Adriana Diaz Love the new salon, i have gotten services done by all the ladies here, got my eyebrows threaded by Manisha and she did an incredible job, I have also gotten a hair cut by Mayra and she did just as I asked. Adriana did my balayage and always explains throughly what to do to maintain healthy hair! Looking forward to getting more services done here, all the ladies are super nice!

Lili Garcia I would prefer not to return to this place, I went to get a perm and my hair went straight and the manager was there and she didnt say anything, they charged me 110 dollars and my hair burned, it didnt make any curls in my hair, this is the second time

Reanne Sanchez First of all DO NOT CLICK ON THEIR WEBSITE!! I went on to check it out and I got a virus. It cost me money and 3 hours with a computer tech to fix it! The salon could use a face lift. As far as the haircut I was very iffy about it. At first I didnt like it at all then I thought I kind of liked it. But Ive come to the conclusion I dont really like it. Its way too short and it doesnt look like the picture i gave her at all. Luckily my hair grows fast. The plus side is that the ladies were nice and the hair cut was very inexpensive. But you know what they say.. "You get what you pay for"

karla valencia The person that cut my hair was very nice and even advice how to cut my hair even though I had gone in with a different haircut in mind. I was ok with it. The reason I am giving it a 1 star is bc I pointed out that she cut my bangs wrong and even cut too much hair. More hair than I wanted. My hair was half way to my knees and she cut it about my belly button when I had said above my butt and I noticed how uneven my hair is. This was a horrible experience. I am Pretty unhappy with my hair.

P M I came with my hair below shoulder showed picture to stylist and first cut was not even close to what I ask for . Show her pictures again and she was supposed to fix . My hair is really short not even close to style I asked. I am really disappointed .

8Clap Kyle George cut my hair and it looks great! He was quick and thorough and lined me up really well. He’s also funny, which made the time extra enjoyable. I will be back!!

Brondo Eetz Some random guy cut my hair, he didn’t even work there, he must’ve been renting a booth, he started cutting completely dry and I knew I had made a mistake immediately. When it came time to pay he asked me to pay with Zelle. My head is totally butchered and I’ll have to wear a hat for a month before I can recover and go to a decent barber.

Julia Sandoval I stopped in to try new beauty salon. I asked about pricing no response. They had no woman only 3 men. The 2 woman cutting hair did not try to help the have no customer service skills at all. No air conditioning the store is in back of strip mall. My impression of this store was horrible Im not trying out this place. If you cant say hello to customers coming into your business for first time. Impressions Run away save your money go elsewhere. I would give this location -99. Bad service lack of knowledge regarding customer service.

Dinora Arias Went for a haircut and the person was very polite and welcoming thats why Im giving it 2 stars. However her work was not the best to my standards Im only rating based on my personal experience. The haircut was done on dry hair, I personally like my hair being wet for a haircut but I let her continue bc Id figure she was the professional and knew what she was doing, at the end I came home took a shower and sure enough my hair was longer from one side and shorter from the other. Also it was not texturized or style in any way, I dont mind paying a little extra but it was never even offered to me to have it styled. Most of the time when I get a haircut at my regular spot they texturize and style it to see if the haircut came out how its supposed to be. Over all I was pleased with the way they assist you, just not pleased with the end result of their work on my hair. P.s. I didnt go back to get it "fixed" bc I am afraid that they will leave my hair even shorter and still uneven, at this point I rather make the 30 min drive to my regular place.

Makayla Nelson I live out of state but I will absolutely continue to come here when Im in the area! Yazil was able to get me in super last minute AND before closing to fix my damaged, uneven hair after I thought it was a good idea to try and cut it myself (just dont). She washed, evened out, and was even able to give me some bangs and layers. So pleased with how everything turned out. The salon is super cute, comfortable atmosphere and the price was so affordable! Highly recommend this place, I cant wait to be back!

Sarah Murphy Ive been going to Yazil for over 12 years. She owns the salon and is amazing. Through the years Ive gotten to know many of the other stylists who work at the salon and everyone always produces such great hair! I love seeing the finished product on the other clients while my color is processing. Im loyal to Yazil but everyone at this salon is amazing. Of course Im biased so ask for Yazil but if shes not available youre in great hands with literally anyone else who works there. Hope yall have a great hair day like I do every time!

Serendipity1105 Website says open, I called and spoke with a women who confirmed the Ontario location was open tland accepting walk ins. After arriving we walked upstairs to find that both suits are NOat open and are now not getting an answer when calling.

alyssa caballero I just moved to the area and randomly walked into the first salon that I had seen in the area. I’m really glad that I did because even though we had a language barrier, it was definitely the biggest trust exercise that you can have with any person you just met. And let me tell you, She did an amazing job on my hair!! Yailin, thank you! You definitely have skills to pay the bills! I do not speak Spanish, whereas she did. But yet we were still able to communicate, She was Very patient! I will definitely be back.

Marcelo is extremely detail oriented and makes sure he’s cutting your hair exactly how you want while also giving you recommendations and tips for your hairstyle and hair type. D Cortez Eva was pleasant and with good customer service. She made sure to double check with me on the correct length I wanted to cut my hair. I called today and was able to get a haircut the same day. So appointments are needed so I would call this place and not just show up and expect to be serviced right away.

She said she liked my hair, good for her. Aymara S-G I really liked this salon, it is clean, the service is good when scheduling and the front desk is polite. I cant say much about other stylist, but I can say that Adriana is really good at listening to what you want and making suggestions on order to make sure she gives you the cut and color you asked for or envisioned. She is very gentle and gives the best shampoo wash, relaxing and doesnt rush or pull your hair. I came in with a not so well done cut and a color I didnt like and she understood my concerns and fixed it. I recommend Adriana, she is extremely knowledgeable and also the owner of the salon. I also want to mention that the price is reasonable for the quality she gives you.

Stacy Davison I was in the area for a family trip and had some time for a much needed, long overdue haircut. I contacted the salon in the evening and thought there might be a long shot of being able to get in the following day for a haircut. Lucky for me they did. Sabrina was my stylist and she did an amazing job. I showed her what I was looking for and she delivered exactly what I wanted. I will definitely come back to see her when I’m in the area again and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Sabrina, I am loving my new locks!

Rea Mikaela I went here a couple of weeks ago to get my hair bleached and toned. It was nerve-wracking as a first time client, but Monique was very welcoming and informative. I had a lot of questions and concerns about my hair, and she was very helpful and patient when answering. My hair had been damaged from previous salon visits; she took this into consideration when doing my hair to ensure no further damage happened. She was able to get my hair similar to what I had requested without over processing my hair. She kept making sure I was comfortable and constantly offered water, coffee, etc.. I would highly recommend Monique if you decide to come to this salon!!

One side is way shorter than the other side. :( They are nice though. Go at your own risk. The older lady cut my hair and my daughter’s hair.

Ivan Salgado I went in for a haircut and she said she could do it. I showed up and once there she sat me down for a cup of tea and then she said she would call her friend to cut my hair since she didnt know how to cut male hair. An hour later her friend showed up and turns out shes learning how to cut hair herself. Long story short the haircut was bad I had to get it fixed with someone else. And then had the decency to say I owed her friend money. I never went back.

Veronica Dominguez I spoke to this place to ask for a quote for a perm for my teenage son, I took it for $60.00, after a week his hair was no longer wavy, I went to talk to the person who did it and he said there was nothing he could do, he had I have to pay to do it again, she said it could last from 1 to 4 months depending on how much your hair grows, but a week is ridiculous for what she charges, I dont recommend this place.

Alex Love this place!! Came in to get my hair fixed up after some terrible last minute decisions and I got situated with Sheryl! Incredibly nice, she sat me down, asked me what I was looking for and was completely honest with me with the options I had left to get my hair fixed. I was also showing her the haircut I was for and was completely honest with me, told me that I probably wouldn’t be able to get it exactly like that but would do her best. Love the honesty. She wasn’t like other stylists who just sit in the chair and start chopping away after you tell them what you want. She was very professional and was amazing to talk as well! 10/10 service, definitely coming back!
