Scot Wood I called about getting my eyebrows threaded. Unfortunately they do not do that but Victoria was extremely nice and helpful on the phone. After I hung up she was nice enough to take her time to look up a place that performs it and called me back with the information and also texted me the information. Helping someone when you do not benefit is a very hard thing to find. Victoria is awesome!!

She was in her first trimester of pregnancy and was experiencing back pain and discomfort that prevented her from sleeping through the night. A thoughtful friend at work gifted her a massage with Laura, and I can’t even begin to describe how happy it made her! She raved about the experience for the rest of the week. She came home in tears of relief. Her back pain subsided, her headache disappeared, and she felt completely renewed. She said she didn’t realized how bad it was but felt like she could walk straight again. She has gone back and her second experience was just as amazing as the first. In fact, she loved it so much that she wants to add Laura’s Massage to her baby registry! She described Laura as kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. Laura connected with her, pinpointed exactly where her pain was, and worked her magic. My wife is convinced—no one else is ever touching her again! Hands down, Laura provides the best massage in Mendocino.

Devon Richardson Laura‘s massage felt like a toothless baby hippo naughing on my entire back… As a 40 year old man who spent decades in the physically grueling trades with multiple herniated discs. I’ve gone to many massage therapist and always felt kind of lost as if I’m supposed to say ouch to let them know they’re in the spot they need to be, but we don’t just yell out something hurts, We stay silent. And I always hope to find the massage therapist who could feel within my body those points of tension and Laura did that! she found them and she chased them out… By far the best massage I’ve ever received! Five stars and I’m definitely going back!

Diana Roy always does a great job on my nails and also my daughters. He is always on schedule and very professional. Not only do I love the work Roy does, he is also a great person. If I could I would give him more stars, he really deserves it, the best nail shop in Ukiah hands down!

Nattat M. I get my nails done with Lee and she is amazing!! Always available to work with my schedule and I look forward to seeing her every couple weeks. My nails are so healthy and my eyebrows look better than they ever have. Highly recommend Lee as your new nail artist because of her consistency and kindness.

Francisca Castillo This shop reuses there supplies and do not santized the pedi tubes after each use with any antibacterial sprays or disinfectants just sprays it down with water. They re reuse the plastic scrubbers to scrub your feet over and over they’re warped down and visible at the sink. They will also help other ppl before you even if you call a week out in advance to get an appointment. Just super rude about it and then will make you wait which is also rude when you as a customer go out of your way to schedule an appt in advance. I’ve also sat plenty of times getting a mani and pedi while they talk in Vietnamese loud and talk about customers in Vietnamese . Will never go back there again!

Clark Simpson My girlfriend went to get her nails done here. After three days her nails are chipping. Shes very upset by the price, and the service. The way her previous nails were removed was unprofessional and unsanitary and hurt her natural nails.

Mylea Login This was my second visit to this salon, and unfortunately, it was even worse than the first. I had a bad experience with my gel nails on my last visit, but I decided to give them a second chance. I called ahead for an appointment and was told to come in, but when we arrived, we had to wait over 40 minutes. They rushed through our services, and just like last time, my gel nails didn’t even last a week! I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

sarah acosta I’m sorry but I did not like my manicure experience whatsoever. You can tell right off the bat they don’t properly wash and disinfect their implements as they visibly had nail dust & other residue. Also, the lady was working under someone else’s license so that was a red flag. The manicure felt like it was done very lazily; and once she asked me if I wanted a massage (which they charge $5 for 8 minutes) she only did it for like less than a minute. I’ve given this place at least 4 chances, and they keep letting me down. If you guys want to go to a more consistent nail salon, go to Rose’s

E. Kroll Went to this nail salon four weeks back. Do not go here!!!! They use the illegal acrylic MMA!!!!! Good Luck removing 2hrs plus! Not to mention that it’s illegal to use here in the states!

Robbie Reeder Had a gift card and thought I would treat myself. They were friendly but I paid $65 for deluxe pedicure and this is what I ended up with. I am very disappointed. I do not expect perfection especially with my feet but this is really bad.

Marissa Rocha My cuticles burn, my nails hurt, there’s no apex in the nails and the worst part is that my nails were not done right at all. There are multiple missing gaps in my French tips, my pinky’s look nothing like the inspo photo either. I’m so disappointed cause I paid $75 for the worst set of my life. I rarely treat myself to these things but with Valentine’s Day coming up, I thought it would be worth it. Would not recommend coming here

TreVaughn I called and booked a deluxe pedicure and a full set and were pleased with both. The staff was extremely pleasant and the service was top tier. The shop most definitely had a nice vibe to it . My favorite was the nice mini massage I received after my full set. It definitely made me feel like I was being pampered.

Kylie Johnson The ONLY nail salon I’ll go to in Ukiah. They do an amazing job on my nails every time and I have never left disappointed. Just look at the pictures :) Very nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

noelle fraser I get my nails done by Erick every 3 weeks and he does an amazing job. He always gets my length and shape right which is something I feel like other places do not listen well to. I highly recommend Erick’s work on nails.

Today Erick did my nails and he did such an amazing work I am obsessed with the work I highly recommend Erick and Tina.
