Katrina Mendoza Michelle is the best nail tech in the area hands down. I get gel extensions & she always exceeds my expectations. Her selection of colors and products for doing designs is way beyond what you get at any other salon. I also love talking to her and hanging out while she does my nails. Go to Michelle, you won’t be disappointed.

Jessicaanne Fernandez Michelle is so awesome and genuine. She is hands down the best nail tech I have ever met! I am originally from Hollister but have gotten my nails done in different areas such as Chico, Alaska, Gilroy, Salinas, and Fresno.  She is the only shop/nail tech I have ever gone to that actually does specialty nail art by hand, not just a sticker or simple dotted designs. She does not make you feel rushed, allows you to point out any areas you might want her to change before leaving and does not tell you that she cant do your request. I found her shop through Facebook after feeling hopeless about traditional nail salons that do a manicure in 20 mins and only do a simple gel color. For the past 3 years, I had been doing home gel manicures since local nail salons would shape my nails unevenly, did not listen when I wanted my nails cut a little shorter, and refused to do butterfly or flower designs or would only use little stickers. I wanted to give Michelle a try as I was graduating from graduate school in May, and was getting married in June. It was a breath of fresh air that she would keep a conversation as my experience in most local nail salons is that they are more occupied with getting people in and out and only talking to other employees rather than getting to know their customers. She convinced me to give acrylic overlay a try after I explained how gel always peeled off quickly for me. She really took her time each appointment with details. Her detail-orientation shows from the way she designed her shop to her nail design work. Each nail, she asked me if I liked it before continuing! Her rate is well worth her work! I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking to have a unique and beautiful manicure set that will last 3+ weeks without a fill. Im sure with a fill, they could last 6+ weeks!

Jessica Macias First and last time. I was attended at the time of my appointment. The place seemed OK in terms of cleanliness. My mani and pedi on the other had was the worst ever. She torn up my fingers. Nails were left way to short. I had cuts on both my fingers and toes. Like blood coming out. I asked for color on my nails and she proceeding to use clear. There are no massage chairs. She left an ingrown that I had to remove when I got home. Just over all a no. Not the place for a regular mani and gel pedi. The search continues...

Nancy Castro I been looking for a unique place I’m very picky about my nails, I thought I found a good place made a appointment and I was there 2pm it was 2:14pm they didn’t acknowledge me oh said I’m sorry for the wait, she call me started doing my nails very rough to the point she cut me I couldn’t wait for this appointment was done .. at the end she said, all done I request to do my cuticles and I know is $10 more is ok, she did it and again hurt me not even saying sorry . The shape of my nails was to short I requested it at the beginning please if is to short leave it square The sister was showing her. To do the shape like didn’t know what’s going on Very disappointed. Not going there no more . Favoritism customers not ok

M A I recently visited Blue Diamond Nail Spa and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was relaxing and clean. I initially went in for acrylics, but Tiana educated me on builder gel, and I decided to go with that instead. I’m absolutely obsessed with the short length I asked for and how my nails turned out! Just a heads-up, the entrance is on 4th Street. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be coming back!

Camille Mattish I love this nail salon! I go here once a month to get my eyebrows and lip waxed, and they do a fabulous job. The ladies here are really sweet and funny. Their prices here are really good, and they do an amazing job. I also get my nails done here for special occassions, and the paint lasts a good while. I totally recommend you try this salon out!

Frida Benjamin We moved to Hollister a year ago. I have been going to this business and have been pretty happy with services. However when I made an appointment. I had to sit for over an hour and still they were busy and could not serve me. To me respecting peoples time is huge. I will never go back again.

Lesley Bourdet My experience here was nice. The salon is clean, and my nail tech was very thorough on doing my set of acrylics. I originally wanted a chrome look, but they do not have chrome colors. Went with red instead, showed her the picture for inspiration, and she followed it exactly. It could be a bit sharper, but Im pleased with it.

Cristabel Gonzalez Worst salon i’ve ever been to…. None of the tools she used were sanitized her station was disgusting… I ignored it because I dont enjoy making people feel bad. I should have walked out! I didnt see anyone using clean towels they were all using toilet paper to clean their brushes off. Additionally, I requested a natural full set with a chrome top coat and she refused to do the chrome or any glitter because she misunderstood and had already started one of my nails. The shape of my nails i do like but I told her that it still wasnt what I wanted but she refused to fix it because she had already started. The worst part of my visit was the amount of times she pinched my fingers while she filed my nails, she was so aggressive with my nails she cut me twice, I had to ask for a bandaid after my appointment. Instead she attempted to put what looked like polish over my cut. Later on throughout the day I could see more surface cuts from the filing on my skin and my fingers are so sore from the pinching. WORST PLACE I’VE EVER BEEN TO.

Rebecca Castaneda I didn’t like the customer service here , seems the manager/ladies are problematic whenever you ask for something , they say yes they will do it and they end up doing whatever they like(something totally different) … without even consulting with you and when you address it , they get rude and defensive . Not humble or professional… my friends who came with me all experienced the same thing as well and we won’t be coming here anymore .

Jennifer Great experience with my pedicure & manicure. Appointments are highly recommended, 4 people working in total when i went in. Not the happiest vibe from the manager lady, but customers & staff seemed happy. No hand painted designs available (maybe a few they said), only decal sticker options, but they are pretty.

Sandra Calip I had one of the most traumatic experiences at this nail salon. I was in my first trimester wanting to pamper myself after feeling so nauseous for weeks; I booked an appointment here through a friend’s referral. The one who did my pedicure was so rough, I already had a bad feeling from the beginning. She cut the side of my toe nail too deep, yanked on the nail and wounded me horribly. My toe started bleeding so much. When she put astringent on the wound, it stung so bad I was quite literally sobbing in my chair wanting to just bolt and cancel my entire appointment. There I was trying to have a relaxing afternoon for once, and it turned out to be the worst pedicure I’d ever gotten. By some miracle, I made it through the pedicure service, but my toe was hurting for several days afterwards. It took me several weeks to muster enough courage to even think about getting another pedicure done somewhere else. To this day, and it’s been almost a year since that horrid experience, I still am nervous to get a pedicure done!

Rachel Rico Love getting my nails done their. My only go-to place to get my eyebrows waxed as well. With the whole pandemic going on you do have to make an appointment they dont accept walk-ins at all. If youre in luck you can be seen that same day but most appointments are for the following day.

Leslie Y Decided to give this place a chance since they closed the latest on a weekend. The lady doing my pedicure was rude and the tools she was using seemed like they weren’t sanitized. She nicked my toe while doing the service, then put an extremely hot towel on my legs which I guess was suppose to be “relaxing” but, literally it just burned and after that she decided to clean things with the towel I was in disbelief. All in all the service was not only bad but rushed. Needless to say I’m never going back, do yourself a favor and take your money else where!

Rodolfo Estrada New to the area, wife went out looking to find a good area to get a pedicure. She walked in Pro Nails, and after getting a French pedicure she developed fungus on her toe nails. Needless to say she is never going here again.

Alejandrina salazar worst experience ever got my nails done here 6 days ago not even a week and they already came off like if I just glued them on . they took 2hrs to do . they did not want to fix them . for me and if they did they wanted to charge me extra . they were uneven and super bulky . I am a single mother and was running late as always. i just barely made in before they closed and was leaving early for my first trip to Hawaii the next morning and they still took care of me. Marrinda Marie This was my second visit. The first visit was when the place was only weeks old. My sister and I got a Pedi. It was pricey and service was standard. But no issues. This time I got a manicure and this was recent. The tech I had did a good job with my nails. I wish I could share a picture, however, the process of doing my nails left one of my fingers in pain and now a few days later I have three fingers that are sore (I used antibacterial ointment on my nails when I got home for precautions). She used a drill to clean the base of the nails which caused little tears to the skin. To be honest I didnt need that drill but I trusted the process. Anyway, I was thinking she would clip the tiny skin tears at the edges that was created from the drill but she didnt and I didnt proceed to ask because I was doubting the cleanliness of the tools anyway. I dont think Ill be returning only because of the process she used. Im use to the soaking to get things soft and then clip (which I sometimes skip anyway). The drill is too embraceive.

Lisa executed the design that I wanted and left me with a stunning set! As a mom, I needed a moment for myself to relax and this location gave this to me with their zen energy and calming music PLUS a fabulous set of nails. Totally enjoyed the experience. M A I recently visited Stiletto Nails for the first time, and I was very impressed. The salon is clean and well-maintained, which made for a great first impression. I didn’t have an appointment and came in as a walk-in, but they were able to accommodate me with only a 20-minute wait, which was very reasonable. I got metallic nails, and I’m extremely satisfied with how they turned out! What stood out the most to me was how much care they put into the service—they took their time and didn’t rush through the process, which I really appreciated. The pricing for a full set was also very fair. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Stiletto Nails to anyone looking for quality service and beautiful nails. I’ll definitely be returning!

I have been to many salons over the years, always searching for someone like Sandy!!! The quality is ALWAYS there. Cant recommend her enough!

Lorena Villagomez Annie & Vi are the best. I love Annies attention to detail with pedicures. She has great pressure for massage. Always booked but worth the wait. Vi, does an amazing job with my nails. I can go 3 weeks before even considering a fill and they still look good. Posting a pic of day 1 and 4 weeks later (4 weeks and 2 days to be exact). Love that in over 7 years Ive yet to ever have a nail "fall off" or break... she does a great job with the quality and how long lasting they are. Yes, its pricey but you pay for the quality you get.

Beverly Horner Do not recommend. If she doesn’t know how to remove gel without using the electric sander-she is not touching my feet! That’s why I love gel-it doesn’t damage my nails...unless of course some worker lady is in a hurry to make a buck and prefers to grind it off, no thanks! Also post your prices-very expensive-they charge 30 for a pedicure, 10 for gel take off, 20 for gel put on and 10 more for French? I was not embarrassed to get up and say I am going somewhere else-even though she tried to raise her voice and get all her coworkers to speak in another language and draw attention. Feel sorry for the other customers there trying to relax but I just moved to the area and just looking for a good business to support! This is not the place.

Emilee Ramirez DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE This salon used to be my go to definitely not anymore. They have lost a customer... a while back I had an incident where one of the employees came rushing down to the front thinking my mom didnt pay. It was rude, unprofessional, and embarrassing. I gave them another chance and again But this time I asked if I can get my toes clean just a little bit more and she started raising her voice saying she cant do that so then I asked her if someone else can and got offended and threw her towel at my feet I started to feel uncomfortable And she just kept raising her voice speaking Vietnamese very loudly. I started to get a panic attack and left. On my way out, the owner apologized for her behavior, but I will never come back here again. l also had an incident where they gave my appointment away to another customer just because she was there earlier and had no appointment and they just "thought" I wasnt going to show up. There needs to be a lot of improvement with organization and staff They do good work just HORRIBLE service

Lesley Bourdet This is the first place Ive found that does this metallic look, which I really have been wanting. I would suggest asking for at least two coats of the pearl/metallic powder, as I got one coat, paid, went out in the sun, and could see spots missing the color. So I ended up going back in, and she did another coat for me, no problem. I would have liked one more coat because there are still a few small spots where its uneven, but very hard to notice. It cost me $46 before tip, and it took less than an hour.

Susan Darnell My regular salon was closed, so i came here. Nicky took me right away, she did a great job! Not a very talkative bunch tho. Price was reasonable, $28 for an acrylic fill and gel polish. She did an ombre effect on two of my nails that I didnt ask for, but I absolutely loved!! I will be back! I will try a pedicure here next time, and let you know how that went!

Christopher Cendana TERRIBLE SERVICE and what appears to be terrible people. We were visiting family in town and we brought out daughter here to get her nails done. The tech that helped her was extremely rude, aggressive, and didnt listen to anything she said (included the color she wanted). I had to clean up a bunch of blood this morning because the tech tore up her fingers with the cuticle remover. After all that, she didnt end the color she asked for, THEY DEMANDED A TIP, and her nails were chipping the very next day. Lets be clear. A tip is an added compensation based on the quality of service. They shouldve paid us. Im assuming there arent a lot of places in town, but dont go here. Negative stars.

Lyndzi Alexis Marines The two ladies first asked me what I wanted I wanted a full set gel and a pedicure the cheapest pedicure and was very very upfront about what I wanted they say me down in a pedicure chair while also doing my full set. The lasy doing my toes was hurting me and just hacking off things that were barley there and then proceeds to start to use gel nail polish on my feet that I didn’t one choose or was ever asked what color I wanted. They cut my multiple times and were obviously talking badly about me after asking them to remove the color that I never chose!

Urvi Patel I’d rate this salon a negative rating if possible. Called to make an appointment and got there 10 minutes prior to make sure I was on time. They were super busy when I arrived so I made sure I was still going to be served on time as I have a baby at home. I wasn’t taken for my appointment until 11:20. I got no massage for my pedicure. My manicure is garbage … attaching pictures so I don’t have to put it into words. Asked for a coffin shape …. Even my husband could tell this is not what a proper manicure should look like. No two nails have the same shape and all of my nails have cuts on them … 115$ for garbage

Bern F I had horrible service today with a dip added tip done by Hannah. Shape was not nice and lumpy, she got upset when I had to go back in after paying because I noticed a nail had very visible white specks. The flowers were done by a new employee and it was not very pleasant.

Jessica N Original post 4/1 I’ve been to this place a few times prior, but this was the worst experience and unsure what to do. I’m surprised that this is what $90 nails look like. I tried to tell them about the mistakes, but i kept getting brushed off. Gel everywhere, under my nails skin and well you can see in the photo. the gem design is not what I asked. I said that didn’t want any of that but maybe a nice flower and the lady went gem crazy and told me that it would look nice, y’all look at the photo.. when I asked about pricing for them she told me not to worry, but I found out that all those gems where in the final price racking me up to $90. Two of my nails are so badly crooked and that I did ask multiple times to fix it but she said didn’t understand what was my complaint. I’m just left so disappointed, and quite frankly angry. UPDATE: 4/4 The rhinestones fell off and my pedicure has peeled.. should I go back and get them fixed or do I remove them and go somewhere else?

Jaime “Renea” This place may have many creative nail options, but is your very typical rush you in, rush you out service for way over priced quality. We will not be returning. My nails peeled on day 6 and my daughter’s broke on day 4. That clump on my thumb is acrylic.

Y S My nails look great! Everyone was very nice and the place was beautiful. I would recommend bringing cash, as the place is a bit expensive. It was definitely more than I am used to, but it was still worth it. I dont get my nails done often, but I am sure that I will be going back at some point.
