Min s New to the area and found this hidden gem, Tommy was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient and kind when I approached him and asked for a service right at 6pm almost an hour before they close. I got my acrylic nails taken off and have a nice gel manicure with a slightly pink hue. Super cute and very work friendly for myself. I will be coming back ! The photo doesn’t do justice, but I’m very pleased with the service.

Puentes Maria “Luisa” I had dinner around the corner from here, saw they were open and walked in. I saw Tracy and got a gel mani and "regular" pedi. She was very easy to speak to, friendly and nice. $65 for both services is well worth the money. I will definitely be coming when Im back in town.

Tyara Walker Ive been here quite a few times, but the last 2 times have been horrible . Very nice staff but I feel my nails have come out looking "nubby" and not cute. Paid $35 and I do not like them. I told the lady and she said "next time we do better shape. Your nails short" I just asked for them to start being shaped squared and theyre each different.. I got the dip powder service and the lady i had made my nails super thick and they look so rounded and bulging, which is why I say "nubby" looking. The dip powder isnt even fully covering the nail either... When i used to get acrylic here, theyre good. But not for natural nails. I also posted a picture of my nails and how they look (day 3 of having them).

I smeared one of my toe nails, went back to have it corrected, and they were more than happy to fix it even though it wasnt their error.

Tiffany Gardner Do not go here!!! Terrible service!! So rude and they cannot do any designs! My nails are sharp and uneven also charged me for pink and white and painted on the white tip! Left lines and bubbles through out my nails! They cut my daughters toe and couldn’t get it to stop bleeding!! Still charged her full price to, and couldn’t even do the design she asked for because her toe was bleeding so much!

Ann M This was the second time I used this nail salon and Ill keep coming back. I highly recommend Mr Nyguen (I hope I spelled it correctly) for a pedicure with the massage and either of the Phan sisters for mani pedi as well. Honestly theyre all great here.

Ashley Saelee Used form tape to rebuild my broken stiletto tips but did a poor job by not placing them on right; my nails didnt have the hollow underneath, it was one whole blob of acrylic basically. Said she knew how to do the french fade/ombre i wanted but actually didnt. Ended up with them looking like dry paint streaks.

azo !! I’ve been coming here since June 2022, and I am amazed! Ms. Lana does such a good job and she is super accommodating of my requests for my nails. She’s super gentle, doesn’t cut my skin, and as you can see, she does a fantastic job! They have a pretty vast color selection and while I mainly come here for my dip gel sets, the pedicures they do are great too! I highly recommend this salon :))

Janet S. Went for a fill and pedicure. First, I showed the them what color I wanted from a specific pallet they gave me that was supposed to have matching gel and regular polish for my toes. (I don’t like gel on my toes) The girl grabbed the colors but they were not the same. Didn’t notice that until I got home. Then, the fill. I’ve had acrylics for a long time and never have they started to peal off or chip in less than a week. They weren’t even filed down correctly. They are so lumpy and uneven. They also only take cash which should be said to first time customers before the service.

Amy Carpenter Ive been coming here for about a year and they are fantastic every time. Ive gone to other places and had to come see Lana when my nails cracked. Lana uses good quality materials so my nails look perfect until they grow out. Both Ana and Lana have done my mani/pedi with some beautiful nail art. This is the place to go for nail art. Other places cant compare.

He made sure I was doing ok. I love the dip powder. I usually can wait 6 weeks, but this time it was 4 because one of my previously manicured nail colors was lifting away (caused by me, I know & nail getting long.) happy with my soft green color.

Tiffany Sloper Today was my first time here and I really really enjoyed it. My sister and I both came for manicures. They did a great job and were very kind. I did a gel manicure for $40 and my sister did a regular manicure for $25. I liked this place and will definitely be back!

Krystal McMinn My 2nd time coming to this salon. Both visits have been amazing. The staff are very attentive and courteous. They clearly want their customers to feel pampered! Courtesy drinks are provided while having a spa pedicure, with a lot of packages available to choose from. They pay close attention to the customers preferences (I prefer non-gel polish). All of the products seem high quality and smell gorgeous. They take their time and check in with the customer throughout the experience. Beautiful artwork on the big toe at the end. Very talented staff! The shop itself is a small space, but the high ceilings give a more open feeling. With large, mounted hanging lights and TVs on the wall, they create a beautiful setting. I love what they play on the TV. Both times, it has been a lady who seems to be in another country as she goes about her day. Shes harvesting exotic looking plants from what seems like forest, then journeys to a town to sell her wares. At the end of each segment, it shows her preparing a dish to enjoy. Everything about the whole experience at this establishment encourages me to come back, and I highly recommend it!

sonya weaver Never will try a new person for my nails , the design was alright I asked for coffin shape and I got square. I can tell the lady didn’t want to do my nails she kept stopping while “ Trying “ to shape my nail into coffin shape. On top of that I always get my nails done by Hannah usually medium long with rhinestones typically around $80-100 . For my nails being short no rhinestones and not coffin shape and still charged me $100 is RIDICULOUS! I believe they need to humble themselves and the work they do and charge appropriately not a ridiculous amount . If I wasn’t sleep deprived I would of sat there some extra hours for them to fix them but unfortunately I did not & now I need to set an appointment with a different salon to fix what should of never needed fixing in the first place

Mer Combs I love coming to Nancys Nails! My daughter and I come every two weeks and am always looking forward to it. We get matching stiletto nails, and Nancy does amazing work. Our nails come out flawless, beautiful, and exactly as we ask for, including nail art and colors. Nancy is so pleasant to talk to and always makes me smile and laugh. A great nail shop, full of character. Love it here so much and highly recommend it. 10 STARS!!

They provided great customer service. Kate was very helpful and I was able to relax and enjoy my pedicure experience.

Ebony I have not been able to afford a pedicure in over a year. But today I was able to treat myself. And I had THE BEST pedicure from a sweet lady named Ms Ha. She was very detailed and THE MASSAGE was AMAZING!! The whole shop has such a relaxing vibe. Its really what my spirit needed today. Thank you so much!! I will definitely be back!!

RainaRavenwood I went here less than a week ago. The nails were almost exactly what I wanted. I was happy with them, glossy uv reactive green and a matte French tip. However, I was quoted a starting price for a full set at 45. He didnt tell me my nails would cost 75 until they were glued on. I conceded because we were halfway done. I posted the last picture of the day they were done. Now, almost a week later and I have to call them about their guarantee of which they claim to only cover breakage within the first day or two. Im a student and I dont work, Im writing in notebooks and typing and reading all day. Yet, a week in and my top coat is peeling on all my nails and the nail on my ring finger is lifting. Ive had acrylic nails before and they usually last me 3-4wks. I find 75 dollars for nails to last someone who doesnt work with her hands much only a week to be unacceptable. And they are unwilling to rectify it. I want them removed but I refuse to pay them more money to do it. Another salon I go.

Mari I had my eyebrows waxed here. i requested for thinner eyebrows. The lady over waxed my brows!!! They are extremely thin. And even worse, she waxed off about 1/4th of the outer side of my right brow!!!! She stated that I had a scar there, which I do not!!! I am so embarrassed of how my brows look and will never go back there for waxing.

Jocelyn Smith Do not get your nails done here. I thought the young lady phoebe was very nice and polite however the older guy with the glasses that did my pedicure was not. He refused to listen to what I wanted he forgot to put on the top coat. I was trying to relax and enjoy the massage chair so I didn’t notice it until I got home. I called to let them them know I was unhappy with the service and noticed a lot of flaws the young lady assured me that I could come in and have it fixed but when I got there the guy that did them started getting upset talking to her in their language and told her to charge me an additional $15 to have polish removed and done right after I paid $55 plus tip. She could tell the overall pedicure wasn’t done right polish missing in the corners. Also refused to let me choose a different color for my troubles of having to come back. We gotta be more mindful of who we choose to do our business with I’ve been going to salons for years I’ve never been treated so unfair. They had no consideration of my time or business I done with them.

Pretty Reauxs Lovely shop. Unsure of all these negative reviews. I’ve been coming here faithfully for a good 9 months. I must say, they do not understand English very well so u do have to be patient. I’ve never had a bad experience tho. My nails always last at least 3.5 weeks before it’s time for a fill. My acrylic toes last more than a month. I’ve never laid more than $150 for both my nails and ALL acrylic on 10 toes. That’s honestly a great price considering I usually get French tip which takes time when it’s hand painted. Side note. I can only speak from my own experience and the nail techs that work on me. ( the two younger ones )

robert berry I went to Phoebe’s Nail Bar today with my aunt to get my nails done, and I’ve got to say, the experience was great. They check in along the way about the length, the shape and even the colour to make sure you’re happy with the outcome. Staff are all friendly. Highly recommend this salon

Jessica Rose Romero I moved from Vallejo and have been going to that same nail salon for 15 years. Moved out here recently and learned that the drive is so far now with our busy daily schedule. After three to four different tries and other local nail salons, I finally found the one. Phoebe does such an excellent job. I usually have longer natural nails and end up getting a coffin shape with dipping powder in nude and she never misses! This is my first time cutting my nails all the way down and she still did a good job that I might be sold on keeping them short now. Her salon is clean and comfortable. They take their time and do not rush you in and out of their chairs. So happy I came across her salon.

Dalia Rodriguez Hello, hope you guys day is going good. I came here for the first time ever. I asked for Gel and a manicure. The lady who took care of me was pinching my cuticles a little too far and it hurt me quite a bit. There was a lady watching over her and well which I found weird. I asked for a nail color and she said that that’s not gonna work out. I chose a similar one and she ended paining my nails bright pink. I mentioned that this is not the color I asked for and she happily helped me and redid my nails with the original color I asked for. But instead of that color she gave me a different color. I told her, this is what I am talking about the color is not even correct and it doesn’t match the sample. She told me that they didn’t have that color. And they told me if I wanted a different color to top it off. I said “okay” I still ended with a color I didn’t want. At this point they gave me 3 different colors. They also pained on my cuticles and parts of my fingers. And after they corrected the color they told me I needed to pay more for the color replacement. And I said that I wouldn’t pay for that because they were the ones who messed up. The nails ended up patchy because they pained a different color on top of the “original color”. The nails were bumpy, my cuticles were painted and my skin was pained. They wanted to charge me extra. I will never come back. I hope the best for them but this experience was indeed stressful and weird. Lady was also filing her nails with the same file that she was using on me. She also didn’t take all of the last color off so I have small weird patches on my nails. (Week later) I saw the message the owner wrote on this review and called back asking if he was available so we could talk about this review. The lady on the other side of the phone said “he is not available, I’m busy right now, bye bye” and then hung up the phone. Haha this is absolutely ridiculous. I really can’t believe this interactions, both times I contacted this location and both times have been Terrible. I will be reporting this location. I’m sorry for the owner having terrible employees.

Jacqueline Rozowski If I could give this place zero stars I would. On two separate occasions this place has severely disappointed me. The first was a random Tuesday that I went at 4:00pm when I got off work and they werent even open although Google says that they are open until 5:00 p.m. The second was today I walked in around 3:30pm on a Wednesday as their door says that they accept walk-ins I was greeted by all three women and even though there were only two clients there, the woman told me that they were busy and had no time to take off my fake nails that are now hurting me because they are two months over grow. Not only did they not offer me a different appointment or tell me when they would be available they just continued talking to their one client that was inside. Rude and inconsiderate customer service skills, I heard this place was good but Ive never seen it or experienced it.

Skiphula Lee I go there all the time. Ive been going there since I was about 13. They are absolutely amazing. Kim does the best pedicures and shes so sweet. Shell also hook your eyebrows up too. And Phillip, well hes just the best nail design artist I know. Whatever you want he can do it or if you want him to come up with something off the top of his head he can do that too. Absolutely amazing! I love them both!

Sarah Halterman Phil & Kim are great - customer service is great! They make you laugh and make the experience "fun". However, at nail salons Im not paying for the customer service (thats what tips are for in my opinion). I paid $70 for a manicure and pedicure, so I would expect for them to last longer than one week. Three of the nails on my hands that Phil added gel to have already chipped and the polish is coming off. Im not hard on my nails; I dont have a job where I use my hands a lot; I wear gloves to wash dishes. It makes no sense - this doesnt happen at other salons. Two stars for customer service and cleanliness, though. Hopefully they invest in some higher quality materials.

Lovely Libra I was a faithful client of this salon for over 10 years until all of a sudden, Nina started being hella rude. I didnt understand what her problem was. I knew i hadnt done anything wrong. I always tipped her and the other manicure and pedicure workers. I even gave her brand new nail polishes. Well I found out that she had a problem with me because she said I take 2 hours to find my color. (Which is a big lie.) And not only did she lie on me, she told another client this about ME!) So I will never step foot back in her salon because shes rude, messy and unprofessional! And honestly, she doesnt do a good job on nails anymore. Shes always rushing because her shop is always packed and shes to cheap and greedy to hire more help. So Nina, learn how to be professional and maybe I will respect you but until i get an apology from, you can kiss my butt! Good bye and GOOD RIDDANCE! Miss Rude A** Nina!!!

shazia ahmed I went to this business to get a haircut and they were horrible. They did not wash my hair, and blow dry my hair. I asked her if she can give the full service but she said THATS AN EXTRA CHARGE. I PAYED $50 FOR A HAIRCUT AND MAKING LAYERS. THATS INSANE! I GAVE THEM MONEY TO MESS UP MY HAIR. LADIES DONT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR HAIRCUT. Cici can’t cut anyones hair. I don’t know who gave her a license to cut hair.

Jennifer Johnson I am not someone who complains… I literally had to make this account to submit this review because this is the first time I have ever left one. This used to be my go to nail place. The last two times I have been here, they have messed up and this last experience I know for sure I will never go back. I got my nails done for my wedding.while I was getting my nails done (gel) the lady asked me not to dry the hand and keep it out of the dryer. I did exactly what she said and when she can back to me she started insisting I already dried them after she told Me not to. I had to repeat to her multiple Times that I did not dry them. But she wasn’t convinced and continued to put another layer of gel on that hand without it going in the dryer prior. After I got home, the next day I noticed that same hand wasn’t as glossy and had a black underlaying that was coming through while My other hand looks great, and shiny. I was getting married and had a busy week so I wasn’t able to make it back in until 4 days after and was told I should have came back the next day and would not be getting a refund. I already had to get married with these nails. And to lose a customer over one set of nails Is ridiculous .the lady was rude and unsympathetic. I will NEVER go back to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Lizola Breazell My experience at the nail salons has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a 5 o’clock appointment and unfortunately was met with a 45 minute wait even though I had it booked. I finally sat down around 545 and she was trying to rush me and my decision. I originally wanted a French tip overlay however, she argued for just gel when I told her the color was too light for my nails, she started getting irritated with me so I switched to a solid color, she rushed me throughout the whole entire process. She did not cut my nails correctly or even give me the full hour the service mentioned. When it came time to pay she told me it was $65 and tried to force me in to tipping her. Even though i left the chair unhappy. The toes were not worth 65 not what I wanted. I recommend finding a different nail shop as these people are money hungry and rude. She did not clean up around the cuticles and painted over a mark. They also seem unsanitary.

I am very unsatisfied in regards to my nails, she charged me $55 saying my nails were long and they are not they are medium length. I also feel that they are not oval like I asked and just really bulky looking. I did not want to cause a scene as I wasn’t feeling the best and just wanted to leave but upon further inspection of them they look hideous. I tried to call the shop but they were closed and the voicemail was full. My eyebrows were also not to my liking but she just couldn’t get them right. I ended up spending $95 when I left.

shukimba carlis They got upset with me when I asked them not to use the machine on my nails. My nails are extremely thin and they last and look better when they are filed by hand. The nail tech told me that she was not going to finish my nails(manicure, no tips) because they preferred to use the drill. By the way, it was the owner that treated me in that way. I had to immediately go to another nail salon to have my nails finished. Do not support that nails salon. They are very rude and their work is lackluster.
