The vibe of the shop is impeccable; amazing art, exciting banter, and A+ hospitality. Even though an artist was busy with another client she still took the time to make sure I was checked in and if I needed a drink. Sun Elf I saw Teagan at the Wild Rose salon and let me tell you he is the best hair dresser I have EVER seen! He didn’t rush or get impatient with my crazy hair. M G I was extremely excited to get my haircut done here since they have beautiful shapes but ended up really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in for a new bob haircut and loved the shape but the stylist Igor, ended up thinning and cutting way too much near the roots of my hair. I still do not understand why he did that since I had it thinned out before but in a different way by other stylist. Now, it’s growing back unevenly with a buzz-like texture that I never wanted. It’s all over my head and not just on top. I reached out to Igor for help, but he never responded, which just made the situation worse. I expected much better service and communication, especially when something goes wrong. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend.

Nazar Plotka This is an awesome place to get your haircut. I was greeted by Igor, and he got me in by appointment, he was a really nice and friendly guy. He is a true professional when it comes to cutting hair, he can take upwards to an hour but it is well worth with. I highly recommend this place if you want to get a haircut.

Amor Anna is fabulous, while I got is not. He doesnt listen. It will take months for this haircut to grow out.

Madeline Hennessy I came across Emma randomly on Instagram and am so glad I did! She’s so good at listening to what you envision for your hair and delivers every time. As someone who is not great at describing what I want, she always seems to somehow understand and I have full trust in her!! Her new studio is super cute too. Would recommend to anyone in search of a hairstylist!

Stephanie Bonitata Was recommended by a friend to check Emma out for my extensions for my wedding, she was absolutely AMAZING. Salon is super cute and clean. And my hair is the best it’s look in years. I get so many compliments on my hair. My extensions are my favorite!

Chelsee Kiley Emma has been so wonderful! I’m truly in love with her blonding work, and how quickly she manages to get through foiling, washing, and styling my long & thick hair. Her pricing is also extremely fair, and I never feel pressured to buy any salon products or extras. If you’re looking for a skilled and relaxed stylist in Roseville, I definitely recommend Emma!

Krissy G Zero stars. Christina Haley didnt bother to give the layered haircut I showed a picture of. Did half of what pic showed. Laziest cut quickest cut ever. Left me w/ugly yellow highlights. Due to rinsing off toner in quickest time ever processed only 7-10 mins. Didnt do chunky highlights as asked in front, (even showed a pic) and gave highlights that were much lighter than wanted. Left my fine hair breaking off quite a bit. I had even explained prior to service, that bleach on my hair too long would do this. Never had this happened and even she said my hair was in excellent condition. Wont be back & dont recommend. Should have listened to the Groupon reviews that stated she rushes appts, not too mention she denies doing this. Will take your money but didnt want to do anything right. PASS!! Not a lot of common sense & too much attitude.

Jessica Powell Farnaz in suite 102 does the best nails! Ive been going to her for awhile now and I highly recommend her! She is very detail oriented and does great designs! Her prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality. Call and schedule an appointment for her if you want to feel pampered. She also sells gift certificates which is how we met after my awesome boyfriend sent me. Cant wait to try the chrome nails on my next appointment!

Mahea Jimenez Janelle and Ava do a fantastic job! I always leave the salon with a huge smile and feeling so confident. Janelle has so much knowledge and gives me tips/suggestions based on my hair goals. I love to be blond and have seen her 3 times in the past two years and my hair has never been so healthy. In previous years of bleaching blond I had constant brass, very dry/brittle, and wouldn’t grow past my shoulders! I had to let my natural color grow out for two years just to get length. Since switching to Janelle, my hair has grown to my waist, it’s never brassy or faded and I have no breakage! So you know the products she’s using are long lasting/high quality. Modern Mane has such a light and friendly atmosphere, I always feel like Im just relaxing at home. I will be a loyal customer to this salon for years to come. Their professionalism, friendly demeanor, and talent make them top notch.

christy remi Where do I start !! Janelle is amazing to say the very least. I am so picky about my hair. I’ve been going to the same person for over 10 years and then when he moved away, I took my time to find someone new and I’m so glad I did found janelle through social media and loved her work. Then, I went in and got a blowout and I knew this was my new spot. Whatever your vibe is, she will match it. Sometimes I’m in a talkative mood sometimes I just got to get stuff done for work, so I’m on my laptop so is so chill she makes your appt so bomb. Her and her assistant Ava Who is also amazing is very hospitable. They have good snacks and great drinks. The salon is very clean and I love the decorating it’s like modern organic with a flare of Boho. Her extensions are quality and she does an amazing job matching to your hair. I see her every 5 weeks and I look forward to my appt every time. If you want bomb hair go see Janelle !!!!

lythia foye First of all, the vibe in this salon is top tier. All of the girls are so extremely welcoming, it reminds me of being a little girl having a slumber party and doing each others hair when things were simply joyful. I always book with my girl Bianca, and WOW she is magic! Not only is she just the sweetest and so extremely talented, she truly uplifts everyone in her path. I absolutely love being in her chair. Although I havent had the pleasure of being in the other girls chairs yet, I can say with full confidence that these girls are so passionate about what they do, driven to give their clients the ultimate hair day experience!!

Jennifer Lafon When going to Brockway Hair design in the beginning I got great haircuts but then my stylist got um… lazy, not paying attention to my requests for certain hair design. I was told that she wouldn’t do my hair the way I explained. As I said my hairdresser began to rush me out of there. She wouldn’t do my hair the way her coworker who did grey hair with certain highlights. Should have gone to the coworker!

Hana Rashid I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing Hair Stylist (or shall I say, “hair therapist”) that Susie is! Every stylist I went to could not get my hair color corrected enough to be the blonde that I always dreamed to be but Susie managed to do so and she did so effortlessly! She knows her work and I am so grateful that she is my stylist and even more grateful that she is also the owner of a salon that is run so well, that I could spend a whole day there and I almost did! Shortly after my color appointment, I saw Theresa Flora, the amazing esthetician who uses safe products and understands everyone’s skin types. I have acne flareups thanks to my stress and genetics and she works her magic on my face and I walk out feeling refreshed! Her work is thorough compared to the estheticians that I saw at dermatologists’ offices. She is a gem! I could have spent more time that day as I could have had a mani/pedi but I was pressed for time so I will save that for another day. But seriously, you can walk out with a new body at Salon Hermosa in just a few hours! Thank you!!!

Kalin Knobles Erica saved me! I’m a pregnant mama and my emotions were high as I needed my hair done for an event. I needed a Balayage and I found Erica (I saw her amazing before and afters on Instagram). Erica squeezed me in during her full schedule and did an amazing job of blending my color. The first picture is my before and the second is after. She was super sweet and explained the whole process making sure we were both on the same page. Going lighter is a process in itself but Erica took the time to make sure my color was brought up and even. Thank you so much Erica!

Jennene Baxley Fantastic Lines! Stunning color that sparkles! I have been going to Destiney for years now and shes the best stylist ever! She tailors the cut lines to each individual client and customizes color like an artist. Destiney tames my thick hair into manageable sleekness; now I actually wear it down instead of boring pony tails. Highly recommend! If you live in Sac town, go ahead and do the drive; it is worth it.

Susan Fanetti Back during the lockdown, I shaved off long hair Id had for decades. While I love having very short hair and havent let it grow much since, Ive really struggled to find a stylist who works well with a really short cut and LISTENS TO ME. Over the years, Ive shaved my head multiple times immediately after getting a cut because Im so unhappy with it. And then, at last, I found Breanna. I love love LOVE the way she cuts my hair. She listens to and consults with me, and Im thrilled with the results. I cant recommend her enough!

Mara Files I just moved to the area, and wasnt sure where to start with finding a new hair stylist. Unfortunately, I got a bad haircut at the first place I chose. I called this salon afterwards, and they were able to work me in on the same day to fix my hair! My stylist was Megan Moreno, and she put so much attention to detail in making sure my hair was perfect. I have a pixie cut with naturally curly and thick hair, so a lot can go wrong if it isnt cut right. It really shows Megans skills to be able to correct a bad pixie cut and make it look amazing, very thankful to have found this place!

Fair Jason (Nomadic Nerd Project) Breanna is amazing. By far the best haircut Ive ever had. Amazing skills. The style fits my face better than before. Not to mention, tamed the cowlic.
