K S This was my first visit to this nail salon, and I had an absolutely amazing experience—definitely a 10 out of 10! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Mandy, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my service. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful when it came to selecting the perfect color for my nails. She worked quickly without sacrificing quality. I left with beautiful nails and a big smile!

Vanessa Michau Tee was recommended to me through a friend. I drove 45 minute to get here and it was worth the drive. I’ve been looking for a ride or die nail tech and I’ve found my guy! Tee is conversational, but super meticulous. He was so attentive and sweet. I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

Alice Bui Ive been getting my nails done for a while, and I used to always just pay for the gel manicure and it wasn’t until I’ve visited this location where I was introduced to gel builder! Gel builder has been a game changer! It’s a lot more thicker but still natural looking, and I haven’t chipped or broke a nail since! I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’ve loved my experience every time! Tiffany does an amazing job with my nails, and she’s so nice and patient with me. Tiffany understands my style and she always recommends the best color combinations. Im obsessed with the recent session. 884 Floral Fields with chrome! Ask for Tiffany when you book your appointment! Iris Huang I came here for a gel pedicure to treat myself and Queen did a fantastic job at giving me a chrome pedicure with massage. And she is so professional, friendly and efficient.

Robyn Javidan This is my favorite nail salon hands down. I have been going for years and still havent found a place that is better. I have gotten gel manis and pedis, and more recently dipped powder Mani and I couldnt be happier. Cathy has amazing attention to detail which I appreciate so much! The color selection is super too!

Helen did an amazing job with my nails, achieving this soft pink ombré look with a subtle glitter finish that I absolutely adore. The shape is perfect—natural but elegant—and she paid great attention to detail. The salon was clean, relaxing, and professional. I’m definitely coming back for my next set. Lisa Scaduto I’ve been coming to this salon for over 10 years. Cathy runs a very beautiful salon. I appreciate that she takes appointments as a priority but also open to walk ins if they have time. Her staff is always friendly and works extremely hard. This salon has racks and racks of the best nail polishes and colors. Cathy is always up for trying new designs.

Nicole Sharratt I have been going to Beauty Fusion for many years. It’s a treat for myself at least every 3 to 4 months. I book for an early Saturday morning and it’s the best part of a weekend of rest. All of the nail techs are amazing. My go to is Hien on the weekends. My nails are always perfect and my legs and feet feel like they are 10 years younger. Everything is so clean, calm and professional. Everyone knows your name and you feel like you are being welcomed back to friends. Cathy knows exactly who everyone is when you walk in the door. Sara Tish Mikoczi I am from out of town and just needed a place to relax after a week of work. It was also late and I was looking for a place that was open late. So I called and they said come on by. At first I was suspect as I was the only one at 6:45 walking in but they were all super nice. Gel Selection: They had an amazing gel selection that I could just walk around and choose colors from. It was 4 columns of turn styles to choose. Great choices. Once they put it on one toe they even asked twice to make sure I didn’t want to change. Super sweet! Atmosphere: It is a bit dark and older building but they make up for it in cleanliness, customer service and amenities. Besides the color selection, the chairs run fantastically and the buttons all work, are clean and give great massages with the ability to recline and adjust. The staff makes sure you are well accommodated and asks to see if you are happy each step of the way. They also take cash or credit and have an atm (note it was broken when I was there). Pedicure: At first I didn’t think it was worth the $60 + $15 for Gel I paid. The gel was put on after just scrubbing and the typical pedicure. But that was were all the magic began. They gave me a salt scrub. warm towel massage, hot oil massage, and last actual a medium grade Thai massage with closed fist (which I was not expecting and tried not to laugh) at the end. Next it was actually followed by a neck and shoulder massage of 15-20 minutes with oil followed by warm towel, this was really unexpected! All I can say is wow! And honestly the pedicure itself looks amazing too. Amazing work all around.

Veronica Esquivias My mother and I went to get our eyebrows waxed here, and it was a painful experience. When we returned the next day, the staff kept telling us that we have sensitive skin and that our eyes looked fine. They almost convinced us that its normal. I dont usually rate my visits but I dont recommend going to this place for eyebrow waxing. I have posted pictures of our after look, you can judge whether or not its normal.

Valerie Tribujenia Got a groupOn for this place, the lady is nice, she took her time explaining what lashes would look good based on my eye shape. It was good consultation for someone who hasnt had lashes at all. She was also gentle, the set up was comfortable, she offered a blanket and pillow under my knees as well. She got good after care instructions and you can see her work on IG. I just think lashes are for special occasions, i dont think id do it on a regular basis. I wouldnt mind going back if i decide to continue on with it. VICKY is very nice and cares for her business.

Bingying Ma Came from Groupon. Had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The nail technician was incredibly attentive and patient throughout my entire service. The nail care was thorough - she took her time with cuticle removal and the hand/foot massage was very relaxing and professional. While the color selection was somewhat limited and didnt have the exact shade I was looking for, the owner went above and beyond to help mix and match colors to recreate my desired look. The salon is clean and cozy. Although they could benefit from expanding their color options, the excellent service and attention to detail make this place worth returning to.

Jillian Aceves DO NOT go to this location unless you have like 4 hours to spend doing nothing. They had one person working. And so if you go with friends or family as I did. You will have to take turns and you cant sit and visit with the people you went with in less it is just 1 other person. It is a very small place. Not very many colors to pick from,and the colors she has if you want your finger nails and toe nails to match forget it. It wont happen here. This place charges WAY to much.

Jingchih Wang Got a Groupon for the service. When walked in the place, it did not look much but Vicky really won my heart over. When she worked on my eye lash, it felt like a VIP service. She was so patient and her hands were so light and gentle. I almost fall asleep. I also did manicure and pedicure. Her attention to detail was super. Since she is the only one working (the owner), she closed the door during the service. There was no loud noice from other customer talking on the phone or other nail girls chatting. With spa music in the background, the whole place felt like private spa. It is not a place to bring your whole family at once but it is definitely a place if you want to have a quiet and relax afternoon.

Lilyana OReilly It hurt a lil when she was cutting my toe nails and it is kinda overpriced but overall it’s pretty good

Jewel Hediger I went to nail galleria to get my nails done for a wedding. I went in with the intention of getting a mani and pedi with normal nail polish, totaling $55 before tip. The owner agreed but then pushed me to get gel for both my hands and toes, since it seemed she would not accept me getting normal nail polish. This brought my cost to $85 before tip. Then, the next day, my nail polish on my hands started to peel off. Within 24 hours, I had lost all of my gel nail polish on my hands. I called to explain the situation and politely asked for a refund for my manicure. She refused to give a refund but told me I could come back and they would fix it for me. When I went back, they ended up giving me a shorter manicure treatment and painted my nails with normal nail polish. I thought this was “the refund”, but then, once it was done, they said I had to pay $20 again for this treatment. $20 is the normal amount they charge for manicures. They gave me no refund or even a discount for the poor service they provided originally. While the workers were nice, the entire time, I felt the owner was trying to get more money out of me. I ended up paying $105 plus tip, instead of $55 plus tip, even though it caused me much more trouble. This place is a rip off.

Vira Hora I was passing by San Francisco and was staying at Sunnyvale. My hotel recommended me to come to Nail Galleria to get my Mani Padi and I was so so so happy i decided to do that. The place is amazing. And what makes it even better are the lovely ladies who took care of me. Ms. MAI and Ms. HANNAH. They are both so professional and caring. I needed Gel Mani, Gel Padi and my eyebrows done. And between the two of them, I felt like a princess. I would happily recommend this place to anyone who is passing by at Sunnyvale. MAI and HANNAH, thank you so much for doing an amazing job. I would recommend people asking for either of them. They are a true Gem to this place. Till I return back!

Aurore P. Great experience at Nail Galleria on a Friday afternoon! Walk out of here with eyebrows in tip top shape, feet scrubbed, polished and fully relaxed, nails done. Love the polish options! Hannah is super nice and very professional, as well as her colleague. Pick a time of lower affluence and youll have the best service! Ill come back.

Sai Prabhakar I always have good experience with my hair cut here. Brenda takes the time and doesnt rush through the cut and always gives me the cut I ask for. The place gets busy sometimes so call ahead for a reservation. This is a no-nonsense clean place, the staffs are nice, and is quite affordable at 18$ for the cut.

Swathi Changalarayappa I would give negative rating if I could. Went to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady applied wax so many times on the same area, and pulled it out, causing the area to burn severely. I am in general not sensitive, but was left with red skin with extreme burning sensations. 24 hours later, the burning continued and has left a scar. Attaching picture of just after and 24 hours later.

Claire Qin Hoa ngo did a beautiful job on my ombré pink glitter nails. It was my sister and I’s first time going to a nail salon ever. They set the bar high! All the ladies were so friendly and the customer service attitude was great! They also gave me a mask because of the product smell. Will def come back….Will definitely recommend to friends in the area interested in a manicure!

Angela Hofrichter Update: I went back in and Rose fixed my nails very nicely. I appreciate the effort she put in to make sure my nails were what I wanted them to be. My nail tech did a great job with my acrylic fill and the shaping of my nails. But the French tips left much to be desired. The lines are not at all straight and the color is splotchy at best. I ran out of time and short on patience otherwise I might have tried to have it fixed.

Minerva Benitez Rose is very patient and kind, I like to come because its close to my house. The only thing is that the nails feels too thick, I would like my nails more natural and thin.

Moe *I wrote and posted this review on the day I received the service at this salon, but my review got deleted on the next day. This is the repost of my original review. Also seems like the other one star review wrote by someone other about a couple of week ago also got deleted. Very bad experience with the owner. Would rate 0 stars if possible! Like other reviews have said, this salon is very money hungry and shady. I went to go get my gel nails removed, and booked the appointment online. The online menu led me to believe that the removal would cost $15 dollars (though after carefully looking at the menu and interpreting the broken and grammatically incorrect English, I realized it would be $45). I received confirmation emails, none of which had any pricing information but did have the service requested: "only gel remove - no new set" (which online is $45). When I went to the salon, the conversation with her wasnt too pleasant as she was bashing other salons in the area. When it came time to pay, the register rang up at $60!! She didnt explain the charges and seemed rushed and annoyed since another customer was waiting (p.s. be aware this salon does charge a credit card fee). She made me feel pressured to not ask any questions and to hurry up and pay. After returning home, I decided to call the salon because a $15 discrepancy is pretty significant. Her attitude over the phone was bad, and she claimed that she had told me that "cutting and filing" cost an $15 and thats where it got added on to the $45 price . I was asked during the appointment if I wanted my nails cut after the removal, but there was no mention from her that it would be an extra charge, nor does it say anywhere on her online site that that is a provided service associated with a charge (and she lists multiple extra charges so I find it hard that that was an omission). Additionally, she claimed that it was posted on a menu with prices, however I never saw the menu nor was I shown one before I could make a decision. Overall during the phone call, she was rude and seemed completely content with her business practices. What happened happened, and it cant be helped, but it seems shady that she would just arbitrarily add charges without being upfront and transparent about the cost (and it seems like reading other reviews that other customers have had similar experiences too). What I found more disappointing than the charges though, was her attitude and tone when dealing with this ordeal. Future customers, tread lightly and beware. Best be very clear and ask about charges before agreeing to anything at this salon. Very unfortunate and disappointing experience. Edit: Turns out she cut and filed my nails way too short. She was in rush while she was cutting my nails. Its bleeding and applying any pressure on it causes a lot of pain. Really not a great experience at all. Highly do not recommend.

Jade New Finding the location may be tricky, its located inside Salon Republic where multiple independent artists have their own rooms. Its right on the corner of Target. Yuka and Marie are very friendly and really make sure they do a stellar job. Theyre meticulous and careful and very talented artists! I was lucky to call ahead and get a same day appointment, but making an appointment is definitely recommended as their art can take some time, (thats why it looks so pretty!) I felt very comfortable the whole time, Marie also made sure to ask questions along the way :)

Kellie Rong Posting my Yelp review here to help support Yuka’s business! Yuka was absolutely incredible! Ive been scarred by other nail salons attempting to do really simple nail art and failing miserably, but Yuka restored all my hopes & dreams. She was super easy to communicate with leading up to the appointment and transparent with her quotes. Its definitely a splurge, so be ready for that, but the end result is worth it. Shes very detail-oriented and fully recreated what I was hoping for. Thank you, Yuka! Its definitely one less thing to stress about prior to my honeymoon :)

Eva Rojas I have gotten many mani + pedi by Yuka and she does an amazing job! I almost always get either buff & shine or just clean polish on my finger nails and then color on my toes. I usually keep it pretty simple but I knew that Yuka does amazing art designs as well (she has an Instagram you can check out) so recently I decided to have her do some nail art. It turned out so beautiful! She is by appointment only so you have to call/text or you can book online. Highly recommend her!!

Nidhi S I went for pedicure and gel manicure today. Just before the appointment, I broke my toe nail in half. Hanna was super patient with me and worked her way around my broken toenail. We discussed in detail, what could we do best with that. She was really thoughtful and still painted my nails, without rushing. It took us more than an hour but she was very sincere about it. Overall great salon. This salon is spacious and felt better than rest of the counterparts in the area. It has a dedicated parking in the complex and situated next to El Camino tea, which is a great location. I would highly recommend this place.

Aeija Jones Before I share my experience, if you don’t personally mind leaving a salon bruised and bleeding, you might like it here. My advice to the nail technician ladies who work here is slow down, take your time and please be more gentle to any future customers. Thank you. My first impression here as a new customer is everyone is pretty friendly, average prices and convenient. I was referred by a family friend, who is no longer a loyal customer of 6 years. She later ended up having unpleasant experiences here. I’ve had a total of 3 appointments so far at this salon, my first 2 appointments were decent… even though during my gel manicure I was cut by the nail tech. She proceeded to continue until I mentioned I was bleeding which was obvious. She cleaned it up and finished. I still kept a positive attitude at this point because it seemed like a simple mistake. The cut was on my cuticle and happened from the electric drill filer. The pain lasted about a week. My last appointment recently was for a French acrylic manicure and gel pedicure. It was one lady doing my pedicure and one lady doing my manicure. They did both at the same time which was uncomfortable. The lady who did my manicure did good but she was very rough so it was a bit painful. The lady doing my pedicure is the reason I won’t be returning here ever again. She cut my toenails down to the nubs, before asking me if I was ok with the length. Other than that everything else was fine up until she starting cutting my toe cuticles. She cut a big piece of skin on the side of my toe and continued to work on it while itwas continuously bleeding… I asked her if it was going to be okay to work on. I really didn’t want to have to stop the whole process, I just wanted to make sure it wouldn’t get infected or later cause more pain. She cleaned it up and told me it was an ingrown nail, which was not there before I arrived. All in all, the pedicure is decent definitely not worth pain or price. My toe is now sore and bruised on my birthday weekend.

Urvashi Goel Seemed rushed. Did a bad job at shaping my nails even though I called the guy out a couple of times and asked him to file them better but he didnt. I had asked for round nails but I got poorly filed nails that are distended. Honestly, I could have done a better job shaping my nails myself. They have a good nail paint selection though.

The 2nd time a couple of my nails popped off the next day or within 3 days the most. Didnt bother filing away the lifted parts or replace. But they do have the mood polish to so kinda of a bummer

AJ This place takes appointments but still makes you wait....I waited 10 mins....the manicurist left the gal she was working on and that poor girl had to wait for me to finish before she was helped again....not fun for either of us. The salon was extremely dirty...I counted 5 nail clippings on the table and floor around me.....and when they open their drawers on the other side of the table, the filth is equally as dramatic. Placing Clorox wipe containers around the salon with not work unless they are used, as I counted 5 of them. The calendar still read March on the wall, a good indicator of the last time the salon was possibly cleaned. Just imagine how long the peanut m&ms have been sitting in the dispenser in the corner!

Edith Victoria I came with my mom and sister. Don’t bother making an appointment online. They don’t honor those times anyway so you’ll be waiting an additional 30-45 minutes. If there are people before you, they will rush your service to get back to finishing the other ones. My manicure was a simple nail manicure but they rushed through it and it was okay but there was a lot of nail polish left on the tips of my nails. I will never be coming back.

Leah Johnson Worst owner ever! The only reason why I use to go here is because of Andy and David. They’re the best ones there. The owner is completely rude and disrespectful and I didn’t want to spend another dollar there. She fixed my nails before and it was horrible and I asked her to fix it and she refused to do and I left home with messed up nails so I switched to Andy. Every time I called to set my appointment she would hung up on me or double book me. Pure evil!!! Don’t waste your money here. I had to call Andy direct to book my appointment.

Diane Luu They did an okay job overall on my toes but my nails were pretty messy. I also understand Vietnamese and the two ladies kept commenting on my appearance to each other in Vietnamese, which was rude. Be aware that they will be talking about you behind your back.

Ann Wilson I had a pedicure at Glamorous Nail Salon and was one of the best pedicures I ever had. The massage was incredible and the nails still look new, now 3 weeks later. Just a great experience.

anshika gupta I recently visited this place and I can honestly say it was one of the worst pedicure experiences Ive ever had. Its hard to find anything positive to say about this place. The staffs lack of professionalism was also painfully evident. They seemed to be in a hurry, and didnt give proper info on phone. They told me that they do nail art when I called them but midway in the pedicure they said that they didnt do nail art and gave me bunch of colors to choose from. To make it worse, the prices were unjustifiably high for the poor quality of service I received. I chose a pedicure that was $40 and when the final bill came, they charged $15 extra for gel paint. While, choosing the color I was not given the complete info of the types of nail paints and the extra charges. I left feeling completely dissatisfied and regretful of my decision to give this place a try. I strongly advise anyone seeking a quality nail spa experience to stay away from this place. There are many other options out there that offer superior service and professionalism. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for your nail care needs.

J M I really like this place so far. This is my second time being at this nail salon. I seem to always come by during non crowded times which is what I like. When I arrived, they seated me right away and also gave me complimentary coffee Frappuccino, water and chips! I was already amazed at that. Then I requested to do the citrus lavender pedicure and also a manicure. I had acrylic nails on so I asked for them to remove it and do a manicure but the nice lady told me to try dip powder because it’s better for my nails after removing artificial nails. This is was first time trying dip powder and I love it!! It looks so good it’s way better than your basic gel manicure without all that extra artificial stuff. I am very satisfied with the customer service and attention to detail. My toes look so good and my nails! It did not feel rushed at all like most nail salons I go too. They took their time and really made me felt relaxed. I’ll be back soon! I highly recommend this nail salon!

Nithya Ravi Two of us went there for a pedicure today at 4.30pm and tried the gel pedicure. First off, the person who did the pedicure had no idea how to parallel my do it for two of us. He did the pedicure for me first (took an hour) and then did it for my friend. Over 2 hours for pedicure. We were done at 7.15pm!!! The quality of the pedicure was definitely bad. He was clearly struggling with the gel and applying the nail color too. It was quite a shoddy job. And on top of it, the so-called gel color which supposedly is long lasting didn’t even last 3 hours!! The color on one of the toes has come off completely! Very poor quality!

Eyanna Brumfield Im so happy to have had great service!! The ladies here just took over the place in January. Its beautiful upgrades, skilled technicians, and so many colors to choose from leaves you feeling so pampered!! The prices are great as well!!

lanadelreyOG14 I was just walking around the area and I see this nail salon place and wanted to give it a try, when I walked in I was greeted by this really kind lady Helen, and she’s very talented, she did my nails really pretty just how I liked it. The interior inside of the salon isn’t really finished I’m guessing they opened early. Apparently they have like a 20% off deal for the grand opening for all services aswell, so I thought that was a really good deal, the prices were fair , I had a wonderful experience, definitely coming back

Hana N I’ve decided to give this salon a try and it was better then expected. this nail salon has a new owner now and like everything’s renovated, remodeled and brand new, its really neat , they still kept the old salon name. She will tell you when something doesnt look right or make sure you are absolutely in love with your nails before leaving. Melissa Maiga Worst experience ever. My nails look terrible and I my nails beds are hurting. I tried to make recommendations about how I want MY nails to look and the tech was mean and rude everytime. I will never return. I have to go find some polish to cover this up now. Im so frustrated. saru kc Finally, I decided to write this review about this salon. This is one of the worst salon I know in my life. I had two bad experiences with them 1st I went to color my hair and mistakenly they mix the wrong color so my hair look really ugly. Everyone make mistake so I thought its ok and I went to professional salon to fix my hair. 2nd time I make an appointment for my nails, they start getting busy so they mess up my nails again. Look like they are really unprofessional. They dont have any knowledge about hair and other beauty stuff. I choose this salon because its walking distance from my house. Now I am ready to drive rather choose a bad salon. Really unprofessional salon. I dont suggest anyone to go there. Please, if you care about yourself, dont choose this salon.

Stephanie Chang Got the worst manicure of my life here. They shaped my nails into points even though I asked for oval. Then they filed my nails to different lengths on each hand. They also did a poor job painting my nails, sometimes missing parts of my nail and other times painting over into the sides of my fingers. There were also a bunch of air bubbles and differences in thickness, it looked like how I used to paint my nails as a kid. Whenever I asked to get things corrected, I got a negative attitude. Never coming back here again.

Alexa Zhang Never come here! Not if it is the last salon left in the area! You will regret it if you do, like I do now! I would give zero stars if I could. I was in the plaza and walked in for a simple wash and blowdry of shoulder-length hair. She washed my hair so fast, using so little water, my hair smelled soapy. I asked gently if she could rinse it a bit more. The lady (who claimed to be the owner) bit my head of saying she knows what she is doing and told me to be quiet. I sat down for her to blow dry my hair, she literally started blow-drying my hair as one blob, without clipping the top up while blowdrying the bottom, like an untrained person. I have never had my hair dried like that, so I asked her if she could section my hair and dry it properly. She yelled at me and said she knew what she was doing. When I still asked to please section my hair as it is cold out and she should properly dry my wet hair. She then stopped and asked me to leave! I couldnt believe my ears. I wasnt even asking her to style it, just to dry it properly. I question if she knows how to blow dry hair. I wonder if the license hung on the wall actually belongs to her. This salon should not be allowed to open. (I rarely write reviews but I truly feel it is my duty to review this horrible place if it could prevent one person from suffering this poor place. Then I saw all the bad reviews and warnings on Yelp！ from other users. I should have never walked in).
