Ryan Mathews Was able to take a walk in, and before I even told him what I wanted he knew what kind of hair I had and how it should be cut... not a bad thing to me, as Ive had a lot of haircuts in the past where they could not figure it out. Al was super friendly; I look forward to returning.

Myles Beeson one star for walk in ish convenience. had to wait to see if an appointment showed up. worst 30 dollar haircut I ever got. 3 on top, she didnt want to do a fade to 1 so tried a 2 and failed.

Marie Krick Love this place! Its always so clean and has a very welcoming environment. I even got offered coffee when I went in for a hair cut! All of the staff are kind and professional. But what REALLY keeps me coming back is my regular stylist, Sonja. She takes her time to understand the cut I want and checks in multiple times to see if I want any tweaks made. Shes so sweet and our conversation is always interesting. I leave Mane feeling fabulous every time.

Elizabeth Oku Asked for photo #1- blue hair… left with green hair and dyed face and scalp. Went to target to buy blue hair dye to do it myself. Tiffany unfortunately does not know how to color hair. Super disappointed. Tiffany is good at cutting hair- just don’t have her dye it.

Faith W I was hesitant to get my haircut with someone new as I have really thick curly hair. Angela took her time with my hair and did a great job! She made sure I was comfortable with everything we were doing before jumping ahead, her chair side manner is great. She makes this a fun and welcoming space for everyone! She used innersense product line and did some detox and deep conditioning treatments. My curls definitely looked more defined leaving her salon. Overall, my hair came out great and still felt happy and healthy following the appointment.

I valued his honesty and the affordability of his services. He is definitely my go-to for any future plumbing needs I may have in Novato. Herbert was even available the very next day after I called him post 8 in the evening!

Nadeen Hamzeh Very bad experience with hair styling and color. Ramona did what she wanted without listening to me and chose a mix of colors when asked to do a dark brown color. She insists to finish the job even when the client seems unhappy and asks her to stop.

Steve Ramsey Its hard to review Salon Decadence as an establishment alone, because its more about the individual stylists. The place itself is fine...it has all the salon things you would expect in a salon and all the stylists Ive observed seem to have a loyal and happy clientele. I dont think the salon gets a lot of walk-in traffic, despite its central Novato location. Probably could use a more prominent sign. My personal experience is having Linh as my hair stylist for many years. Shes fantastic and cuts, colors, and styles my hair perfectly every four weeks. She has a loyal following and always has room for more. Ask for Linh!

Info Desk Great experience over all! Ive come in for multiple services like getting balayage treatment done by cindy, as well as nails, and waxing! Love that I can come to one place for it all, super close to where I live, everything and everyone is super nice and friendly and I highly recommend!

Nanting Y. Beautiful new salon in the center of Novato! Emily is a master of hair. I got my hair done by her for my wedding and it was so gorgeous. She had the most wonderful idea of weaving flowers from my bouquet into my hair so that it all matched, I loved it so much.
