S. Greenwood Rose does the best eyebrows! Shell get you in and out too, so theres never too long of a wait... However, I wouldnt suggest that you get your nails done here. Ive never liked the way any of them do nails. They dont shape them right, they dont have many colors, and they charge too much for an unsatisfactory job! If youre an older lady, like 50+, then you might like this place, other than that, its a NO on the nails!

Geri Jereb Treated my sister, Mona, to a hair day. She loves Kwan, and he always treats her like family, as well as the other staff. They are all so sweet to her. A haircut and a medium perm. She was the happiest Ive seen her in a while. I highly recommend this salon, and especially Kwan for hair.

Kimberly Howe I have been going for full pedicures for over a year. Thats where they really scrub and massage the feet. Love this! Recently started going to do gel manicures. Of course I over did the cleaning, decorating and cooking and ended up with a Crack half way across my nail. I didnt want to have that nail be shorter than the rest so they added some Gel builder on my nail to protect it while it grows out. Amazing! They patiently answer all my questions when I ask what theyre doing and always take great care of me.

Diana Cordio I was in the area dog sitting and in dire need of a manicure. Nancy was able to fit me into the schedule as a walk-in and paid close attention to my requests for builder base gel (she also used hot gel aka poly gel for my thumbs since they are extremely bumpy and easier to shape nicely with that) and the rounded square shape I prefer. I was very pleased with the results at a good price as well!

Liann Amagan My go to place that I’ve been going to for years to see Anh for my dipped nail manicure. She does the best job and my nails last over 6 weeks and her pedicures are awesome. The staff are so friendly and I love the massage chairs.

Nargiz Sadigova The price of the service was reasonable, but not exactly affordable. I paid $45 for it. Unfortunately, the woman who did my nails was very rude and disrespectful. When she started working on my nails, I changed my mind about the nail polish and politely asked her to change it. However, her response was quite arrogant, which was not appropriate. As a paying customer, I expect professional and polite service. Moreover, she was multitasking while doing my nails. She was standing and chatting with someone while working on my nails, which was unprofessional. I might consider going back to this salon, but I will make sure to avoid that particular woman in the future.

Avankita Violet I visited Gaia Nails for a gel mani/pedi with Tom and Mia. The salon’s staff surprised me with their enthusiastic service. The instruments have been sterilized and stored inside a sterilization pouch, so I felt very safe. The staff is friendly, careful and skillful. It deserves 5 stars. I will come back to this salon soon.

Natasha Curtis Gaia is my go-to place for great pedicures. Today, I added on extra massage time to my pedi and Tom did not disappoint! It was an expert level, deep tissue, circulation repairing, ready to walk 10,000 miles kind of massage. If you are a runner, walker, or spend a lot of time on your feet, ask for the extended massage by Tom.

Paula Whittier I wS so happy and I love the fact its husband and wife who have been in the same business for 20 + years it was closing time but they took us in , honestly " the mom & pop shop" was amazing and I will always come back. Alexis Bejar I went here because the salon I originally wanted to go to was closed. I found this place open next to DDs. Dont go here! I regret it due to they wanted to charge me $20 to blow dry my hair. I couldnt tell if the outcome was good. They demanded extra money to blow dry my hair, so I left the salon with my hair soaking wet. Didnt even offer a towel to dry it. I feel like my hair cut was also rushed because it was done within 15 minutes. I even showed the lady a front and back photo of the hair cut that I want but it was no where near the outcome. Despite everything, I still wanted to be nice to staff so I wanted to pay credit card to give her tip. But I didnt expect they charge $3 extra if I use my card. I understand its normal to pay for processing fee but its usually around 1-3% only. This place is a total scam.

Nae Huggins I really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe. Beautiful place. Very kind people and they serve wine! Definitely a plus for me. I’m giving 2 stars because I was disappointed that she cut my nails shorter than what I wanted. I emphasize to her, do not cut my nails short and it was already done. So everything I asked for wasn’t done right. I was charged almost $80 for nails I could’ve done at home, I just wanted one color for mani and pedi. Very basic, no design, nothing special, but I didn’t get that and was charged quite a bit of money. I got the gel for my hands and it’s already chipping away and it’s been 3 days. I still tipped, so I paid a good $100. Great people, but I don’t think I will come back. It’s insanely expensive and I wasn’t happy with the outcome.

Veronica Brooks I had a lovely experience at Ombre Nails! I arrived as a walk-in appointment for a gel acrylic mani and gel pedi and was seated immediately. Danny did an amazing job on my nails and Nathan did a wonderful job on my toes! I was in and out in just under one hour, so they were very fast, too. I waited one week before posting my review, and I am happy to report that after one week my nails have stayed practically perfect since I walked out of the shop. I will definitely return and highly recommend!

Mary Z I called to get an appointment and they told me to come in right away. I end up waiting for a very long time because they were crowded. My pedicure was messed up and the guy said it was because I didn’t get Gel polish but Gel polish breaks out my feet so I only get regular polish. I had a full set done by Maya and I explained to her that I wasn’t satisfied with my pedicure. She had another coworker fixed my pedicure and made it perfect. Maya did my nails exactly as I asked for them. I gave four stars instead of five because I did have difficulty in the beginning and I did stay there for three hours, but the end result I was satisfied. And I will be going back to Maya.

Brittany Gregory Unfortunately, my friend and I did NOT have a good experience or receive a good outcome. We came in for pedicures. My nail tech cut the toe next to my pinky toe and as you can see in the picture the paint is sloppy and she did not even paint the free edge. So now I have a toe with an injury, I am in pain, and I sincerely hope I do not get an infection. For the pedicure polish, that was a complete waste, I will have to remove all the polish and redo the polish myself. I would not recommend this place, please avoid.

Sami Jayne Had an excellent appointment with Annie today. I stopped in while visiting my mom for a simple manicure with gel polish. I also had a small crack in my nail that I wanted help fixing. Annie had the nail repaired and then topped with polish nice and easy. She was fun to chat with and took care to make sure I liked the shape of my nails before moving to the gel stage. I have long natural nails and didnt want anything that would damage them. She suggested a clear pink with some slight sparkle and theyre perfect. The cuticle trim was quick and painless, her tools fresh from the sanitization packet. I also enjoyed the simple massage and lotion after the nails were done curing. All the while one of her other staff took great care of my moms pedicure. We came in with a 1pm appointment and left by 1:45. Originally our appointment was for 2 but Annie had a cancellation and we were able to move up. She was so sweet when she answered the phone for people, doing her best to get them in to the tight schedule and also remembering many of her customers needs and preferences. I was honestly impressed. Ill be back when Im in town again next.

Shanie West I was so impressed with the service that I received. And my nails came out beautiful. They were incredibly friendly. And the next day I broke a nail. Annie fit me right in even though she had someone waiting on her. She asked the lady if it was OK if she took care of us both at the same time, the lady Said it was cool and I got my nail fixed extra quick. And she didnt charge me for it because she said I was just there yesterday. And she wouldnt even take a tip. New customer for life.

Channelle Washington If you are African American or Black I advise you not to go to this salon. I heard one of the employees mention something about “tip” when I walked in as a walk-in client, and when I asked if they could do a shellac manicure and pedicure they advised that they were closed. The time was 5:03pm and their sign on the door says they close at 7:30pm. Not sure if they assumed I would not tip, I barely got inside the salon so not sure how or why they would come to that conclusion. Nonetheless, I don’t do business with people like this. African Americans, go where your business is appreciated and where the service received matches the prices listed. Thanks.

Terra J Been here multiple times, always got a decent length, 3 colors for $60 never paid a dime over... Came in today wanted the same, was only charged $50 even though I told them I wanted medium which I would assume was the normal $60... Asked me where I wanted them cut then cut WAY below that twice.. when I complained they were too short she argued that its not short to them and she only charged me $50 like she couldnt have just charged more for what i wanted... When I tried to explain the difference she got mad, tried to refund my money saying I made her feel bad for not liking how she was doing my nails which I didnt ask for... Her and another employee tried to convince me they were medium and I had to argue my point to which she started to tell me to stop talking and I didnt have to come back .. Never seen her there previously and definitely wont be back seeing as I didnt ask for a childlike manicure... These are NOT medium, they are SHORT... I am not pleased

No One I got bad service all the way around. This establishment was wait to my appointment I got attitude they actually. Ended up Messing up my eyelashes To the point to where they cut off my real eyelashes On my right side. In replaced, Im with fake ones. Then they charge me full price. What kind of nails salon are yall running? There cause I will never be back and I am sure they gonna spread the word. Since this establishment cannot seem to make things right with me.

M J This was by far the worst experience ive ever had getting a set of nails done.. First off, they only had one person doing nails in this shop. The lady was working on 3 clients at the same time, literally running back-and-forth. She had 2 other clients just get upset and walk out. Apparently, they had been waiting there for a while. Then, one of her scheduled clients showed up for their appointment, and she was asked if she could come back tomorrow. She also walks out. This lady, who did my nails, was the worst nail tech I have ever had. She made my nails way too thin, and in the corner of each nail, was a small little crack in them. I believe she did this on purpose so my nails would break, then Id have to come back and pay more. After having my nails on for 3 days, one broke just by reaching in my purse. I had another one break wiping down the windshield of my car. My nails were not cheap, it was very disappointing that I only got to enjoy them for 3 days.

R. I dont get sets often and with that being said the few experiences I have had ELSE WHERE have engrained some bad memories. My manicurist was patient and he understand why I was jumpy when it came to addressing my cuticles (previous places not in vallejo would leave me bleeding after my appointments). The rest of the staff were kind too. They took me ad a walk-in also. I couldnt be happier getting my nails done literally 5 hours before event. THANK YOU! Also now to 10/1 get 20% ALL nail services

Scheria Nail Tech Susan did a fantastic job with my full set. I brought in a picture with my favorite flower to have something to help me smile more during the day. She did a great job with removing my old set pain free, the coffin shaping, color matching, and design. I LOVE it. Faciloty is always clean. They use high-quality nails, nail polish, and powders. Wide variety of colors available. All the nail techs are professional. They take their time to do a good job on each client. Make an appointment on a non busy day if you dont have the time or patience to wait.

Kari Wilson I just called the Shop to make appointment with Tiffany. The man that answered the phone is very rude. Talking to me as if I’m a child. Kept saying you’re not letting me talk. Tiffany online appointments are closed that’s why I called. Telling me to make appointment with another person. Don’t go anywhere when they don’t respect you on the phone or in person. Do be desperate!!

Flor Mejia From all the nail salons in vallejo this is the best one, online showed that they were booked for the day still but i called and i was able to go in, the wait was 20 mts or so which was great compared to other places that make you wait up to 1 hour….and also the design on my nails are super beautiful the best nail salon in vallejo because they know how to do acrylic nails, only complaint is that when they were aplying the nail coats or whatever is called it would burn soooooo bad but the had a spray and that would stop the pain within 7 seconds or so also my son was spinning on a little chair and the lady told him no so not so much family friendly, but i agree in a way because those chairs are to sit not to play but her grandchildren or whoever kids they had they did it a couple times and she never saw that or didn’t tell them to stop neither also some places make your acrylic nails so bulky and they did great! Also the next day my nails were hurting alot so i think she did my natural nails so thin but after the second day it was so much better now it doesn’t hurt anymore

Jesse Fajardo Dynasty Nails is great. I use their services because I have back problems, so its difficult for me to comfortably reach my feet. Back in 2016, I had recently relocated to Vallejo. I tried 6 other local nail salons before I tried Dynasty Nails. The ladies are always very welcoming, but Im sure they prefer customers to schedule an appointment in advance.

Miss Meechie My gel manicure was nice by Kelly.. but when the technician(kelly) got to my feet she used the same gloves, foot scrub and other tools she used on a previous client. After she was done before painting my feet she rinsed the gloves, foot scrubber & other tools in my dirty foot water & placed them back on her tool cart. Unsanitary. The towels are old & dirty... spider webs hanging from the ceiling. I had time to notice too many disgusting things here. I will not be back! These places make too much $ off the community to not make the establishment look more presentable.

Bob Morris They do a great job on nails and toes. I noticed they have an extensive selections of nail colors and types. Also, many real comfortable chairs to sit in while they work on you. The owners are wonderful and the staff is happy to be working there. They all are well trained and awaiting your arrival!

Denise Guillen I was there visiting family members, perfect nails was near our hotel where we were staying at. I scheduled appointment and the customer service was great. The one thing I did not like was that product . Both my mother and I got regular pedicures and manicures. Now I understand that regular manicures don’t last too long, but my manicure Started chipping that same day and it only started getting worse throughout the days. The picture that I posted here is from 3 to 4 days after. I have gotten regular manicures, they last a little bit longer that they started chipping. Other than that the customer service was great.

Rhodevalencia De Moraila The first time that I did my nail there, the lady did a good job, but the second time I took my daughter with me and for me I ask a color for may nails and she did another color,I didn’t say anything because I didn’t make a big problem that was for my toes but for may nails, I didn’t like them either, but for my daughter, the other worker did a bad job, and when my daughter ask for another color she got mad and she was really rude! We were very polite all the time, we didn’t say anything but we never going to go back to that place.

Shaquera Amajioyi I came for a pedicure because i got a recommendation and the cleanliness was not up to par. They advertise “All services Guaranteed 100% Sanitary” , and it doesn’t seem like it at all. I was sat in seat 1 closes to the door and a swarm of flies were in front of me, on top of that the floor around my was filthy and my water was icy cold. When i told them my water was ice cold they just added hot water without draining any which made it below lukewarm. I told the lady it was still cold before she walked away and she proceeded to walk away. Unfortunately they are one of the only open nail salons today so i will stay for my service, however i will not be coming back. When it was time for my actual service the lady brought over towels that were used on the lady from seat 4 or 5, the towel had nail clippings on it along with cuticle clippings and acrylic clippings and i had to ask for her to use a clean towel to put my feet on. I will say the lady over the phone who seems like the owner is super nice and sweet and when i walked in she immediately knew i was the phone who called for an appointment.

Mani B Hello I went here today September 20th for one I want to start off with the nail shop is very dirty and unsanitary but the prices are cool which is why I go. But today they racially profiled me and asked me to pay ! Mind you I come here every month then accused of me not paying and walking out. The lady who did my feet was there and I showed them proof they told me they don’t remember when it happened or what the person looked like but they know it was me that didn’t pay! Which is false! How don’t you remember when it happened ! How you don’t remember the service or the price ! How you don’t remember what I look like but telling me that I didn’t pay! Do not go there ! They are racist ! Unsanitary! Everything be dirty it’s just the price is affordable never again !

Miea J. First picture is what I requested. The rest is what u got. When I walked in I first asked if they could do “PolyGel” since I recently found out I have an allergy to an active ingredient in acrylic powder. (I’ve done plenty of sets with others and had no reaction) the man at the front (John) advised they did and it was the GelX price. I then showed the design of what I wanted and asked if this were possible for them to do and Coffin/narrow shape, I said if not that is fine I can do another design. He said he was able to do it. Upon starting, he was really rough and acted as if he did not want to be there. When he started I had received a few messages as some of my family was visiting out of town and I had a work emergency I was resolving. I ensured I would use the hand he wasn’t touching. He continued to burn my nail bed 5x with the light being too close/high (again I’ve had before and never experienced this) at another point he burned my skin on the light. anytime I would say ow or express that it was burning me he would get an attitude. I felt very unwelcome and fought the tears through the pain. (I figured guess this what it means by it hurts to be beautiful) At some point he got so frustrated and with an attitude said “should I just do your nails another time?” I had to keep asking for him to correct/fix the shape. As you can see in the photos they are very lumpy/deformed. The left thumb still had a huge dent, which ended up falling off the next day. He left a bunch of the product under my nail The young lady that did my pedicure was nice and kept checking in throughout the process. Conclusion: I will not be going back, nor would I recommend. Waste of money for lack of service and rude treatment.

Lu H I came in with my daughter so excited for her first manicure. I have never been into a nail place and seen it so dirty. There was nail dust EVERYWHERE. Spiderwebs, dead flies in the webs, so unpleasant. Then the actual manicure itself wasn’t even that?… anytime I get a manicure some sort of hand massage is part of it, none of that here. Nancy herself did my nails and she was rushing and didn’t even file or shape my nails evenly or asked my preference. The nail polish is spotty and not evenly applied.. so disappointed with the whole experience overall. Go to a cleaner place that actually cares for every customer no matter how “simple” the set is…

LaSandra Johnson This is a good place to get your nails done but only with one person(the main technician Erin i think that’s his name) everyone else has terrible attitudes and the end result is incredibly inconsistent at best. My pedicure is super easy I skip the massage I only want my toes clean and pretty..,, this was not the case today sadly perhaps because my guy was off. They didn’t even want to attempt to do my nails they told me to wait until he’s in after first telling me he was on his way....I spent an hour waiting for him to come but he never showed and then they said he had car trouble.., I’d give them less stars if it weren’t for my previous visits

Pretty much all of their new artists can do designs and theyre very detailed oriented I like that they do Your mani pedi at the same time so that youre not spending too much time there The prices are very reasonable for intricate designs might be a bit much for more basic choices
