Arpita Das I got a haircut from Sosan. She was very sweet and took good care of my hair. I have a curly hair and she did an awesome job with the haircut.

N K Dont bother. Sosan gave me a terrible haircut 6 months ago. She shredded the tips of my hair in the name of thinning them and my hair are still recovering from the damage. They look like an odd, unevenly chopped and shredded version of my former fuller hair. The length of my hair is ruined till I grow out new hair which can take upto a year, if not longer. Normally I dont give bad reviews to small businesses but this one deserved to be written. Dont waste your money.

Karma Bliss I am always nervous when I go somewhere new. After reading the reviews about how she is experienced in cutting long hair, I decided to go. I wasnt let down. She did an amazing job. I love the way she cut my hair. Its true that she listens to what you are saying. She is very confident in her work. If you have long hair, I recommend going here.

Tim Felix Love this place! I go all the time for a clean cut and dye. Unfortunately, they’re a little short staffed at the moment (March 2022) but honestly it’s well worth the wait.

Xel-Ha Alvarado This is the second time coming in and I love my hair! I got layers and curtain bangs this time and Vanessa knew exactly what to. She’s super knowledgeable and knows exactly what she’s doing. She has really great availability and is so sweet a friendly. The salon is super clean and decorated so beautifully. And I love that they always offer refreshments and even mimosas (I always get the guava mimosa).

Jenae Seropian Amazing work by Monica. I have thick curly hair and she is able to add great dimension and color. It is also a great atmosphere. Champagne is also served to add some relaxation. I will continue to travel an hour just to see Monica at Crush.

Vera Ive been going to Monica J. for 4 years and it has been the BEST experience ever!! Amazing is not enough to describe Monica J., she is a magician. My hair has never looked better. The color blending is astounding. I came in with over processed, brassy hair. Monica corrected my color and helped guide me through the process to get my hair back to healthy. She introduced me to extensions and I cant imagine life without them. I am always getting compliments on my hair! Monica J is always so sweet and a great vibe, provides excellent service. Shirley Paulson Rosa is a highly skilled stylist. She is creative, pays close attention to detail, and really listens to what you want. She is such a pleasure to work with! I have been getting my hair done by Rosa for a while now, and always leave very pleased with my haircut. Rosa is extremely reliable and is always on time for her appointments. I appreciate that Rosa makes suggestions for tweaks to my haircut, so I don’t have the “same old” cut. Frankly, I leave the salon looking amazing! Her prices are reasonable, so it’s a really good value for my money!

JT Mo Had my haircut by a stylist here about a month ago and Im sorely disappointed with the outcome. I thought the haircut would "settle" after a few weeks, but Im still seeing just how rushed and shoddy the execution was. The stylist didnt wash my hair before or after, and thinned my hair excessively and unevenly. She did not take the time to layer the cut properly. I asked for a long layered cut, which Ive had for years and received at other salons and see the care and time thats put into it and how its sectioned. Its a cut that comes out as quick and easy for me to maintain. Now I have to add clips, pins, or product to hold all the uneven bits in place. Given the cost of the haircut, (over $70$) I would say it was not worth the money. The stylist was trying to get my appointment over with so she could start her next client.

Elise Leon I had a horrible experience with Rudy. I was recommended by a fellow coworker to try him to get highlights. When I went in, I explained what I wanted. Very simple, just natural highlights, not too thick, and with no orange hint to them. He left me with bright orange hair. I had to go to the store to pick up a hair dye kit to fix the disaster of a hair he left me with. I should have noticed the first sign that it was going to be bad when he refused to show me MY hair before he was finished. The worst hair experience of my life. He damaged and ruined my hair.

Sarah Llanes Sandee does mine and my moms hair and she did a great job! I recently started seeing her and my mom has been seeing her for the last year I believe. I love the cut she gave me, it wasn’t too drastic and it’s perfect to give it structure for easy styling. My mom always looks fabulous with the colors Sandee does for her, I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family ❤️

Aditi Kagalkar Can’t remember who my stylist was exactly, but they did a great job. I came in with a few pictures not sure what I needed, and they helped explain what I could do to achieve my look. I ended up doing a balayage and the price was very reasonable compared to most places. I’ve since been complimented by other salons for how well it was blended into my natural hair color at my roots. Would love to come back again.

It was easy to make an appt with Mary through Yelp and text. When I first got here, I was greeted with a warm smile.Friendly staff. Nice salon decor. Very welcoming. I was able to request a suggestion on how to correct my hair color without a complaint or put down. I welcomed her suggestions, and the color correction the first time and haircut turned out great! My hair was in pretty bad shape when I first met her. The retouch and haircut for the second time I came was great as well. I loved how my hair turned out especially, the color. For great work, expect you will be here a maybe three hours and empty pockets but its worth it. Haha Patience for great result. Beauty will cost you but youre worth it, right?! Definitely recommend Mary. I will be back again!!

I’m very picky when it comes to hair and was nervous to get another balayage after the last salon messed up my hair and bleached it entirely. Mary was so understanding and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered just that. She has a lot of experience doing balayages, so I trusted her with my hair completely and I was not disappointed with the end result.

Jennifer Alves My son has a lot of hair!! When we needed him to handsome and "Picture Ready" for prom we went and saw Charlie. He did an excellent job, cutting, styling, and giving helpful hints on how to keep him looking good in the days to come. We will be back.

She cuts and colors my hair exactly to my preferences. While she sticks to my usual cut and style, she also suggests new things to try with my hair. Anhthy is unmatched when it comes to hair color. I love my hair and it is all thanks to her. I cannot recommend this salon enough.

ken whitley First time coming to Rehab Parlour and not the last! I didn’t have an appointment booked and the salon was fairly busy as expected, but Sarah immediately approached me and welcomed me in. Her station was thoroughly sanitized, organized and professional! I wasn’t quite sure what to do with my hair and wanted something different. She happily squeezed me in for a men’s haircut, talked with me through different style options and gave me recommendations. Sarah made me feel very comfortable which made this an enjoyable experience. I’d definitely recommend coming in and checking it out. Most friendly and professional establishment I’ve had experience at.

She gave me one of the most amazing wash and dry experiences of my life! Very thorough with the wash and a refreshing steam treatment too. When she braided my hair, I barely felt it. Frank Sanchez First time there, and first time having my hair cut by Michael as well. He did a great job, with good attention to details as well. Place is nice and clean too. Price was $20 for my simple haircut, but maybe more expensive depending on the service you ask for though. I advise you to book your slot online, as its easy and worked flawlessly. Had an appointment for 4pm. I arrived at 3:55pm and was called around 4:10pm. So, not too bad. Will definitely come back there again.

Vicky Joy An abomination of a hair dresser!!! The absolute worst experience at a hair salon!!! This person, Danny, was super late, has no idea how to even comb long hair. He yanked the ends of my hair so bad, my scap hurt,... and the end result looked like my hair looks after waking up. I feel cheated from my money and time. First pic is the mockery this person did w my hair, including the unevenends.... the sec9nd one is an actual PROFESSIONAL curly blow dry for 40 bucks in Prundale few months ago.... Suggestion: if you dont know how to do certain hair styles, just dont and be honest about it instead of cheating ppl out of money doing this! Or learn your craft. Even a 5th grader know how to untagle long hair without pulling half out!!!! Super outraged. Do not recommend it for woman at all!!

Dhan Bautista Justin was great. I was looking for a regular barber to go to after having just moved to Fremont. I told him I was looking to grow the top out and wanted a low taper fade on the sides. He looked at the picture I brought for what I wanted my hair to look like in the future and he showed me how to style it towards what I wanted and what to do with it during the awkward hair length phase where it’s too long for what I used to get and too short currently for what I want in the future. Will be coming back again as a regular.

Joyce Lam This salon is so nice and clean and big! Everyone was very nice. We got pedicures and we enjoyed it. The girls also got hair cuts and they are happy with it. The haircuts were quick and reasonably priced.

Kamesh Mamidipudi This is just another salon that you cannot trust. After getting a service from the same stylist many times before, I went in today but she was not there and I was attended to by someone else. Now they say the price is $10 higher and that my stylist was not charging correctly! When I said “This is not right and I will not come back”, the woman simply said “ok, thank you”! A customer walking away dissatisfied means nothing to them. I am sick of these unreliable shops! Just when I thought I finally had a good thing going. Save yourself such headaches and take your business elsewhere.

Geia Branzuela I recently visited Excellent Salon in Newark, California, for a hair color correction, and unfortunately, my experience was far from excellent. My appointment was scheduled for 9 AM, and while I was attended to promptly as the first customer of the day, things quickly took a turn for the worse. Initially, there were two ladies helping me, but after an hour, one of them left to assist a new customer who had just walked in. Over the next hour, the remaining stylist began multitasking, answering phone calls, and not focusing on my hair. This lack of attention continued throughout the entire process. With my hair already in the process of being dyed, she informed me that the color was not lifting yet and that I would have to wait. She then proceeded to assist another new customer, leaving me unattended for about 30 minutes. This pattern of neglect continued, with her running back and forth between me and other customers. Despite originally quoting me an 8-hour appointment, the entire process ended up taking almost 14 hours because of her constant distractions and failure to focus on my hair. By the end of the day, I was exhausted and frustrated, being the first customer in and the last one out. To make matters worse, my hair was extremely dried out and damaged the next morning, and the color did not turn out as expected or as she had promised. The stylist texted me the next morning to apologize for rushing me out and admitted that she was not happy with the outcome of my hair. She offered to make it better with a new appointment, but the damage is already done, and I am not willing to spend another whole day there. To top it all off, the service cost me almost $700, which makes this experience even more unacceptable. Overall, my experience at Excellent Salon was disappointing. The lack of focus and care from the stylist resulted in a prolonged and damaging experience, and I am left with hair that is far from what I was promised.

C Lee Kim and the staff are amazing here! I now only come to Kim for my hair needs. She makes me feel like a whole new person after each session. Kim is super talented and has a keen eye for what works for your look. I can completely let her take control and get the look I adore. You definitely want to book in advance because they book up fast. I’m so glad they are open with limited capacity and taking great measure such as taking temperature checks before entering, make you sign a waiver, only 2-3 customers at a time, everyone wearing masks, sanitizing the seats and equipments after each customer, plastic dividers, socially distanced, etc.

I said I had already spoke to her about what I needed for my daughter all she had to do was look at her hair she said $80. He said that he didnt know that she wanted a wash, blow dry, a flat iron , I told him but she knew . The man argue with me about numerous of things I told them that I was going to wait till my daughter get situated and then go out shopping I pulled out my phone to take a photo before I left out the door that was an issue he proceeded to point to a sign saying that they were recording and told me that the sign said no recording then told me that they couldnt service me. Are you kidding me I had this appointment since last week since I walked in the door it was nothing but issues after issues. It was very disrespectful They need to work on their customer service skills and communication skills as a team.

Vikram Parmar Stacy and Jackie do a fantastic job with hair cuts. Im a regular here and I have tried a few other places before but nothing beats their haircuts especially the fades. Jackie and Stacy take time to give the best possible haircut. Appointments highly recommended otherwise you may end up waiting for hours. Slightly pricier than other barber shops close by but totally worth it.

P D I took an appointment with Sunita for a facial after reading good reviews about her salon services. Sunita is very pleasant and makes clients feel relaxed. She has explained the process in detail, suggested one for my skin and did a fantastic job with facial massage that i slept the entire time . Now thats a great massage if it makes you sleep. I am yet to see the results as it takes 2-3 days post massage. Her hands work like a magic on your face. She doesn’t hurry through the process which is exactly the service clients expect. I am glad i found Sunita’s salon and i know i am going to be a regular client already.
