Lo W Been going here for almost a year now. Absolutely love it, they just upgraded all the chairs and theyre SO comfy. I see Tilly for my pedicures (I get luxury gel) and Iknew for manis (dip/gel +/- tips). Love them both. Will continue to keep coming here!

Pallavi Benegal Kearney Love Royal Spa and Lounge! All of the nail technicians are wonderful, but I go to Amy specifically who is so gentle and takes her time doing my mani and pedi. Never have I ever had bad service there. The salon is clean and very well kept. I highly recommend Royal Spa and Lounge for all your nail and waxing needs. Iknew is awesome with her waxing skills!

Olga Greenberg Honestly this is such a gem of a solid nail place. The prices are fair. The interior is clean and all the staff are great! Today Hue has done one of the best gel polishes on me yet and I forget why I stopped coming here more frequently.

The ladies are kind, talented, thorough, and genuinely want you to leave with nails you love. I don’t ask for a specific person because they’re all top tier.

Stacy Dickinson I’ve been going here for years and the quality has been better in the past but you just can’t beat the price. Everyone is really nice but sometimes the attention to detail is lacking. My last pedicure my nails were not cut well and the nail polish was not very good but the massage and overall pedicure services were great. Make sure you check before you leave and get everything you want!

Rominna Garcia I have been to many nail salons in my life, but this is by far the best place I’ve been to. I have been here many times over the past 5 plus years and can’t believe I haven’t done a review yet. They are always clean and friendly it does get busy but I have never been there for an unreasonable amount of time or had to wait very long. The receptionist or owner I’m not sure but she is so friendly and sweet it feels good walking into the salon to her welcoming presence. All the girls there are friendly and nice they do a good job I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them for a mani or pedi I’ll go to any of them but if I’m doing a full set I will definitely go to Dee. If you’re looking for a good place this is that place you won’t be disappointed.

Jacqueline LaGrange Favorite nail salon in the Bay Area. Affordable and great service. Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for a while now and they do the best job on our pedicures. We get the Sugarcoat Special. It has this jelly that makes your feet feel amazing afterwards. I recently got acrylics for the first time and they turned out amazing. Bebe is our favorite but everyone there is excellent. Highly recommend

When I request appointment by yelp I get a response very quickly. The owner is a sweetheart very accommodating. They have very cute kids chairs for pedicure. 1st time visit my technician was on her phone having video calls I wasnt a big fan of that.

Juliecita This place was okay they fit me in last minute, unfortunately the way that the place is set up is a long bar counter kind of thing, its all one table and the nail tech stands behind the bar and mine was standing the whole time and made me feel as if she was in a rush, so I felt as if she wasnt actually taking her time. She nicked me a couple times on my fingers which was a little frustrating, overall the outcome of the polish color was great. But Im going to have to give it to Stars just for the service

Mark T Not much of a pedi guy but my feet needed it bad before my Vegas pool party trip. These girls were amazing and very accommodating. Gentle but was able to clean out the crud from between my toe nails with out removing my toe nails. Highly recommend.

Mayra Deleon I booked an appt with CC, and she texted me if I could come in earlier. All the staff were welcoming, and CC sat me right away. The whole time I was there, it felt different than a regular nail salon. The vibe CC and her staff have is amazing. Sophia did my pedicure and made sure that I was doing OK and that she wasnt hurting me, which was a plus to me. Sophia also introduced herself at the beginning, which no one has ever done at a nail salon before. CC did my GELx nails and I am in love.

Gabriela Marengo Wish I would have known there was no refunds! I got my nails done friday of last week. Same day one of my nails broke... I had to go back to get it fixed. I went back and drove with 40 mins of traffic... only for two more nails to break of the following day. the shop is located in a super congested area where traffic is horrible, going back every time for broken nails when they arent even a week old is not realistic and a huge inconvenience for a mommy of 2! I asked for some sort of refund not full as i know products and time was spent but they do not do refunds. It is not fair to have poor work done and be punished to drive back every time to get them fixed. I will never come back!!!! AVOID THIS SHOP! YADIRA DID MY NAILS. THESE 5 star reviews are not it and the instagram fooled me!!!

Tram Nguyen I love CC Nail Bar! They just opened, so it’s perfect because I am able to get any appointment time I want. I recently went to get gel X done by CC herself. She’s super detailed and takes her time with me. I never felt rushed. She was always checking with me if I liked the shape. My nails look amazing! I went back to make an appt for my husband and I to get a deluxe pedicure here. The massage chairs are AMAZING! They’re better than any chairs we’ve ever been on at a nail salon. My husband loved his pedicure by CC. She gave him the best foot massage and he fell asleep twice lol. I love my toes and would 100% recommend CC Nail Bar to everyone.

Anda M. I came here for Pedicure and Gel removal “ not powder “ gel that should be removed manually with nail files. Lady who doesnt speak english wrapped my nails in foil and use nail polish remover, or some acidic liquid for paints and left on my nails too long , after that she used electric machine to “ drill deep into my nails and removed all layers of my nails , damaging my nails to the core . Only when I felt actual pain I told her to stop . It was too late . I am in so much pain that I cried the night and morning after . I came to have my nails done and they made injury on my body . I can sue them . The pedicure was ok . If she was tired and could not do it . She should say come next day, or ask other lady to help her. I am prone to infection Now . Instead she was rushing to do it in not proper way . Just thinking about profit . Its My b day this week and Holidays . Now I can’t have my nails at all for the next 6 months .I am in Big pain that I cannot help my child to dress, or do basic life functions. Other lady just said sorry and fully charged me for Pedi and said I dont have to pay for “ removal “ She made my fingers disabled and left me in pain . I am not bad person to ruin someone job , but they should be accountable for this .All my nails are totally removed all layers of it Its just soft skin underneath and bones .Will take me 6 months to grow my nails, plus I am prone to infection and further injury .I am writing again 3 months after my nails never recovered. I have a damaged mail bed and the owner never called me as written below . I would expect at list free treatments in the future :( Last picture in my nail 3 months after .I can’t even place extensions on this

I visited this place for my nails, first of all they didn’t listen to my requirements clearly so they had to redo my nails.. I requested them for a sample nail colors pallet to choose colors like any other spa. The lady who was doing my nails said they don’t have one, They just do by referring photos that we show. I was amazed, but later I saw the sample was shown to other customers. While doing my nails she continuously hurt my nails I almost got blood in few nails, photo attached. Over all had a very bad experience, they invested fear in me to do nails in future.

Rachel deLahunta My gel manicures from Diva nails last longer, closer to 3 or even 4 weeks still looking decent, compared to other salons Ive gone to in the area where my gel manicure will start chipping before the end of the first week sometimes or beginning of the second week. The prices are better at Diva nails than other salons Ive gone to in the area as well. The service is great too, I enjoy my visit each time.

Please ask for Holly if you want nail arts and design because she’s so talented and dedicated!! She tried her best to give me the shape/design in the picture and did a great job! The last picture is what I wanted and the first three unfiltered pictures are what I got. Two weeks later they’re still pretty and sturdy. I had a nail refill and art design.

Komal Sheth I usually go here and the services are good but today the person who did my manicure completely ruined my nails design and was struggling to do it. My nails are small but quality and design is not good and what I wanted is not worth the money I paid. I asked that I wanted matte nails but my ring finger nail is not, my little finger nail is also not smooth finish and I wanted fireworks in middle which clearly does not look like it. Edit: Thanks to the staff they called me back and fixed it and this time the other person did a much better job.

Richelle Griffin I texted a picture of what I was wanting (pink and white ombré dip) since it was my first time getting a powder dip and was assured that they could accommodate. I showed the picture again to my technician. I paid extra for the ombré and extra for a shimmer (which completely masked the ombré). The result was nothing close to what I wanted. It looked messy and clunky. So disappointed! That being said, the woman was very nice.

Sangeeta Bhakat I am being generous when giving even 1 star. These people do not know how to do acrylic nails. They refused to clean my nails and were rushing to finish the work in like 10 mins. Due to this they cut my finger. I had to ask them to do normal things like cuticle cleaning, cutting my nails down, shaping almond the way almond is supposed to be. I can go on and on. If you want a good experience then please DO NOT go to this place. UPDATE: The response to my review from this owner is pretty standard to all complaints. Is there any remission for the blood and cut on my finger?

Neda Mandegaran Facial : 2 star The room looked more like a storage. No skincare products were used. Equipment was all home-grade that most of ladies have them at home these days. Nail : 4 star Even though I had an appointment and the owner changed my appointment to a sooner time, when we got there, had to wait for 20 minutes. The service was professional, the technicians were good at their job and offered what made the result cute and higher quality. They even adjusted disposable slippers for my kids. The price was reasonable. They offered many cookie and candy options to kids.

We love their mani pedi sessions but the only thing that irritates us all the time was the staff keeps muttering in their local language while the ongoing session. Please understand that we are there to enjoy the music and relax the mani & pedi - cures.. otherwise they are good at what they do especially Mimi and Jennifer.

Havanna Herrera They charged me $85 for these nails that would usually only cost $45-$50. I would’ve even paid $60 with tip but $85 is actually insane for these simple nails.not only do some of the the French tips look shaky the Z looks like it was drawn on with a marker.

I walked in without an appointment and was immediately seated with Kathy - who by the way is so kind and does a great job at making sure your nails are absolutely perfect. The salon itself is clean, organized, and gorgeous and the prices were so reasonable. I was offered complimentary drinks, snacks and more. Would 1000% come again!

Maria Arami Mai did my nails. I made a random apt near my work. I got what i asked for. She was careful to make sure i get what i asked for. She didnt miss painting the sides like other places do. The staff were friendly. The area not in such a good location, but I will go back. Just make sure you take cash for tip.

Roxanne Arrivas When I first moved to the San Jose area I went to a couple other nail salons before finding Finger Joy Nails. Its a cute little shop with a small parking lot. All the ladies working there are very nice. They have conveniently in their shop an ATM machine that only charges a 25 cents transaction fee for withdrawals! I have only been to Finger Joy Nails 3 times and each time I left, I always left satisfied and happy with their service. Their prices are pretty competitive. The lady that did my nails does amazing freehand artwork! I just show her a picture of what I want and she replicates it perfectly! I definitely will continue to go there and recommend this place.

Alicia Conye The treatment I received at this salon was nothing short of horrible. I wanted acrylics with a colorful french tips, and when I selected my colors the lady told me the green I had chosen was “too light”. She then showed me a neon green I should use instead, which is not what I wanted at all. I told her that I would try the light green and if it was bad I would select the dark one, so she swatched one coat of the green on my nails and said “see its bad”. She then said in Vietnamese that “Ugh why does she not want dark colors”. The whole process was very rushed and I felt like a nuisance by being there. She also commented in Vietnamese that she was annoyed with me when she had to keep asking me to put my hands in the curing machine (she would make me put my hands in after doing one nail, and then start doing the other hand, so it was inconvenient for both of us). Over the phone they told me the service was $42 but made me pay $50. They also make you tip in cash or in venmo before paying, which made me anxious. Do not go here unless you want a stressful experience

Ellen Chiu My pedicure looked good. What I did not appreciate is the trick to earn more money. I clearly stated that I wanted the most economic option pedicure option. In mid of pedicure, the specialist asked me what flavor of the gel Id like, I picked a flavor while I was working on my computer. When I paid, I was notified that I shall pay extra 10 dollars because I used the gel which was not part of economic option. This was my first time to visit this salon and also the last time as I did not like the trick.

Kavya Bangalore Ramesh Horrible service, they are extremely rude and I see that even when they are sick, they are made to work, spreading unwanted diseases/virus like they always do! This time around I was done with it.. I chose 2 colors after the acrylic nails were put and yet it did not suit my skin nor the shape of the nails , she got so frustrated and made a face and even had the audacity to say choose something and this is the last one, and even that color was bad..fast forward to today, the nails just broke otf- 2 fingers in left and 3 fingers in the right.. how horrible.. never ever go there.. trust me..I never write any reviews or anything bad, but now if I dont do, Id be saving a lot of ppl of their clumay behavior and falling sick

Swan Lenore (Gilyard) I enjoy patronizing this salon so much. Its CLEAN, never smells, and they are fast. My favorite nail tech, Nhi is pleasant and personable. She can carry on a convo and still do an amazing job on my natural nails. She listens to me and gives my nails a shape that doesn’t easily break. Loving the Chrome finish!

nandani chauhan Worst nail salon experience ever. I’ve given this place multiple chances, hoping it would improve, but it only disappoints me time and again. See the attached pictures for what I asked for versus what they delivered. The design is painfully asymmetrical and untidy, with noticeable bulges on every tip. The manicurist did an awful job and even over-filed my nails to the point where I bled. Instead of apologizing, she used a dirty brush to apply some yellow powder to the wound and carried on with her work. Throughout the session, she continued chatting and laughing in a language I couldn’t understand, which made me feel uncomfortable. At the end, she slapped some moisturizer on my hand, gave it three swipes, wiped off the excess, and said I was done. When I pointed out the glitter mess all over the edges of my nails, she casually said it would come off when I washed my hands. I paid a whopping $75 for this shoddy, careless work. This salon has the worst service, inconsiderate staff, and a completely ‘don’t care’ attitude. I will never go back.

R. Robinson I drove to San Jose from Oakland after seeing my coworker had a fresh full set asked her where she floor them done and she raved about her Perfect 10 expeI loved my nails. I loved the experience. There are a lot of places nearby to venture out to after your appointment or before. Make sure you call beforehand to book an appointment. Space is limited considering the National pandemic. Overall, I Appreciate the COVID-19 precautions. Ha did a great job executing. I definitely would return.

Jacqueline Carroll My poor friend keeps getting her feet hacked up every time we go! One lady used a yellow foot scrubber for calluses without water or gel and my friend who has zero blisters or calluses prior and had chunks of her skin taken off and it bled during the whole pedicure. No discount was offered. Next time we went after her sores healed a different tech was rough again and left sores around her cuticles. Love the services they offer and keep trying to make this place work but wish they had better skilled workers. Also every time we go they never have the color we pick in stock. They either need to replace the colors they advertise or redo their choices .

Renee is very friendly and explained very clear for me what was the difference between dip powder and acrylic nails. Since I never never do anything for my nail before. Bernadette Reed I have gone to this nail salon for many years. I love the place because it’s beautiful and clean. They do excellent and superior manicures and pedicures. The people here are very friendly and kind. The massage chair is like a spa in itself and they treat you like royalty. I love the experience of coming to this salon and relaxing in the great big massage chair and being totally pampered. Lots of parking in this parking lot is available, also.

Cassie L I called and scheduled an appointment for Thursday, about 5 days ago. I got the gel manicure and it definitely is more of a “spa” feeling as they do the wax and a hot stone massage. Diamond Nail keeps two stars as they are clean, the gel was put on thin although one index finger has a bubble on the side, and the spa-like part was a nice surprise. The other three stars are lost first because the technician was very rough on my nails. She used a cuticle trimmer to scrape at my nails and told me I have too much cuticle… I had gel on prior to the appointment and there was still leftover gel adhesive which she scraped instead of filing and buffing off. Second because she didn’t do cuticle care other than maybe what she thought was care by scraping my nail and nail bed with the edge of the cuticle trimmer. I know for a fact there are tools to use to gently push back cuticle, not a blade from the end of a cuticle trimmer! Lastly, and this goes back to the first item why they lost stars, is because of how rough she was, she split my thumb nail!! I have NEVER had a gel manicure where my nail ended up breaking and splitting after five days! Not only am I in pain, but my nails didn’t last even a week. The $40 felt like a waste and to top it off, before she gave me the credit card machine to pay, she asked what tip should she enter in for me. To me, that’s entitled. I will not be returning. For those still reading - I posted a photo of the better looking hand without the split nail to show at least the gel application was ok.

Alicia Johnson This place was recommended to me by a woman whose nails I admired. My daughter was getting her nails done for prom and I needed a fill so we went one Saturday. Will definitely be back. Quality work and our nail techs took their time but didnt take forever. I was iffy on what exactly I wanted and they helped guide me. Also my old salon doesnt do brow waxing so I was pretty jazzed to find that this place did. Im not going to complain about price. Nails are expensive and for as freaking good as our nails (fingers and toes) came out, totally worth it. I did fail to see that they were cash only but they do have an ATM and will accept Venmo or Zelle if you dont have anything else. Definitely with the price and the drive

Edi B Please THINK TWICE before thinking of visiting this salon!! I came in today with the impression me and my boyfriend were going to have a calming experience for my full set and a pedicure. The rude nail lady ‘ Kim’ seemed to have been interrupted from her lunch to do my nail set. She made me uncomfortable the whole time with her small gestures and unpleasant vibe. My boyfriend was across from me getting a pedicure and he could tell I was not content .The nails are not terrible but it’s definitely not what I asked for. I let the owner know about my experience with Kim so they can be more mindful about the people they let work there since it takes time, money and patience for these services to be done. She told me she can fix whatever I wanted but my thing was to share my experience at the salon. Mind you I didn’t end up my pedicure done. If this is your nail lady please make sure she is well fed before the appointment or regret your decision on coming back here again.

Evelyn Ruiz Do not go to this place. Yesterday, Wednesday, I went to get my nails done because I will be going on vacation on Friday. They were simple orange nails without any details, it was a refill, and they charged me as if it were a new set. Its fine, I didnt say anything because I dont like to argue about prices; I always like to pay what peoples work is worth. This morning, the polish on one of my nails fell off, I arrived at 12 to get it fixed. When I told them I needed my nail fixed, they all started speaking in their language, and no one gave me a solution as to who would fix it. I waited for them to attend to me, 45 minutes passed, and no one said anything. So, I asked how much longer I had to wait, and they told me another half hour. I told them I couldnt wait that long because I had to return to work, and I left. Today, I returned at 7:10 PM because I saw on Google that they closed at 7:30. When I arrived, Tracy, in a very disrespectful manner, told me that they couldnt fix my nails because it was too late and they had to go home. I told them that Google said they closed at 7:30, and she said it didnt matter what Google said, she had to leave, and they didnt want to fix my nails. I came twice during the day, wasting my time to fix a bad job they did on me. I asked them why they didnt respect the hours they had posted. She responded, "Complain to the owner, dont say anything to me," and turned away in a very rude manner. I know Tracy only does pedicures, but there was another girl doing a clients nails, so I wasnt going to spend more than five minutes doing just one nail. Four months ago, I came to get my pedicure, done and ended up with an infection in one of my toes, which left me unable to walk for a month. I assumed it was just bad luck and didnt complain because thats not my nature. However, this time, their treatment made me feel extremely disrespected.

Pooja M I went for getting Gel-X extensions and Lan was great at her work. She was very kind and patiently listening to my requests. I really enjoyed my time and would definitely visit again.

Deneen Donahe This was my first visit at Queenies and definatrly not my last! Jacklyn really did an excellent job of keeping my natural nails looking natural with a touch of beautiful color. My nails turned out better than I could have imagined. Staff was very friendly, also enjoyed chatting with Michelle. Best 1st time experience at Queenies. Pedi is next on the.list!

Danielle Sinclair I was a last minute appointment today, and Lan was able to fix my nails that looked awful. She did a lovely job with the builder gel and kept my nails looking natural which is exactly what I wanted. I could also hear from the woman next to me that she was extremely happy with her nails, and she got an intricate design and some gems for Valentine’s Day. They were also beautiful.

Harika Madarapu If i could give less than a star i would do it! I had my nail extensions done here. I had a plan to go to alaska and asked them for northern lights theme on my nails, i even showed them a reference picture. The lady doing my nails doesn’t know how to do it. She called the owner and she came there showed her a nail which didn’t turn out to look like what i asked though. But, since they were in a hurry i was okay with that. Within two days the color on my nails started to peel off but since i was on a vacation i called her after i returned hime maybe after 8days. The lady was telling it’s quite normal for the nail color to peel off if you don’t maintain properly. I always keep my nails for atleast 2months and this never happend to me. I even had pain on two of my fingers . When i called she told she can’t refund my amount but she can fix it. But, when i walked in after 2days and asked her to remove my nails she was not willing to that. Worst customer service and the owner was too arrogant . And all the nails look like they are about to come off look ar the corners . And this is within a week This lady is clearly lying look at the screenshot attached which shows the payment made on 8/27 and she says 8/7. I never asked her to adjust the nails or redo the nails. Why would i ask them to redo when I didn’t like them at all in the first place. She was the one who told she would redo it for free on a chat and when i went in there she started arguement when i asked her to remove my nails.

Mai Yang Im not a person who gets my nails done often. I went in today for the first time to pamper myself for mothers day and I had a great experience. Walked in and the gentleman in the front was welcoming asked what Im there for. I wanted a simple manicure and just color, no extensions, fake nails or acrylic. I went for the eclipse package. And the nice petite lady Quyen, who worked with me was so sweet and friendly. She suggested gel to make it last longer, so that was added. I told her I wanted nude/pink color and she found one exactly like I imagined. She was so light with her hands and gentle on me. We had small chit chats and she made it fun for me. She gave me a quick arm massage which Im surprised she still got grip and I told her that she is strong and she immediately lift up her hand because she thought she was hurting me lol. No I was just commenting her because Im more of a deep tissue type of person. I thought that was really funny. She will randomly ask me if Im ok or if she hurt me in anyway through the whole process and I thought that was very caring and kind of her. Overall finished under an hour and cost me $40, without tips. My nails came out very pretty and Im happy with the results. It looks better in person than in the photo. I would definitely come back. And recommend to those who wants a simple manicure done.

Alejandra Gonzalez Best experience Ive had at a nail salon in a long time! Will definitely be going back. It may be pricy but definitely worth it. The atmosphere of the place feels so friendly and calm. The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and asks for your input and advice on your nail to make you love them, and everything is perfect to your liking. They even offer a $3 discount if you pay in cash.

Ale C The lady that did my nails (acrylic ones) destroyed my nails, she used a smaller tip on my nails and I didn’t know (of course) and that damaged them terribly creating dip as you can see in the photos. The service was rude, I was feeling like a 8 years old while she has holding my hands grabbing them without care, I got blood on my cuticles as well… overall horrible.
