Oxnard to Oasis. Even when Ive had one of the other nail techs do my nails when Vicky is off, they are great and very professional. I always feel like Im getting the Royal treatment.

Emma C Unfortunately not the greatest nail service. The way the nail polish was applied was very rushed, and there’s a good amount of polish around the cuticles. It feels like she was trying to cover the fact that she cut my nail bed on my ring finger lol! Sadly, we won’t be returning! My pedicure lady was great though, and very friendly!

A Prices are a little high but amazing staff and love coming here very b personal and comfortable pedicure is always perfect and done so well always cuticle cuticle and always introvert taken out and dead skin removed

Sarah Warwick The nails are hard to photograph and look way better in person but I love them and I really enjoyed my experience. I believe my nail Tech told me her name was Lynn, we talked the whole time which has never happened to me before in a nail place and I really enjoyed that. I’ve been to quite a few places in town but I have found my favorite tech and I will be going to Encore and asking for her from now on. 10/10. Update: I ended up coming back a second time and having a bad experience I guess or the pandemic made it hard to get nails so recently I started going to other places again. I never found a good one and decided to try back here. Idk who all my nail techs where but they did a fantastic job and I am happy. I have been getting so disappointed by nail places lately idfk why I ever stopped coming here but that was dumb of me and I will be back. Including more recent photos of my most recent finger/toes overhaul and the terrible nails I had before.

Corey Green The staff got me in for a full set last minute and I appreciate that, but my nails turned out horrible. The shape was terrible and the acrylic is uneven in thickness. There is gel all up in my cuticle and acrylic stuck to my fingers. Id complain and go back to get them fixed BUT while I was there a customer had returned to get her nails fixed and had an appointment. The customer was getting frustrated because they had her waiting for so long. Long story short they told her to come back tomorrow and clearly both sides were frustrated. The worst part is, I didnt have an appointment and they saw me first! Obviously there is no money to make in fixing someones nails so why bother. I would have gone back to have them fixed but I already saw how they treat unsatisfied customers and didnt see any point.

Daisy Duke If youre a walk in they will fit you in asap. On the other hand if you have an appointment expect to wait 15-30 minutes as they will take a walk in right before your appointment time and leave you waiting. The quality of their work is about average. Mindy the owner spends most of her time watching what everyone else is doing and talking in her native language to her employees in the shop. Not a quick answer but lengthy conversations where they are laughing and carrying on. While this is going on you are ignored and her attention is not on your nails much of the time. So the end result is the acrylic is dripped over the sides of the nail and dried on the back. Dry acrylic left all around your cuticle and skin on sides of nail, and nails noticeably longer than others. The side profile of the nails instead of having a smooth transition up to the cuticles have a small hump. I have been to this salon many times and sometimes the nail quality is better than other times. I do not go on a regular basis so when I do go I just hope for a better experience. I really need to quit going and find a new shop.

Ximena Briceno They gave me the worst French tip nails ever super crooked and charged 63 dollars?!

Fernandez Isabella (v4kcy) very professional with the work they do and very gentle when they do it, i recommend here because of the better techniques they use, along with just the overall look of my nails whenever I come here. they give tips on what you receive and insight, as-well as good communication and explain what your going to get.

oof Spent $53 including tip, the edges of my pedicure are so crusty and done with seriously no care. I waited 50 minutes for this and took these immediately as I got in the car. Been here a couple times and only twice have I actually had a good pedicure.

Mariekie Quinn I went in with my daughter for a girls day… well it seems there has been a change in management and technicians. They are not very friendly anymore. Weve been coming here for years. I got a gel pedicure with two colors and design and they gave me a lot of trouble about wanting two colors. And kept asking me to confirm yes. Like they didn’t want to do the nail art. My daughter was getting birthday nails and got a full acrylic set put on. we could not understand a thing the gentleman was saying and he had to ask two other employees to help him understand that she wanted clear acrylic nails with a design over the clear. They were not open to doing any nail art. And then He cut her skin above the cuticle line. She said ouch. And he just brushed it off and mumbled wash your hands. Very rude and not friendly anymore here. Sad to experience this once fun place turn so rude and off-putting. We wont be coming back ever again!!

Briar Riley Don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve never has such hideous nails. I went in for a fill and my appointment was at 12:30, but they finally said they were ready for me at 12:55. It was on a Monday afternoon and they weren’t even busy. Several workers were just sitting around on their phones and iPads. I went in for a fill, and I was only missing 3 total nails. The rest were perfectly fine, but the guy insisted it’d be easier to “remove them all and start over”. The shape of the nails are awful, he made my cuticles bleed, and he was aggressively moving my arms and hands when he was filing them. He also was moving at a VERY slow pace. Didn’t seem experienced at all. It was the bigger guy with the smiley face mask. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I’ve NEVER had an experience as bad as this! Save your money and don’t come here.

It caught me by surprise because I was going in just to get a simple pink color without the bells and whistles. He was getting ready to put on the shine, the finishing touches to my color. At the last minute, he says: “Did you want to do Halloween?” I said: “Sure, okay.” I didn’t think much about it, but I started to see all the details and care as the images emerged from my nails. All I can say is: “Sooo cute!” This hidden gem is nestled inside The Junction at Wagon Wheel. I have been coming for about a year. My nails have lasted up to 6 to 8 weeks, usually because I am too busy to come in. They never chip or break, so it is definitely worth the investment. I get compliments on my nails all the time. All the nail technicians here are talented and there is always someone to help. Green Nails offers a diverse variety of nail treatments, packages, and services so you can leave feeling your absolute best. They also offer wax services. Tammy who also does my nails, almost always does the wax for my eyebrows. She is amazing. Always warm and gentle. She makes the experience comfortable considering she is pulling my hair out with hot wax. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for 15 years + and this has been the least painful experience I’ve had. I am not sure why – in other places that attempted to shape my brows, I have been told my brows were difficult to shape. Tammy has never had a problem.  She has been able to transform my brows to complement my face. If you have not booked your appointment yet, you need to do it soon before the holiday season!

Loraine Cuentas Garces If I could rate this place zero stars I would. To start off I came in wanting a new set and a pedicure and I left with a pedicure and a removal. The staff was not welcoming I felt like I was being judged from the start. Felt like they were being racist to me. Seemed like they didn’t want to do my nails as I waited with my friend and she was in the bathroom and someone was waiting to do her nails as I sat waiting for someone to do mine right next to her. Don’t know what their problem is. Then I proceeded to ask if I could have a full set without cutting my nails and they were very rude about it so I told them I just wanted a removal of my old acrylics. They proceeded to soak my hands in bowl of acetone usually at other salons they take cotton and aluminum foil and wrap it around the nails. My fingers started drying up and turning white. The guy who was going to do my nails left me. Then the person doing my toes kept touching my new tattoo I explained to her that I just got a tattoo and asked if she could be careful but she didn’t care. Then she asked if I wanted lotion for both feet I said yes the classical as in I wanted it all and then she didn’t even put lotion on my entire calves. Then they laughed in my face. I swear I almost cried. They were so disrespectful and mean. Then they ended up ripping my acrylics off even though I said I wanted a soak off. It was horrible I could have done the same thing at home at that point. My hands were white and dry and they let me walk out like that. Later my friend asked for another coat of the color she chose and the nail tech told her no and walked away. It was when the person sitting next to us said “did she just say no, she can’t do that.” And told us about her horrible experience and how she wanted to leave already and we explained ours she then got up and left and wished us the best of luck because they were so bad. The lady then came back and was just really rude to my friend. It was so embarrassing I never felt so looked down upon in my life. I’ve never been treated so bad. I still have dead skin in my feet and I left with small pieces of acrylic still on my hands as well as non buffed nails. I don’t know what type of pedicures or services they are giving but it is definitely not it. Do not recommend at all!! Super bad service and super overpriced for two baseline pedicures and a removal where they just ripped my acrylics off it came out to $86.. Urban nails in Camarillo is my go to spot but any other spot would be better than this.

Kelsey Derrick I left crying. I have only ever had Gel or Gel X. I went in to get my nail fixed and found out I had Acrylics on! After saying 3x what color I was wearing ( Funny Bunny & Bubble Bath) she painted the fixed nail white! When I said it was two separate colors she didnt care and proceeded to charge me. So not only do I have acrylics on for the first time in my life, my thumb is a completely different color. Customer service is terrible! I will never be returning

Natalya Hiatt This place is the worst nail salon I have ever been to and I’ve been getting my nails done consistently for over a decade. I went in with my friend for pedicures and for starters they took way too long for someone to sit down and start on my friend’s nails when they had plenty of nail techs sitting around doing nothing, my friend is Colombian and even the African American women sitting next to us was saying she felt like they were being racist as well because the customer service was so horrible but they were nice to certain people. I got a regular polish pedicure and I asked the woman to put a third layer of color on and she said no at first and I was just so confused and then the woman next to us started questioning it because none of us have ever experienced a nail tech telling us no to an extra coat of color (most places will actually ask if you want 2 or 3 coats). Once the tech heard us talking about how crazy that was she came over and did an extra coat but was very sloppy with it and was incredibly rude. I had plenty of nail to work with and the tech cut and filed my big toe nail completely crooked . The tech also almost cut my skin and I had to tell her “that’s my skin” and pull my foot away. Also they left dead skin on both my friend and I’s feet. My friend came in prepared to get a fresh set of acrylics and asked for a soak off and instead of using cotton balls and tin foil they just put both her hands in a bowl of acetone and didn’t even get all the acrylic off and literally let her walk out with jagged dried out nails that they charged $15 for them to destroy her real nails. It was insane the condition of her nails they let her walk out with. Go anywhere else other than here they are racist, rude, overpriced, and don’t even do the full job or even a decent job. I have no idea how this place is still in business….

Michele Martin The reviews of this place were not very good so I’ve been holding off going, it wasn’t as bad as i expected but it wasn’t anything amazing either. My nails look cute and no one is going to notice the imperfections as much as I will, however when I’m paying $90 i would like it to look a little better. I wanted a more natural look where you wouldn’t really even be able to tell i had gotten them done, i don’t think that look was achieved but they’re still cute. The Pedicure was $28 for a classic and I’m satisfied with that completely (especially because i don’t have the nicest feet) Service was good and the wait was short; it’s close to home so I’ll definitely go back.

Amber Lynn I should have read the reviews before going here, just the worst pedicure Ive ever had, it was genuinely stressful. I had to ask for a wet towel and left as fast as I could because the lady mixed in sugar or something with the lotion and left my legs and feet sticky everywhere! I need to take an additional shower when I get home because I couldnt get all of it off. No bottom coat to the polish, and left polish all around my nails on my skin. Almost no massage, but honestly halfway through I just was so put off I almost walked out in the middle anyway. Also, they are priced higher than my usual place by $4 and only take cash, no card like all the other places Ive been to in Ventura. Just terrible.

Gaby F I was extremely disappointed with this nail shop. I arrived at 6:25 PM and asked for a regular manicure, but they declined to serve me. The gentleman, who was already cleaning up, mentioned that they close at 7:00 PM, yet there were still 40 minutes left until closing. Both the website and the sign clearly state that they close at 7:00 PM, so why refuse service? If you stop taking customers earlier, you should update your closing time to reflect that. This is terrible customer service. I won’t be giving them my business again or recommending them to anyone. Bad work ethic! If I could I would leave no star however the system doesn’t allow me too. Do not go here.

Heather Reed They do not take credit cards and they have nothing posted to let you know prior to service. Who doesn’t take credit cards in 2025?

Casey Queen I asked for a small heart, which i was told was easy. it came out as a black smudge with black smeared around. none of the nails were uniformed, and all were bumpy. i also bled twice

Cathy Andersen Came here to kill some time while waiting for a phone repair next door. The pedicure was ok, but not worth the price. My toenails have rough and sharp edges and the gel polish is uneven. After sitting down, my nail tech came and put a dirty hot bean bag shoulder thing around my neck. It looked like it had never been washed. After everything was finished, I was told that they ONLY accept cash payments. I had very little cash on me and they told me to walk to Vons to use the ATM there. So on top of the lame pedicure, I also had to pay a fee to use the closest ATM. Never again. They need to have a sign in the front door that says its a cash only business.

Morgan Glass I wanted a French tip for my sisters wedding and this was the result. The acrylic is white there is no polish on my nail besides clear. I asked her to make them shorter she said no I asked her to do it like inspo my picture she said no. This is not a French tip this is half white half clear nail. It was also extremely painful, sanding my nail down to probably my skin for 30+ minutes. I will be going elsewhere to get these. Don’t waste your money or time.

Sarawr Dubya They look good from a distance... just don’t get too close. (Two different people worked on my nails... ) they Never compared hands to make sure that the nails were the same. The one girl didn’t know what she was doing at all and had to have somebody else shape my nail and that woman didn’t do that good of a job either no offense. One of my pinkies is extremely crooked and I kept trying to tell her but she wouldn’t listen Saying that it wasn’t done yet and it would be good after they were done filing it. I could do a betterjob myself I know this because I usually do my own nails I just have a 15-month-old and don’t have the time. I’m not saying every technician there is like that but the ones I had seemed to have minimal training at Best. I mean seriously I kept trying to tell them that my pinky was crooked and they kept completely disregarding what I was saying I don’t know if it was a language thing or what because one of the two women barely spoke any English at all and kept having to have the other one translate. Also I paid extra to have gel instead of regular nail polish and this is where the woman’s lack of training became really really clear to me because even I know that after you apply the gel and set it in the lamp You don’t file it or else you break the seal and this woman totally file that I was cringing the whole time I will not go back. It really sucks because this was like something I was really looking forward to and I kind of feel gypped because my nails look really good from far away but if you get close the application is terrible. I had a reference picture for shape and they don’t really look anything like this shape which was a stiletto With a slightly blunted tip and this is more like an almond. I was going to get them all bling doubt if they had jams but once she applied to the Tips and they started shaping I knew that I wasn’t even going to ask. All the nails are a little off for the most part but I just cannot get over that pink you were just so clearly crooked and I kept trying to tell them I think that’s the most unprofessional part other than like the clear lack of training because she totally filed to seal off of my gel. Oh and of course I’m nice so I had to tip both girls even though I left there kind of unsatisfied. Guess the point of this is if you do go make sure that you set an appointment and ask for somebody that has a lot of experience don’t let them just Pawn you off on the new girl and feel free to get rowdy. Also be aware though that if they do make your nail is crooked as mine and your tech is as an experienced as this girl is she might just try to rip it off don’t let them do that make them soak it off Ps sorry about typos or anything using voice text cuz again... mom life. Hopefully you get the gist.

Abbiie Bautista I was in the area so I walked in 7/28/23 at around 1pm to ask about the price of a gel pedi for my future reference. I walked in and there was only one lady working on someone’s toes. I proceeded to ask her the question in a friendly manner. She didn’t answer right away, she looked at me up and down with a stank face and what seemed to be forever she finally said something but in a REALLY low voice that I didn’t even hear her. I asked her what she said and she mumbled in a very low voice. It’s like if she was doing it on purpose. I asked her again and she said 45 but still in a very low voice mumbling I barely heard what she said. After that I just walked out. Obviously this lady doesn’t care about her customers and doesn’t care if she’s being rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I should’ve read the other reviews before even thinking of coming in here. What they say are right ! Straight up rude ! I will be taking my money elsewhere!!!
