mary cisneros Are you looking for 5 star luxury experience this is it. The salon is clean and sanitized. Complimentary mimosas and water are available durning your service. I have had pedicures, acrylics, and Gel X with different nail technicians and they’ve all done exceptionally well. I received the best sliver package pedicure today by my nail technician Ivy. She was delicate durning my old gel removal and very careful. Not to mention totally sweet. We even color matched my set. I am not one boast about feet but this last pedicure was just chef’s kiss! I’m ready for the holidays!

Katherine West I love going to Sam to get my nails dipped. He is so sweet and I love the convo with him. He always helps me figure out what to do with my nails and truly takes his time to make sure they are just right. I enjoy my me time here!

My New Years nails were just as great while he was out of town, with Flan. They even added a pedicure for my daughter same day and time. Great place!

Krystal V I chose this place cause of the reviews. It started off good. But the end was horrible. I asked her to fix the polish on my skin. The lady blamed me that I bent my foot back when she’s the one that put both my feet in the UV light and she even cut me when she tried to fix it. And she tried to charge me full price. DON’T GO HERE!!! Don’t even think it was sanitized.

Had to make An appointment and when I got here it was actually my time to be seen instead of still having to wait like the other places the owner who took care of me was GREAT..!! She took her time and listened to what I wanted and even held a good conversation instead of just being awkwardly quiet the whole time..!! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would..!! I am beyond satisfied with my experience here..!!

The 1st time I stopped by a few days before and the same thing happened. Definitely needed to work on customer service skills.

Mona Guillen Rude rude rude. After months of checking on the place physically to walk in or make appointment it was also ways closes except the last time I went. I walked in happy because finally the. All place closest to me was open to be asked what I wanted I a rude way, and I still responded I needed a fill. The you g girl said they were too busy, so I asked for an appointment and while making faces at me she said they were too booked and busy to call later if I wanted to. I spent months calling and never got my call taken. Idk how this place is still in business!

E Vilene Always come here for my pedicures and get the best service. Things to know: They are an appointment only service due to not having a large staff but they make sure that the quality makes up for the lack of nail technicians. Good prices and good service you just cannot beat.

Jacquelyn Jasso At 36 weeks pregnant I had the Super Deluxe pedicure & it was amazing! I loved every minute I was so relaxed the entire time. I Also had my nails done, it was my first time using the dip powder, I liked this as well. My favorite part of the experience was the way they treated myself and all of their customers. They took their time with each customer making sure we got the full treatment of the services we were paying for. Most nail salons are quick and trying to move on to their next customer as soon as possible, but not this place so with that said I do recommend making an appointment, they are not going to rush through their clients to squeeze in every person who walks through the door, so if you don’t want to wait or possibly be turned away make an appointment they are worth it.

Isabella De Castro Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had. My nails are uneven and crooked. The gel on my toes was not cured fully, my full set was nothing like what I asked for the nail technician didn’t bother to clean up the gel before curing, so now my nails look dirty.

I literally don’t wanna sleep because I just wanna look at my nails all day and all night! Obsessed! I also got cat eye on my toes. Total amount was 103 but I tipped him $55 because her customer service is out of this world. She’s so patient with me yet she’s so fast at her craft. Every nail is very symmetrical!

Brooklin Mechelle My best friend and I have went twice to this salon. The first time we scrambled trying to find a nail salon that was open and they were the only ones open. We got there 45 minutes before closing, and they took us. Today, they closed at 7PM and we got there at 5:45 (mind you it’s a week day) They did so amazing, and accommodated us without rushing. We even made conversation, and they said that it wasn’t a big deal they stayed after. You will feel SO welcomed and comfortable here! They do such a great job and it’s so affordable. For a gel pedicure it’s $38 and for an acrylic fill with designs (like above) only $55!! Go get your nails done here.. you won’t be disappointed!

Courtney Berk Great exeprince. Cleanest in Madera. I went on a Saturday morning and they get very busy. Would suggest making an appt! Very clean an great work. They do dip too! My favorite part was the hot stone massage with the pedicure. I found a new favorite place!

Makayla Halsall I had I think the owner (male) start and he did the shaping and the full set of my nails while the girl in the front finished up and she would do the design I wanted. I really like how time efficient they are. I love the shape they gave me, the girl did almost exactly the reference picture I sent. Overall really good experience. I was only charged 60$ which is fair for a full set + gel + design.

Elizabeth Lopez This place is horrible. I came in here for a deluxe pedicure top of the line $65 pedicure with French tip. After 5 minutes the older guy was rushing through every step I was immediately not happy. Like does he have to use the bathroom? Also why are you scrubbing my legs with a brush that hurts! Ive never been so disappointed in a pedicure service. Never again.

Usually hesitant about showing a nail tech something a little complicated, but she did a great job and was super precise. Think I’ve found a new go-to place. :)

Gabriela Morales Careful with the lady on desk 8. She changed me for services I did not even ask for. I got charged for a deluxe because she cut me and put some type of wax. She took forever because she was chatting about her kid or grandson. I was so embarrassed to show my nails off. Definitely looking for another place.

Brenda Gonzalez Using old tools to do my nails yuck, plus lady cut me and I had to pull my hand away, got mad when I told her my nails were uneven, and keep trying to add more to charge more, not sanitary at all. Nails are sharp as a knife ugh got to go buff them at home so I wont slice myself lol.

monkey I’ve never had problems here until I got my nails done by Kathy Ho. She was very rude. She made a big deal about doing my nails the length I wanted. I asked her for short but they were cut too short n she was making a big deal about taking the nails off n putting new ones on. All she had to do was soak them off, which eventually she ended up doing. She made it seem like it was such a big task, when I’m the one paying for the nails. She then got rude with me because the color I asked her to get turned out not to be the color I wanted, as shown on the sample nails. For people who get their nails done, u know the color doesn’t always look the same as the sample! In a rude way, She told me to get Up and pick a different color. Usually they’ll show me similar colors n ask if that’s the color I want, she wasn’t even willing to do that. Then She asked Me what design I want. I told her the Virgo horoscope. Rudely, she said I don’t know what that is. I was going to show her a photo which is common sense when you want a certain design. If she didn’t know what that was it didn’t matter cause I was going to show her!!! On top of that She didn’t do a very good job on the design. She was just PLAIN RUDE and I won’t be going back to this nail salon because of her.

They even asked if I liked the color after it was on a nail before adding the nail color to the rest. I only got the regular pedicure for $45 but left feeling like I got the deluxe!

Mayra Esquivel Horrible customer service. I went in to get my nail color changed. Multiple people came as walk-ins after me. I guess since the service I was requesting wasnt going to fill their pockets, they helped everyone else but me. I dont mind waiting but they had me wait 3 hours! If they didnt want to help me they could have just said so instead of wasting my time. The guy at the front knew what he was doing because he would look at me each time he called over a walk-in that obviously was there way after me. Not to mention, they tell you the wait is 15-30 minutes but in reality its more like a 1-1 1/2 hour wait if you have an appointment. I walked out when somebody showed up as a walk in and was helped before me, who had been waiting for 3 hours already. I will never go back and hope nobody else has to go through the same.
